Though the heads of the villages should know of each other enough to decide who has history with who so that can be added to the clan things/bingo book. Something that goes through Yosh himself.

Well Masaki, the alliances are so no one ends up alone and unable to post because of it. The fact of the matter is we have a bunch of people in separate clans, with each clan having an average of 1-2 people.

So unless you want to end up alone or forcing me to make a character or NPC for your convenience (which I can do if absolutely necessary), then you ought to consider an alliance.
