By the way, are we still reffering to the Champions of each Region as Champions, or we take for granted that the Champion each region is the player from the respective game? (With the exception of Red, who turned down the Champion position...and is Red the official strongest Trainer in the RP?)

I think an arc with Red involved would be interesting,with students flocking against him for a battle, but, on the other hand, Red is depicted as a lone wolf. (Red is also my character's final challenge.)...By the way, even though I included "former", I generally refer to Steven as Champion out of habit! :D

I think if you were champion at one point in your life everyone still refers to you as a champion, just like presidents.

Also in regards to maximum level being 25, an Umbreon and Gallade would be acceptable? Ralts evolves into a Kirlia at 20 and assuming a Dawn stone is used immediately, it becomes a Gallade pre-25, and the earliest I've had Eevee evolve into Umbreon was roughly 20.
