David was working on doing repairs to the robots that were destroyed. He fixed the head and saw they were working. David smiled and said "Fixed.."
Jean was in her room meditating. She closed her eyes as she did this for a hour. Her headache vanished.

Tony said "its not that slow." The armor came on and said "See...it was only 2 minutes away." The visor came down "Where to my dear?"

When Ira got out of the shower and Got dressed she went to Jeans room. they still needed to have a meeting but there were other things going on as well. Ira still had another class to teach later. the good thing about being an Assistant staff was that she wasnt teaching all the time. normally the institute operated in a way that the first hour or so of classes were physical. then education, lunch, more education but elective stuff, and physical ed before the day ended. a constant stable schedule is what the kids needed and they did their best to provide it for them.

She climbed on where she would sit and make sure she's not gonna fall off on take off "villian? Some would say so....super not so much" she pulled up her hood her eyes seeing though the goggles built into it "let's get this show on the road...I'm starved" she smiled poking him in the side with a smile as her file was displayed it read like a rap sheet not a file of a SHIELD agent.

Magnus felt better knowing who was behind him as the engine shifted again to take the new weight before he flicked wrist to surge the bike into movement. Approaching up and forward as he flew over a school bus to give the kids a thrill as the hover cycle rattled the windows. Soon they were weaving between buildings on their way, watching the constant shift of archetecture taking a more modular design, Part of the superhero battles require total renovations of entire buildings at a time, sure they slap layers of brick on top but with every building in cookie cutter fashions, it makes everything quick to fix with some icing.

Once east ninth was known as 'little japan', but now it takes up all of ninth street from one side to the other of the city. They had miles of shops to pick from for every manner of virtue and vice. Slowing to a stop, he turned back to look at her as he talked.

Jean heard a knock and she answered it. "Oh Ira hi." Jean said she knew what Ira wanted. She made a telepathic call for David.
David heard the call and came over to them. He said "let's figure out what to do ." Jean opened her door for them so they can talk in here

"Okay you just gain yourself a point for quoting back to the future" she smiled her eyes peering around threw her goggled hood as they flew as they stopped she flipped down her hood her hair covering one eye as she looked around "well if "you" are paying let's find us the best we can find" she looked around seeing a very nice place called the "dragons nail" it looked very high end "I think we have a winner" she pointed to the restaurant

"so I personally think we need a resistance. Protests, rallys and demonstrations if we are going to go about this peacefully. but if the bill passes we should be ready for an all out war. "

David said. "I agree, we need to do this peacefully but we need to be ready for war. If they want one we will give them one." Jean looked at them . "A war? What will that solve? We can show we don't need to use our powers for they wo-" David interrupted her "your serious ? Your one of the greatest telepathscand and you don't think they won't start a war ? They have SHIELD and the avengers. If they want a war im fighting Jean, with our without you." Jean frowned and said "People will fear us if we fight against them." "They fear us now!" He snapped

"David has a point jean, they fear us already. and even if we saved the world ten times over they would still fear us. if all mutants were heroes they would fear we were above the law and by existing we threaten the stability of authority. were we all villians we would automatically terrorists. it doesnt matter to them that our conception birth and upbringing is the same. its that we can do what they cannot. its that they are different and we are strong. our existence threatens the stability of the USA. but we have to prove to them we don't. "

Magnus chuckled, glad he wasn't too old for the reference to go over her head, Where he was from, sometimes all you had were old movies to pass time and keep sanity, in the war-torn world of his home, many of the VHS got stripped with magnetic sterilizations and most computers got corrupted by billions of cyberwars. That left the rarest of DVD's as the portable medium. But here you can buy VHS by the pound.

He took the hovercycle to the helipad and set it down for her to dismount before he glided it a few more feet to the farthest edge of the pad for real helicopters then dismounted to join her. Just in time, someone came to open the rooftop door just to see who the hell activated the roof alarm. The only response Magnus gave the man was a Black card with no features, in fact the card was one large magnetic strip to be swiped in any direction and accepted. a million dollar hacking tool to bypass level seven electronic locks and he was using it as an ATM card.

He shooed the man inside as he held the door for Zan.

Anthony picked her up . "Your boarding the stark airline. Keep your hands on the suit at all times." He held he and flew to the academy.
Jean sighed and knew they were right. She didn't like it at all but knew they were right. She said. " your right. We save the world from a hulking monster and they fear a mutant who can read minds." Jean looked at then and said "if were gonna bring back the Xmen we need more people then just us three."
David nods and said. " maybe we can ask older, and more advanced students

Zan smiled walking though the door "Nipponjin wa, watashi no haha no gengo de ari, hijō ni sabi te, i know enough to get by but not enough to make my mom happy though, more fluent in ones and zeroes" she made her way to the main restaurant part and was given a place to sit and a menu "thanks and can we get some sake please" she said to the host as she sat down taking off her hoodie and putting it over the chair, her tank top was very loose and baggy on her small frame she looked over the menu biting on her lower lip "everything sounds so good, what are you planning on getting? im thinking..." she trailed a nail along the menu with a smile.

Ramsey:
"People of new york and the world....." a quite voice came over all "closed" screens that picked up a internet signal and soon a masked face appeared on tablets,phones,laptops, and anything else that was giving off a internet signal "ladies and gentlemen, do not bother trying to close the tab or log off, you wont escape my voice, I represent the new brotherhood of mutants, you can all call me...big brother" the black eyed never ending smile of his mask was in full view on every screen. "With recent events WE feel that it is time to make ourselves known with our intent, unlike the last brotherhood we know this war will not be won weapons...but with words...words are information and information is power you see.....I know all of the nasty secrets SHIELD, the avengers and the x-men thought lied dead...but I know...and I will share when I feel like it."

the screen flickered and all the screens he was on read "you are free" and all screens went back to normal after the message hung for a few moments

Ira was going to say something but heard her phone go off. she checked it and sighed. she watched the message. when it was over she put her phone down. "well thats just lovely. the brotherhood. looks like they are going be black mailing the big wigs into rethinking. i guess he just bought us sometime. but eventually the government will drop the "we dont negotiate with terrorist line" i'd bet money on that"

David watched it on his iphone and Jean on her laptop. David remembered meeting some of the original brotherhood members. He knew some were possibly still alive. His eyes narrowed as the message ended. He was angry they try and take the name of the team his father made. He was also glad as they could by us time. David said "This guy is going to make things worse. it doesnt matter if he is going to be black mailing them, all the people care about now is aking sure mutants are under registration,"
Jean said "We need to watch them.....make sure they dont do anything drastic like the original Brotherhood." Jets could be heard outside. Jean said "Who is here? David loked outside seeing Anthony and Heidi.

"David, you should be the one to keep an eye on them" Ira knew it was a bit of a gamble having David monitoring the brotherhood. she knew the gist of how he felt about the entire mutant race but he was magnetos son and at the very least agreed somewhat with this new brotherhood. Also he is a living magnet so if this guy was good with computers David might be able to make his life more difficult. Jean....was too high on the moral compass to even consider monitoring of a criminal group. the thought almost made her laugh. the entrance of familiar brainwaves entered her range of influence. "oh look Heidi is back" she didnt sound too thrilled....at all

telepathically she reached out to someone in the basement "Look alive Digit. we got company"

"got it" Digit responded before bringing up an extra computer screen that was the security camera. what she saw was a flying ironman suit. she streamed the feed to Davids phone. she rolled back over to another hand built computer and screen that was scanning the building for secrets that the mysterious hacker may have been talking about. she glanced around her room to take a quick count of how many of her many devices were internet accessable and there for hack able. thankfully not many. just her computers and a few monitoring devices that she quickly took the power source out of. by the time she finished that the computer had backed up ever secret looking file into a single server she made a year ago. she unplugged it. now it functioned like a giant flash drive, that looked a lot like an old microfridge

Heidi turns to Anthony. "You don't have to stay here. I'm fine from here. If there's somewhere you need to be..."

She heads into the school, and couldn't help but smile. So many good memories flooded back to here. People already knew she was here, so she wouldn't have to wait too long before someone came. She just hoped they wouldn't treat her like a traitor too. If she didn't belong here, then where did she belong?

David nods agreeing that he should watch the team, the team was his fathers and he could block off their communications. Not only did he have his father's powers but also electrokinesis. He said "Maybe I should go undercover. Work with them. See what I can get put of them, Digit should come with me she could help." He saw the feed. "And she brought tin-man." Jean didn't object to him watching the team but felt uncomfortable of him going undercover.
Anthony said "I will behave myself if magnet head does." He took off his helmet and followed her. A few kids smiled and went up to Anthony asking for his autograph.

Heidi was also getting people asking for her autograph. A lot of them girls. She almost felt like a role model. A role model to little girls who just see her as a Mutant who became a strong, admired hero, and maybe they can too. They didn't know the political divide as well as all her old friends would. Maybe a few of them did but didn't care. Maybe a few of them even supported it. It didn't matter. If just felt good to be treated like a good guy by people you share something with. It was special. The average guy on the street's admiration couldn't achieve this.

Ira looked at David like he said something stupid "Digit doesnt leave her room let alone the basement. You really think she'd leave the building? And lets not forget that she is 14 David. I for one am not going to let you make a terrorist out of a teenage recluse." Ira took a second to reign in her temper. "so which one of you are going to go greet our guest before one of the other teenagers throws something at somebodies head"
