Anthony nods and said "Shall I fly us?" Anthony groaned hating to talk to Director Pryde. "God she can be annoying...my dad said she isnt as annoying as Director Nick Fury." He smirked at Kode, and said "New firewall system. Nice try though Kid. Also dont save me a stale doughnut." Anthony turned to Heidi "Shall we?"

[Silver Carrot]

"Next move? We don't have anything to respond to. Right now we just carry on doing what we were doing and watch out for troublemakers or riots."

She turns to Anthony, and nods.

"Let's go. I hope you're not planning on sitting in a restaurant with that suit on. Again. We're getting takeaway. Or if we are sitting in, you're taking the suit off."

Anthony smiled and picked Heidi up. They arrived at the restraunt in 10 minutes. He put her down and pressed a button on his suit. It came off and flew to Stark Tower. He bowed "after you Madam..

"Thank you, Anthony. I must say, it's nice to do something calm and ordinary every once on a while."

Heidi enters the restaurant, finda a table, and sits down before he could move her chair out for her, because she knows he was going to. He'll probably buy one of the fixure, or even the entire restaurant at some point too. It was embarrassing.

"this isnt a war that should only be fought on capitol hill though." Ira noted as she kept watch over her student "especially if the mutant community isn't united. we all think its a stupid Act...but for example, i agree with both of you but not completely. we can lobby congress, we can physically fight for our rights, I dont think we should take violent pre-preemptive violence but i dont think we shouldnt cheat." she was being honest. after all she was a ninja and they live by not playing fair.

"I saw that Marcus. Do it again and your with administration for lunch" Ira reprimanded one of there students who was using their power. she turned to jean and David "we can teach them to defend themselves all we want but we know want...but while you might be able to resist peacefully Jean I dont blame David for not wanting to. long story short...we need a plan and we need a team."

David nods agreeing with Ira. 'I agree...if they ever bring back those Sentinel things were in trouble. I dont want to think it will lead to that but we need a team to be safe." Jean bit her lip but nods "Your right...we need a team. We wont fight back. I dont want to use violence unless we need to.," She looked at them "I think we should form the X-men again. Us three can be the starting members." She smiled
David nods and said "Sounds good......but do you think they will take kindly to that. A team of mutants who oppose this registration act. They will get Stark, and the entire us army on us. But I think Stark is more then enough."

Anthony smirked seeing she didnt let him pull her seat. "YOu know my every move..." he said laughing.. Anthony said "Order anything....its on me." He was being serious on it like he did this regularly

"if we approach it with a certain amount of tact it can be better than a team of renegades. we need to be different of the Xmen of old and we obviously need to be better. we need support..." honestly they needed a lot of things but that was a discussion for later. what they really needed was someone older than them. experience in this kind of thing would be a plus.

"I'm going to run a program in the Danger room after this class. lets set a time to meet and sit and talk about this at length"

She glances at the menu once, for less than a second.

"Everything looks nice, but I think I'll have the chorizo pasta and...a ciabatta to start. Also a garlic bread, and a large caraffe of water. What about you?"

She looks around briefly. A few of the people recognized them, and were pointing. Being thanks was all well and good but Heidi definitely wasn't comfortable with being a celebrity.

David nods at her and said "I will go help you Ira."
Jean said "We can meet in the garden when classes are finished." Jean then said "Excuse me I ahve some work to do." She left to a secret room her father showed her once. She pressed the code and walked in. The door closed and she loked at it. "Cerebro.." She sat in the chair sighing. This was her first time doing this. She slowly put the helmet on and turned the machiene on.
David looked at Ira. "Shall we?" He smiled at her.

Anthony said "Probably Spaghetti and meat balls, ooh and that garlic bread sounds good. I might get some white wine. " He saw Everyone staring and said "What? Never seen a billionaire playboy with a supersuit and a mutant have dinner?" He shook his head "So rude.."

Ira smiled back. "class isnt over yet David but you seem particularly conflicted about today events. " Suddenly she felt 'cerebro.' she didnt know what it was perse but she knew that something was making Jeans psionic waves stronger. being so close to it, and being a telepath, made it easier for her to sense it but she payed it little mind. her mother had told her stories about a device but she didnt remember the name. She Trusted Jean enough not to worry about it and focus on her students. there were a coupple young telepaths in the room that were confused by the influx of psi-energy so Ira used her power to semi-cloak the class room. jean, if she looked, could still sense the students but the students could no longer feel intrusion, if they felt it at all.

Skylar quickly hid herself in an alleyway, knowing that she had gotten too much attention from her involuntary usage of her abilities. Still, she was grateful that her abilities weren't as noticeable as some others, but was still wanting to keep her low profile, disguising herself as an average person. Sitting down behind a dumpster bin, she refocused herself and checked her belongings in her bag. After waiting for several minutes, Skylar swiftly walked out and blended within the crowd again, this crowd seemingly forgetting about her recent mental pain earlier.

zandrea watched as Anthony and Heidi flew off with a smirk "i still want that suit...." she said to herself before turning back to re enter the mobile station she was working at, she was the only one in the trailor that they used, and sighed as she sat down watching the video of what happend today, she was the only one who had access to to the uncut raw feed of what happened "im not sure if this will help anyone but..." she typed something onto her laptop and attached the unedited video to a email and typed out an email.

"things are getting out of hand on the street level, your school is the only ones who i think can help and care for everyone effected by this...shield have there own motives and the avengers i trust less, im sending you a unedited copy of what happened during the MRA protest today. find the mutants in the video and help them before they get hurt.

she only signed it with the picture of a fox made out of ones and zeros with the words "you are free" underneath and sent it off to the secure email she knew about for Xaviers school and hit send, she watched the screen for a moment and closed her eyes reaching for her coffee cup and without any notice threw it violently across the room with a yell and started to flip her work area in a fit of rage "AHHHH, IDIOTS!" she tossed her chair at the wall she realized in a moment of clarity she was losing control again, she pressed her back to the wall sliding down hugging her legs pulling a bottle of medication from her pocket and swallowed down 2 pills and started to calm herself.

Heidi muttered through her teeth, as people started to mutter amongst themselves looking at Heidi. The words "Mutant", "shouldn't be allowed" and "respectable restaurant" were heard quite a lot.

"Dammit, Anthony. Did you have to call me a mutant? Why not genius?"

She calls a waiter over and leans back in her chair, smug and cheeky now.

"Or does it bruise your poor widddle ego acknowledging that I'm smarter than you?"

The waiter arrives and asks them for their orders. Heidi recites hers.

Jean found someone. A girl. Her name was Skylar. Jean began to contact her. Come to Xavier's academy. Its not to far...you will be safe there with other mutants. My name is Jean Charlotte Xavier. I can protect you." She also gave a mental map to the academy.Jean's head started to hurt. She took it off panting. "That hurt.." She rarely got headaches but she has one now.

David felt Jean. He wasnt a telepath but living with two he could tell when one was near. But this psi-energy was strong. Much mor then what Jean usually has. He then said quitly "Cerebro.." His father told him of it once. He looked at Ira. David knew she could sense Jean. David phone vibrated. He had his smartphone connected to the school email. He read it and froze seeing the video. He pulled Ira aside and showed her the video. "We have to find him....we need Jean to find him." He noticed the psi-waves were gone

Anthony cursed at his slip. He recited his order and when he was gone Tony said "I wasnt trying to be mean. It was a slip." He sighed and rubbed his temples. How did dad have the way with woman? "Heidi I didnt mean to call you..that. I just didnt like people staring at us."

>She sighed, and leaned in closer, speaking quietly.

"Look, Tony, I don't mind being called a mutant. I am proud of being a mutant. I just don't like being judged by strangers. I get enough of that already from other mutants. Please be more careful in the future, and remember where you are when you say things."

"Sometimes, I wish I wore a mask, so I could just walk around without people recognizing me."

Ira wasnt exactly fazed by the video. she just sighed. "he got arrested by S.H.I.E.L.D. he's not the first and definitely wont be the last" Ira looked back at the class "SWITCH!!" she looked back at David and put a hand on his shoulder. "the good news is he's alive but think about this for a moment. what would a jail break accomplish? we would be affirming the fear that we are above the law. Its not that i want to leave him there but we have to consider the fall out." it was obvious Ira wasnt surprised by the thrown car. it wasnt that serious. no one was hurt. and he surrendered peacefully. But S.H.I.E.L.D wasnt exactly known for respecting rights. even so, in Ira's opinion a jail break should be reserved for someone who could create ripples in the water and turn the tide.

Skylar paused as she heard someone say to her that it wasn't safe for her here, that she needed to head to that school where the other mutants were. Xavier's academy, she knew of it, but never really wanted to join it. She was more used to being alone, being able to go on her pace and goals. Yet...she couldnt control her powers that well, it would always happen randomly without her consent. It would be for the best...for now. Being giving a mental map to how to get them from Jean, Skylar began to head there immediately. Even if she would join, her own intentions were still swirling inside her mind.

Tony nods and said "I understand. I have a suit that can take a army and everyone, even Shield, wants it."

David sighed and nods at her. He then said "something is wrong . I don't feel Jean's psi-waves.." He then said "You think Cerebro was to much for her ?"

"i can. shes drained but she is alright... excuse me" she went back into the center of the class and let out a sharp whistle to call attention to herself as she stopped cloaking the class. "Marcus, Ami, Searge front and center... marcus is defense" she and the other two approached the boy name marcus. he didnt last more than a few seconds before he was in a restraint. so he used his power, which turns aout to be a stone armor. he breaks free and takes a step back.

"you used your power to defend yourself and not harm anyone..good job"
