Jean said "I will this is my school. The headmistress should great the guests." She left leaving the arguement. She went to Heidi and Anthony. Jean hugged Heidi. "Hi, Heidi, what brings you here?" She smiled at him.
David said. "I'm not joining them . I'm doing undercover work. Digit trusts me and you're then anyone. I promise to protect her Ira."

Heidi hugged Jean back.

"Jean! It's been so long!

To be perfectly honest, I've been feeling down. You probably know why if you watch the news. I guess I just needed to come back here, to a place where I have friends, and not...co-workers."

She turns to Anthony.

"I didn't mean you! You're my friend! I meant...You know..."

She turns back to Jean.

"How have you been? What's happened since I left?"

"thats what undercover means David! you join them for the sake of getting what you want. that's literally what it requires. im not sending her to do anything that ties her to the most recent public enemy number one. and I cant believe that you would even consider it. it doesnt matter if I trust you or she trust you. no one trusts them. we don't know anything about them except that that 'big brother' character just hacked everyones everything which is illegal. in case you forgot" Ira knew she was berating David but she was ticked off at him. " an untrained, 14 year old, reclusive, little girl, who has only communicated with 5 people in a year, student, is not going to be put in harms way for the sake of intel. its our job to protect these kids not use them like pawns." even in her anger she knew mentioning his father was going a bit too far so she phrased the next sentence very carefully "we are supposed to be better than those that came before us. as teachers we are supposed to protect the children. trust isnt something to be used against each other other David. cuz once its gone, its gone"

David nods at her and said. "Your right. It was a stupid idea. I'm sorry." He then said "Should we see our old friend and tin-man ?" He watched them walk inside.
Jean said. "Good, David took over some of the classes you ran. it's nice you found a friend in your...buisiness." She smiles at her and asks Heifi telepathically. ' are you dating him?'
Anthony followed Heidi and Jean. He saw pictures of old Xmen .

Heidi Blinked in surprise, and a blush grew on her face. 'I have never considered our relationship like that! Strange thing is, I'm not sure I can outright say no.'

"So how is David doing in those classes?"

"no thanks. If i snapped on you imagine what I'll do to her? She has a right to be here...and is welcome here. But I dont want to see her, Because the second it gets political is the second i open the gates of hell." with that she headed for the door and stopped "and I'm sorry for snapping" she walked down the hallway and headed down stairs to Digits room. she didnt knock as she entered. the dog, who we are going to call Techno, came up to her. his recognition program recognized her so it responded in a friendly manner to her. much like a real dog except you didnt have to spend money on food and vet bills.

'Ira why are they here?' Digit reached out to Ira who had knelt down and stroked Techno like a real. the heat sensors on his head acted like a mood ring, and he reacted to her mood by trying to lick her face.

'i dont know. dont want to know honestly' she replied pushing the dog away with a chuckle and going to Digit and looking over her shoulder at a schematic that she couldnt make heads nor tails of.

Magnus nods in appreciation to her understanding, something she says does make him take pause as they are lead to a table. "Strong upbringing or dual nationality?" She moves before he can get her seat for her, oh well this is a modern day for a modern woman.
" Indeed, warm Sake. Well I'd like to start with a serving of Nikuman and Chirashi sushi while waiting for the Tonkotsu ramen. No changes or special requests, I trust your chef to decide."

Suddenly there was a voice in his ear bud, as well as on almost every electronic device in the restaurant. He listened very carefully to the words chosen, grabbing the pen off the waiter and scribbling down the exact phrasing of this hacker.

"People of new york and the world..... ladies and gentlemen, 'do not bother trying to close the tab or log off', you wont escape my voice, I represent the new brotherhood of mutants, you can all call me...big brother With recent events WE feel that it is time to make 'ourselves' known with 'our' intent, unlike the last brotherhood we know this war will not be won weapons...but with words...'words are information and information is power' you see.....I know all of the nasty secrets SHIELD, the avengers and the x-men thought lied dead...but 'I' know...and 'I' will share when 'I' feel like it."

Removing his earpiece, he opens it up and removes the battery before putting it in a pocket. Already his adhd mind was picking things apart, He started with new york, that was the target of the broadcast and everyone else was colatteral. Word choice of 'voice' meant he most likely wasn't going to make any physical appearances anytime soon. Pluralizing the brotherhood but singular noun for the one who knows things means that he hasn't shared everything with everyone in his brotherhood, he's most likely manipulating his own people with selective disinformation. he leads the organization but it isn't a 'we are legion' sort of spook with dozens of people papering the world with information leaks. Words are power and he wants to hold the power by holding all the words. more selective disinformation, most likely spinning thousands of files of negative PR and hiding all the millions of good things that no one knows about.

"Great, another transparency nut out to share everything with everyone. So, you want to even try and eat lunch before we get called back for you to do your data dance?"

Daviud nods and went to see them.
Jean nods and said "David is fine. He is a good teacher. The kids always ask him questions on how to control there powers, and history of mutants." Jean didnt like the idea of Anthony being her. She was afraid it might get heated with him and David. She saw David and hoped nothing bad would happen.
David hugged Heidi. "Long time no see." He saiud smilign. He saw Anthony and grew serious. "Mr.Stark." He shook Anthony's hand. "Mr.Lehnsherr." David then said "Not the normal buisiness suit today..."
Antony smirked "This suit is my normal buisiness suit." David eyes narrowed and said "I see." Jean said "Lets head to the garden." She got between them not trying to get them to fight.

"I always want something. love affection. a smile " Ira explained in a half serious tone "but seriously i want your opinion" she thought back

"the Registration Act...and the guy that probably came up on all your screens like a SAW movie. " she answered

there was a pause that Ira used to rummage through the many resembled gizmos in the room. instead of asking for more parts she would just take apart old inventions for parts. "people are stupid. human are mad they are weak. and mutants think they are strong. everyone is wrong." To Digit all that mattered were physical things. a very simple have n have not belief. he recognized the collective strength of humanity and could see the poison pride of the mutant race. given previous events that she read about it was unlikely that either group would ever succeed over the other. but so long as it didnt effect her directly she only cared so much. "what happened to Xmen dont kill?" even though they were technically Xmen yet Ira never really like that rule. but thats just because her mom was a notable assassin and she had all the same skills.

Zandrea was looking over the menu as she heard that voice her eyes went wide and she picked up her phone as the video played and ended "umm...ye...yeah, let's try to eat" she was on a bit of shock the mask was nothing she ever seen but that voice, she folded the menu "I...I will have the same, extra spicy please" she looked at magnus " Im going to be right back...have..have to pretty myself up" she excused herself and made her way to the bathroom locking herself in a stall and pulled out her phone texting a number she have no typed in a long time "Ramsey?" The message hung on her phone for what felt like a thousand years only to be meet with no reply,
she breathed easy and left the stall looking at herself in the mirror "I'm seeing ghosts.....Ramsey is...." She sighed and made sure she looked good

Magnus apologized to the waiter for his rude behavior as he waited for the appetizers. She has freaked out, that was obvious, perhaps it was because her file was classified and redacted. 'Big Brother' might have dirt on her that could ruin her career as a shield agent. Thinking for a moment, he pulled out his cell phone and battery separately from his pocket. Since he was on mission he always unplugged his phone so he couldn't be tracked, it wasn't until now that he had the ear-bud out of his head that he needed to call.

He waited for her to return before handing her the cell and power source. "It's been off for most of the day. Do you think you can do anything with it if it wasn't hacked with the broadcast?" Before he could say any more, two platers were delivered. One had steaming buns filled with what would be revealed to be a delightful vegetable blend with an egg within. The other had a bowl of rice topped with a variety of sashimi and garnishes. The particular blend tonight was eel and octopus with ginger and other paper thin slivers of roots to bring splashes of cutting savory to the almost sweet cuts of meat.

"Then again, if my ear-bud's off, my phone is off, all you need to do is drop yours in a passing pitcher of water and we got a two hour lunch."

she came back from the bathroom, her eye shadow touched up it was just black before now black with a touch of green, picking up a pair of chop sticks she picked up a slice of eel and took a bite before a devilish smile came across her face she pulled her own transmitter from her ear and wrapped it in a napkin folding it up and placing it in her pocket "i must have forgot mine at my desk, my bad" she took another mouthful of food and smiled at magnus.

"this is really good, thanks for the offer....i don't get out much....well not allowed out that much" she flipped a strand of hair from her eyes but it just fell back covering one eye as she looked at him "so how much of my file did you read on the way here?" she asked playfully "hmmm let me think alot of classified stuff, some mention of my days of a "cyber terrorist" " she made the air quotes as she said it "you try to gain access to one suit of iron man armor and they label you a terrorist" she paused for a second and narrowed her eyes "unless...." the wrong wheels were turning in her head her paranoia started to rise "they sent you to spy on me didnt they, no one fracking trusts me at shield no matter what i do" she put her face into her hands and felt on the verge of crying it was not uncommon for her mood to swing like that and thinking "big brother" was Ramsey was most likely the catalyst " I STOPPED BEING KODE WHEN I JOINED SHIELD!....I just want to be zandrea" her head started to clear as she noticed she was being stared at "...I....I'm so sorry" she reached into her hoodie and pulled out her medication she reached her her hoodie and went to get up form the table after embarrassing herself.

Heidi hugged David back. "Indeed. It has been a long time." She then looked between David and Anthony as they had their conversation. "I agree with Jean. The garden sounds good." She then stands close to Anthony, and whispers with an irritated voice. "Are you absolutely sure you're not. Needed. Elsewhere?" 'Geez, he didn't take the hint the first time, did he. I bet he thinks he's welcome everywhere, in stark contrast to me.'

inside the box was an x shaped bracelet "is this for jean?" Ira asked telepathically,. admiring it, jean was all about the "x's"

"no that one is yours. Jeans was a necklace, Davids was a watch" Ira responded mentally

"its a round here somewhere. if you see it give it to them please" Digit never looked back at Ira which made a little concerned. it meant her attention was occupied by something else.

so Ira changed the subject " can you make a shell casing that can isolate psionic energy". Digit didn't understand untill Ira manifested a bullet out of psychic energy. normally she made bladed weapons because she worked better with them. but with a bullet, as Ira explained, she wouldnt need to get so close. she couldnt make them last long enough to be loaded into a gun, aimed and fired. if Digit could make a bullet casing that sustained the construct then it could be used to get directly into the minds of targets, It was edgy but digit agreed on the terms that she wouldnt be making a sword, at all.

Delilah wandered the halls barefooted as she ignored the whispers in the hall. Concentrating she shifted into a hazy white smoke, as she traveled through the walls, and down into the kitchen to get her some food to eat. Sitting on the counter she nodded to a fellow student, Karem and then went back to eating her pancakes.

Magnus nodded in approval at her return, feigning to notice whatever microscopic change he didn't notice. Trained in observation efforts to notice small changes in troop movements and security measures at all times. But he wasn't on the job right now. When she took up a bite without ceremony, he joined in to take a bite of baby octopus. Thinking on her sentence for barely a moment, he blurted out an idea.

"Why not apply to become an Avenger? Flexible hours but its all unpaid overtime, great medical but every minute should be classified as hazard pay, lots of cool toys to qualify with that you never get to play with. Super powers have never been a requirement, just look at 'black' and 'hawk'."

Changing pallet he popped a bun in his mouth whole as she spoke, listening to the deepening spiral that flared all of a sudden, bipolar was in her paperwork and she had just been hit on a nerve. He held up a hand to wave off the hostess as he stood to pour her some water for her pill put a four fingered hand on her shoulder and push her back down to the chair. Firm, but not forced, she still had the chance to leave all the same as he tried to talk her down.

"Not to be crass, but it usually is the terrorists like AIM who hack superhero armors. Growth requires conflict, you became a better hacker and he upgraded his software, both of you got better from it. I didn't come to spy on you, I came to you cause you are the closest and the best for my mission to hand off the clipboard, the rest has just been fun. You may have stopped being Kode, but it was Kode who got shields attention to recruit Zandrea behind the mask..."

Mask, there was something to the big brother mask he would have to look a later. But for now he tried to bring her down to try and enjoy their lunch.

Zandrea took a deep breath and allowed Magnus to get her to sit her back down she took the water and swallowed down the pill with the cold water, the fog on her thoughts lifted "I am so sorry Magnus, I did not mean to accuse you of anything like that..." she placed her own hand on his that was on her shoulder she was calm again very embarrassed but clam "this is why I rarely have any field work, my judgement becomes so....wrong" she picked back up her chop sticks and ate some more.

she placed her hoodie back over her chair "that "big brother" idiot that hacked every ones phones reminded me of a ex-boyfriend, a mutant who died in a protest turned riot, he taught me to fight the oppression mutants faced with cyber attacks, stark....SHIELD....AIM....we hacked them all feeding our information to the x-men at first, but soon the brotherhood then just the brotherhood" she laughed lightly to herself "Kode was my mutant name Ramsey gave me when we met the brotherhood for the first time, he didnt want them to know i was human, and i wanted to be a mutant so i can be with Ramsey....i was dumb and young"

eating some more she looked Magnus in the eyes, her smile coming back to her face "that is what is classified in my file....i was for at least one day a member of the brotherhood, i am so damaged" she gave herself abit of a chuckle as she ate more off her plate "like i said, I am sorry for flying into like i did and for talking your ears off with my sad story, lets enjoy this amazing lunch and continue to play hookie from work" she said as she poured them both some sake.

Anthony whispered "Come on I never got to see your place.": He sat down in a chair in the Garden.
David sat and said "Mr.Stark.....I have a questions.....if mutants should register under the government why not you and the non mutant avengers."
Jean was about to tell Heidi something but froze. 'no please no.'
Anthony said "What do you mean by that?"
"You have a suit that can take down a entire army.....' He said
"Im trying to protect the people and the mutants. ' Anthony stood up. David stood and said "By making the mutants be under government teaching." Anthony said "Its better then having them try to take over." David got mad and a metal fence began bending and twisiting. 'Ira I need you now!' Jean got between them "Look we dont need a fight! Both of you stop!" David said "Get the hell out both of you." Anthony said "Listen were trying to make sure another Psycho like your dad doesnt try and take over." David anger reached its peak and the metal fence broke off and wrapped around Anthony.

Ira clasped the Bracelet around her wrist as she picked up a telepathic call for help. Ira didnt want to go, it was better to just let them fight. but she went anyway, exiting Digits room with Techno and going up the stairs that would get her to the garden the fastest. 'cover your ears' was the only warning she gave Jean before she told Techno "Techno, sonic" and plugged her own ears. the robot dog opened its mouth and let out a hig frequency that caused pain in those who heard it and disrupted their inner ear/sense of balance.

Heidi saw the dog open its mouth. Why would a robot dog open its mouth? To bark. Heidi covered her ears, but the noise still caused her a great deal of pain. She got up stormed over To Anthony "This is why I'm the one who does the PR. Hopefully this time I hope you take the damn hint. And if you absolutely insist on not leaving then please keep your mouth shut." She then stormed over to David. "I know you're better than that," she said with more than a hint of disappointment, before she turned to Jean and helped her up.

"Are you okay?"
