Well, that reaction was perfect. Allison had to bite her lip to prevent herself from laughing openly at Yuriko's indignant outburst. The irony of her protestations was always a joy to behold. Once the urge to giggle maniacally passed, she listened to Yuriko's latest ploy silently. Trapping a cargo ship by an asteroid belt, huh? Indeed, the crew would have to be suicidally stupid to try anything in that situation, which meant that this was going to be an extremely simple and profitable adventure. Awesome.
It seemed simple enough that Allison wouldn't mind pitching in, to be honest. Hell, all she'd need was a toy gun, and Rod could easily pass for a remote bomb, or some other weapon! It wasn't like the targets would know any better, anyway.

Red nodded during the explanation Captain Yuriko gave - yeah, that was true, he'd cleaned off enough of them. All the scuff marks and rock dents and laser burns, they seemed to get roughed up pretty easily, and some had even gotten those marks while docking. Funny what a person remembered, right? He also probably learned at one point why they didn't turn well, but he couldn't remember that. Again, funny what a person remembered, right? Oh well, probably wasn't important and besides, cargo ships usually carried cargo, not weapons. So the whole thing sounded really easy. Two others came in while she talked; he barely paid them any notice, mostly busy trying to remember the thing he couldn't remember, even tapping the side of his head with his knuckles, to no avail.

"So I help carry the cargo out, right? Don't really need navigation for this." Had he spoken up enough to be heard? He wasn't sure. One of the other crew members didn't seem... happy at the plan, which was odd because it seemed like a good plan. The footsteps... stopped echoing before the doorway. Huh. Maybe Red needed to check with the doctor before the meeting ended. Hearing seemed off.

Clint nodded from his place by the door. If all went well he wouldn't be needed, otherwise he'd be able to handle anything that comes to crash the party. He mulled the situation over in is head, how long it would take to move a sizable amount of loot over and how long it would take rescue to arrive.

"Will you need me to disable their engines or something? Might make them a little more open to dealing with us and slow down any pursuit after the fact. Hell, We could tell them to jump into the escape pods so that any rescuers have to waste time picking them all up."

He'd always thought a picture of a burning ship might make a good contrast to all of the scenic stuff on his wall, really highlight his skill set a bit.

Miyu Koizumi

Miyu groaned at the thought of standing around while the crew had to rush all the loot from one ship onto another, or worse, that she herself had to get her hands dirty, but she supposed that the captain's plan would work out well. After all, this was a pretty competent gang and they wouldn't have much trouble taking the ship over. However, there was always the possibility of something going horrendously wrong during the operation, but that just added to the fun for Miyu. The possibility of miscalculation gave the mission and irresistible aura of excitement for Miyu. In the back of her mind, she hoped for a run-in with the authorities. She though that it would certainly be better than bullying a lowly cargo ships out some dumb rocks, or whatever the captain planned on stealing.

Miyu figured that it would be a bit before the crew crossed paths with the cargo ship, so she realized she needed to do something to pass the time. While Ghost's offer was tempting, Miyu decided it would be better if she checked on whether or not the ships armaments were all working properly. The crew would probably need some firepower in order to disable the cargo ships movement, or at least threaten the ship enough so that it stopped, and the last thing the captain would want is to have our guns miss and shoot an asteroid rather than its intended target, or worse, malfunction and end up destroying our propulsion systems instead of theirs.

The captain had a strategy for obtaining the loot. That was to be expected. If the captain of a ship couldn't even come up with a plan on his or her own, then they wouldn't deserve to be captain. Kin expected Yuriko to be that prepared for the endeavor because of this. However, the plan didn't exactly cover for wild variables such as a rapid Navy response. Or perhaps, by being near asteroid, their own ship could be prone to danger. Kin let out a sigh and brushed some of her silver hair out of her face. It would be better to simply keep that to herself than try to lecture the captain and force her to account for such things.

"Very well. I'll provide a report on our present cargo and cargo space in ten minutes," Kin announced, giving the young captain a bow. As she stood upright, the amusing thought drifted through her mind of how silly it was she bowed to everyone in the ship. Had her royalty status not been revoked, she would've never bowed to such people. But alas she was on their level now, if not lower for being cast out by her own family. Turning around with her eyes on the notepad, Kin bumped into the invisible Ghost. Letting out a yelp of surprise, Kin made sure to compose herself quickly before picking up her pace to leave the room. Only she was now leaving far more flustered than she originally was, as she believed she had almost tripped over nothing rather than believing she ran into an invisible person.
