Look, I honestly feel insulted with you two questioning my ability to pull this off. I've been in this roleplay for longer than you two have known about it. Ghost Rider i'm fine with talking about, which i'll get to answering the actual point afterwards. But I know what i'm doing with this deadpool, i've been doing it for a year and a half now. The whole ghost rider thing, again, doubting me. But fine, if you hate the idea so fucking much, i'll just scrap it because fuck it. Except that defeats the purpose of bothering to do a character from a pre-existing setting that already has an established everything. It would be far more honest to create an OC Donut Steel with the crap you find cool rather than use this pre-existing character that you're not even bothering to keep its essence. It would be like me choosing Goku and playing him like some wise zen master rather than the borderline retarded space alien that likes to fight and eat and expecting people to not roll their eyes.

Just because you can, doesn't necessarily mean you should. It's in bad spirits to trample all over an established, liked character, and generally a fanbase doesn't take well to such. Remember the DmC fiasco? The game shit all over Dante's character and the franchise in general,, and the collective fanbase became this concentrated ball of rage.

Nobody's saying making a character like your Deadpool is against the rules. Everybody's saying it's a damn stupid idea to do it, especially since your character's interpretation of Deadpool acts nothing like a regular person or Deadpool, and certainly doesn't act like a mixture of both.
