Be sure to click here for the Interest Thread and the Background of how things are working in this world! Trust me, you'll want to check it out.

The man piloting the specially made stealth shuttle cruisers containing the chosen pilots from his sector was as nervous as can be. He prayed… prayed that nothing followed him. He wasn’t too sure if the kids behind him were really worth the trouble, but he was told that only he along with other shuttle pilots could get this job done and that it could save humanity. He questioned why they were sending it kids, but his answer was nothing but that to follow the orders he was given and to ensure that all the kids were picked up and dropped off safely.

He was 28 years old, a good 10 years or so older than these kids, and he was supposed to be entrusted with their lives?! Trying to calm himself, the pilot looked at the specific ship he was given as well. This is something that is clearly of high grade and difficult to use, for even someone who aced their class like him, he’s having trouble using this cruiser. A stealth function, being able to detect things with the long range scanners long before they jump within shooting distance, and much more… Just what else has the brains of humanity been holding back from the rest of us?

Not trying to think of it anymore, he just focused… focused on his task as he slowly reached his designation- only for a monotonous voice to cut over the intercom loudly, startling not only him but everyone else.

“Entering restricted area. State business or prepare to be shot down.”

Cold chills echoed over his body as he quickly panicked and grabbed for the enveloped. Ripping it open, he looked for the code he needed to enter the area… despite there being nothing at all within his view at all. He, along with all these kids were about to be killed for flying in empty space god damn it!

“Um… Ah… Gah… Uh?!” he gasped aloud until finally he found the exacting wording that he was to speak into the mic, along with the access codes. “This is Warrant Officer Joseph Berguns of Mankind’s 17th Division Alliance Fleet serving under Fleet Admiral Rodin Tokugawa. Sigma code 1954871, Delta Verlock- Project Living Alchemic Drive,” shouted Joseph as he responded into the mic.

It was tense within the ship… until finally a loud chime sounded.

“Welcome, Warrant Officer Joseph Berguns, to the Research Facility Delta Verlock, please avoid the Yamaguchi as you land into the docking bays and drop of the pilots. Please wait there for further instructions, and have a nice day,” spoke the voice before cutting off.

He paused, wondering what the voice meant by Yamaguchi when it was supposedly MIA years ago… when suddenly, the stealth systems of both the research facility and the dreadnaught revealed themselves.

It was stunning… to see the Yamaguchi as it was, almost in perfect condition as hovered over the facility keeping guard over it. So this is where it has been; one of Earth’s strongest dreadnaught capable of cleaving through an entire planet with its cannons. It was then, at that moment that Joseph saw more cruisers similar to his appearing; a smile emerged knowing that perhaps humanity did have a chance to come back. Things were safer here and nothing was going to get through the Yamaguchi, or the plethora of planetary defenses of Delta Verlock.
“So… these are all the kids, eh, Boris?” spoke a man in a lab coat as he flipped opened many files that a sudden larger and bulkier man handed him.

“We surprisingly found many potential candidates, Doc… All Frameworks should be ready to go as well,” spoke the man in a heavy Russian accent.

“Mind not calling me Doc?” his eyes twitch as he browsed the files silently, before glaring at the larger man. “I keep telling you to call me Doctor Lorenzo like everyone else.”

“Doc is easier and it annoys you too,” he said with a grin.

“Whatever… Now then, let us see what we have here…”

Hello, and welcome to Living Alchemic Drive, or LAD for short! This is a RP where you take the roll of a pilot who is aged 14-17 by scientists to pilot experiment Frameworks in hopes of defeating the Cruxi; a mysterious alien race hell-bent on destroying humanity for unknown reasons.

A lot of things that work in terms of your mech’s mobility or what not means its synchronization rate between it and its pilot (you in this case). The stronger your synchronization rate, the stronger your Framework is.

To further elaborate upon the Frameworks, the ones we are piloting are experimental and are also sentient; to put it simply, they choose their pilots rather than the pilots choosing them.

Thanks to harinezumikouken who sent me a link, I decided to take some verses and turn them into the following flashes before the pilot once they enter them as representations of how they choose their pilots:

“Under the Armor of God, you shall stand against the Devil.” If the particular Framework is yours.

“Even under the Armor of God, you shall fall to the Devil.” If the particular Framework does not belong to you- it will thus go berserk or try and kill you.

However, if it questions your beliefs and your ideals, and you are the true pilot, it will not respond to you until you can somehow convince the Framework otherwise to work for you- Again, the Frameworks are sentient beings.

Also, Frameworks are more realistic and high-military grade looking, so try to stay in that area. Although if you have questions, feel free to ask me.
Now that we’ve established a bit how Frameworks, well, work, it’s time to move onto other things. Yes, there are Cyborgs, Androids, and other Artificial Intelligence in this universe.

All other Roleplaying rules apply, but I’ll write those out when I have the actual chance, since I wanted to get this up as soon as possible.

And now, finally the Character Sheets!
Pilots

  • Name: What do people call you?

  • Age: Between the ages available, what is your given age?

  • Personality: Tell me how you act around others.

  • Battle-Style: Do you prefer being the Pointman taking the lead and taking all the damage to find a weak point for your teammates? Being the Berserker who relies on melee skills, a gunslinger with ranged, a sniper, or a jack of trades and a master of none? Just tell me how you prefer to fight is all!

  • Hospitalized Special One: This one is a bit tricky. Because of the war, there are a bunch of casualties. Who was that special someone who was a casualty that was sent back to Earth for emergency treatment, and you’re unable to see them now that you’re here? Is it mom, dad, brother, sister, or someone else?

  • Background: Tell me about yourself.

  • Other things: If there is anything else you believe that needs telling, say so here.

  • Frameworks

  • Framework Name: Tell me the name that has been given to your Framework.

  • Appearance: Obvious! Go by word descriptions, or you can go by pictures.

  • Primary Weapon-Type: What is your Framework’s signature weapon at all times; the stuff it can’t trade away since it is built in. Usually it is a powerful melee weapon or a strong rifle of sorts; it’s up to you.

  • Secondary Weapon Type: This is the minor Framework’s signature weapon; another weapon it can’t trade away. Think of built in lasers for the most part from certain joints/sockets or again another signature weapon.

  • Side-socket 1: What are held here? It could be extra ammo clips, or side arms. The things that it starts with on missions, but can trade away if necessary.

  • Side-socket 2: Same as number one.

  • Special Ability: All Frameworks have a special ability that they possess, what is yours? You won’t start off with this of course, but it will be unlocked eventually. These are not overpowered at all, they should only be strong enough to take down an army or help to destroy enemy ships.

  • Now with that all out of the way, if you have any questions, comments, or anything of the such, feel free to throw them my way and I'd be more than willing to oblige to reply! I don't bite after all~

I'm really looking forward to all the Character Sheets @_@

Since the Frameworks can be a bit complicated, I considered sharing my own Framework with you guys so you can get an idea how to make one, although mine is fairly simple. They're meant to be strong, but not so strong that they can solo anything right off the bat.

    Anyway, here's Avacramdt.

Edit: I did edit some things since I felt he was a bit underwhelming compared to the other Frameworks... hopefully he isn't too bad. >_<

  • Framework Name: Avacramdt

  • Primary Weapon-Type: The trademarked blades on Avacramdt’s arms that form half a circle. Sharp and deadly, they allow it to go toe-to-toe against things of greater size with ease, and to trade blows easily. They are also able to give Avacramdt great defense if used well. Their main usage however is the fact that they can cloak themselves in a bright white cutting energy. Avacramdt can use dig these into the ground and move on all fours like an animal to increase their speed and power tremendously in order to reach destinations faster, along with ferociously take down its prey.

  • Secondary Weapon Type: To be truthful, Avacramdt is lacking any actual secondary weapon, although it can fire lasers from the socket on its lower torso and its eyes. Besides that, it can remove the blades from its arms and connect them together to form one large ring blade to fight with; both offensively and defensively. Offensively it serves as a normal ring blade, while defensively he can attach it to his arm to serve as a shield before cloaking it entirely in its signature white cutting energy to protect him. It can also spin rapidly while in this state in order to block Avacramdt from harm.

  • Side-socket 1: A small spike launcher that is ready to be launched the moment the top is plopped opened, firing at those who are in the immediate vicinity of it. Mostly used if Avacramdt is in a tight situation and needs a quick diversion to escape.

  • Side-socket 2: A simple Framework-sized pistol in case things get bad, or if a gun is needed. It can easily be thrown away in a second for the Avacramdt to pick up a better weapon.

  • Special Ability: The Special ability of Avacramdt is a unique one; being able to cover itself in the signature white energy that covers its blades. It is also capable of forming multiple Ring Blades with this energy to fight on its behalf, while the original one sits upon its back covered in energy as well. Avacramdt can still fight with its hands, but it can also fight with the materialized Ring Blades that hover in the air, providing massive offensive and defense power. While the energy is still strong, the energy surrounding isn't as strong that it can cut through things but it is defensively powerful, allowing it to go toe to toe against great firepower.

@Xlegs: Foegard looks okay! It'll be a lot more agile, obviously, but it'll take hits harder as a result. Still, it'll allow it to deal damage swiftly and move quicker I believe if that is the kind of appearance you want your Framework to be like. Honestly? It looks perfect as I read Phoebe's battle style.

    'ere you go

    Pilots
    Name: Reginald “Reggie” Quinlan
    Age: 17

    Appearance:
A dark-skinned youngster who stands at 6 feet sharp and is possessed of an obviously athletic build, Reggie also sports a prominent jaw and chin as well as a respectable amount of body hair for his age, including thick, bushy eyebrows. Rather than try to make it seem smoother or straighten it out, Reggie keeps his wooly black hair cut short and neat, though he retains prominent sideburns and dons what promises to grow into a solid moustache soon. Clothing-wise, Reggie prefers comfortable clothes he can fight unimpeded in and can always be seen wearing a form-fitting white tank top along with a pair of ratty military camo cargo pants and solid but lightweight black boots. Reggie tops the outfit off with a jacket to match his pants.

Personality: Reggie does not care. He doesn’t care about people, the fate of mankind in general or this particular situations that he finds himself in. Always quick to fire back with an uncalled for comment and never capable of withholding his opinions, he’s seemingly almost perpetually angry even when there’s no outward signs of it and relishes engaging in brawls with whoever pisses him off.

Battle-Style: Reggie is a close up brawler who enjoys relentlessly charging forward, no matter how many times he gets hit in the process, in order to pummel his opponents into a bloody pulp using his fists. Though he’d seem like a terrible choice for a pilot, his particular fighting style complements his Framework extremely well and he has an innate talent for hand to hand combat, giving him both a solid offense and defense despite his seemingly berserker straightforward approach to fighting.

Hospitalized Special One: Boxing coach Antonio Aldebrandi, the only man to ever treat Reggie right. A successful boxing coach who’d come down on hard times, he tried to secure a future for Reggie as a legitimate boxer rather than a street fighter and started training him before the stress of the invasion became too much for his body to bear. Despite needing urgent treatment, it took a considerable amount of time for him to be shipped to Earth.

    Background:
Orphaned at birth, Reggie had a rough time growing up in an overcrowded, unprepared and uncaring system, bouncing around from numerous orphanages and shelters for as long as he can recall. From the very start of his life he had to learn to fight in order to protect himself and ensure that he’d get food, water and a place to sleep, and he soon stopped feeling any kind of guilt from depriving others of the same. After all, were they in the same position they’d do the same to him. As time went by he became a notorious problem child, growing to despise everyone and everything, made even worse by his ability to beat down several children several years older than himself.

His life seemed to turn around when he was seen fighting by Antonio Aldebrandi. Though the man had been a famous boxing coach once, the war had brought him nothing but misfortune. His prized fighters, his friends and his gym had all been taken away from him and he had slowly stepped away from the world of pugilism. Seeing Reggie's talent, however, rekindled his passion and he immediately decided to adopt him, the process made easy by virtue of him being the only person that had ever shown interest in the little maniac. Their relationship was rocky to start, and it took Aldebrandi some time to tame the wild beast Reggie had become.

Eventually, however, Reggie came to respect the old man's strength and knowledge of fighting and then grew to love him as the only paternal figure he had ever known. The two were poised to break into the resurging pro boxing circuit, when the stresses of wartime caught up with Antonio. His condition rapidly deteriorated and he soon found himself unable to coach or train Reginald any more. Though he should've been evacuated to Earth post haste, the refugee system could barely handle the load and it took several months to get him shipped. Without the old man's guidance and desperate to provide for him during that time, Reggie turned back to his street fighting ways in order to raise money.

It was here that he was scouted by the organization, who was looking for a handpicked pilot to control a particular Framework. An old prototype discarded because of its complexity and demanding nature, it had been locked away in storage until the need for powerful new warmachines forced the scientists to unearth it. Seeing Reggie beat down several agents before he was finally subdued only confirmed the “recruiter’s” belief that this boy would be the one to finally connect with the raging beast known as the Panzer Torrent. He was not wrong, and Reggie immediately agreed to pilot the machine if it’d get Aldebrandi down to Earth quicker, but only time will tell whether matching up both of these savage creatures was a mistake or not.

    Character theme:
By the late, great Sonny Sharrock.

    Frameworks
    Framework Name: Panzer Torrent
Appearance: More or less like this.

    Primary Weapon-Type:
-Crusher Claws: Something of a misnomer, Panzer Torrent’s main weapons aren’t claws but rather the entirety of its arms. Long and thin but immensely powerful and covered in dense armor plating, the shield-like construction grafted to them serves as a spectacular battering ram, allowing the Torrent to inflict brutal damage by crushing and pummeling opponents with the pointed ends while effectively protecting itself. If that wasn’t enough, the outsides possess three extending spikes known as Heat Bunkers. Extremely dense and capable of superheating to increase the damage dealt, these spikes can be pistoned into the enemy to penetrate heavy armor with each strike. Its claw-like hands, usually retracted into the shields, are also quite strong and capable of inflicting damage to enemies by tearing them apart or stabbing into them, though they’re practically useless for any sort of fine motion and obviously aren’t as effective as actual weapons.

    Secondary Weapon Type:
-Rocket anchors: Fired from the unit’s inner shoulders (that is, close to the main body rather than the massive pauldrons) and connected to the Panzer by extremely durable composite cables, these are wire guided, rocket-powered grappling hooks with trident tips equipped with retractable spikes. They’re designed to stab deep into enemy structures and deploy their spikes, becoming incredibly hard to remove without further damaging whatever it is that was pierced. Capable of changing direction mid-flight, within reason, and tethered to the extremely solid and powerful Panzer Torrent, a hooked enemy unit has few chances of escaping and is usually dragged down to punching range, while the anchors are strong enough to drag the Panzer itself towards a structure if it can withstand its weight. The anchors’ spikes can be retracted on command, allowing for easier and far less messy retrieval.

    Side-socket 1:
-Reinforced frame: Unlike most other Frameworks, the Panzer Torrent lacks modularity or the ability to mount extra equipment. Instead, its entire frame is built in order to maximize its toughness and power. The unit has more armor than other Frameworks and is physically overwhelming, capable of overpowering most enemy units and beating them into scrap metal. This makes Reggie’s machine extremely heavy, but a top of the line close range combatant capable of holding back and pummeling enemies into submission while its allies deal damage from afar or safely engage in hit and run tactics.

    Side-socket 2:
-Boosters: As previously mentioned, the Panzer Torrent lacks modularity. Seeing that its massive weight would render it comparatively slow and thus extremely vulnerable to hit and run tactics, its developers tried to solve this issue by installing a powerful thruster array while constructing the unit, fully sacrificing any potential for different weapon loadouts. This does not make the unit agile, but it allows for impressive speed boosts in a *single* direction, letting the Panzer both charge and retreat more easily.

    Special Ability:
-Blast barrier: The Torrent’s sealed special power is its ability to coat itself with powerful forcefields, further increasing its offensive and defensive capabilities. This ability is a natural step up from the unit’s standard capabilities, rendering it even more resilient and allowing for more powerful blows by focusing the barrier on the units’ Crusher Claws. Its most powerful use, however, is projecting a large frontal barrier that turns the entire unit into a massive battering ram when combined with its boosters, letting it deal damage to enemies by merely entering the fray.

[This app has been cleared by the GM in order to fill the role of your taxi service cool starship]

    Name: Kaila Skye

    Age: 16

    Appearance:

Personality: Kaila does her best to be upbeat and cheerful, always attempting to look at the bright side of things. She also sees herself to be an older sister figure to the other mech pilots, both due to her position as "their voice in the sky" and as the more gentle figure in contrast to her adoptive father. To other conventional military personnel, she will act proper and befitting of her rank - including lecturing and scolding if necessary - but to the Framework pilots, even to those who are of the same or even higher age than her she will act as the kind, loving older sister figure to Rear-Admiral Skye's strict, demanding, unpleasable and scolding personality.

However, in her downtime an interesting to note is that despite the fact she is a helmsman, not a mech pilot she will often spend hours upon hours on a simulator, attempting to feel even a fraction of the original thrill, adrenaline and speed of piloting the Totsuka. She won't lie and claim that she would rather be "outside", per say, and be fighting in a mech with everyone else but she will still claim that her piloting skills probably still made her "The best helmswoman this ship could have".

Battle-Style: In direct ship to ship combat, Kaila will put the Izanagi to her limit, handling her as if the ship was a nimble starfighter. She will keep the ship moving at top speed or do extremely sharp rotation turns in the midst of combat in order to evade enemy fire.

Hospitalized Special One: She has a younger brother who is currently hospitalized.

Background: Born to a military family, Kaila's parents were both members of the military who served in the war against the alien menace. Taking care of her younger brother while their parents fought, their colony world was soon attacked by the Cruxi when she was nine. Dragging her brother through the streets, she desperately ran through bombarded streets for shelter or evacuation only for a bomb to explode near them, throwing them both onto the ground.

When she came to, both she and her brother were on a human shuttle for evacuation. She was lucky - the bomb only gave her minor burns. Her brother, however, had to be taken to a better equipped hospital on earth, which was now impossible to communicate to reliably.

It was then that the military finally delivered another piece of news that it could not do so earlier due to information problems - both her mother and father had died in the service of humanity's defence.

Distraught, in hysterics and clearly not in her right mind, it was then and there that then-Commander Airick Skye, then twenty, found her. Introducing himself as someone who had served under her parents, he explained that it was his last request to have her cared for, and to fulfil his commanding officer's last wishes he offered Kaila adoption into the Skye family. Accepting it, she soon became a candidate for Framework piloting and showed extremely high synchronization with the Framework Totsuka. However, before she could graduate, a training mech she piloted suffered a malfunction caused by an engineering error and crashed. Although she survived, she lost her right leg, disqualifying her from mech piloting qualifications. However, the Totsuka never synchronized with anyone else to satisfactory levels, and so one ship designer proposed the idea to use the Totsuka as a power source for an experimental ship that would become the powerful, fast and trustworthy ship to carry the Frameworks into battle: The Izanagi. In order to compliment the Totsuka, she was reassigned as the ship's helmswoman in order to make at least some use of her piloting skills and to ensure satisfactory synchronization with the Framework.

Other things: She has a prosthetic right leg which have disqualified her from frontline piloting. She is also helmswoman and executive officer of the Izanagi

    XXXXX

    Framework Name: Totsuka
    Appearance:

    Primary Weapon-Type:
None - the Totsuka has no weapons ( to be explained later)

    Secondary Weapon Type:
    None (see explanation for Primary)

    Special Ability:
Perpetual Energy Generation - the Totsuka is capable of generating power from its synchronization with its pilot. Originally intended to power an extremely powerful mech held laser, the Totsuka now instead powers the Battlecruiser Izanagi after her pilot was crippled.

    XXXXX

    Name: Rear-Admiral Airick Skye

    Age: 27

    Appearance:

Personality: Rear-Admiral Skye is the military officer who acts with a time-honed patience and caution - along with a fair bit of luck - forged through countless battles against humanity's enemy. He will micromanage, read and listen to every single report, consider every single possibility and make contingencies as much as possible. On the command bridge, he refuses to allow any personality to come through, maintaining an impassive face in which his training and experience takes over him completely in order to direct and complete the operation as smoothly as possible.

Outside of the bridge, he will be strict, demanding and impassive to the pilots of the Frameworks, acting as the voice of authority and demand for improvement, never being satisfied with what they accomplished but instead pushing them to strive to be better. Very rarely will he give a compliment, but when he does they can be sure that they've earned it.

Despite his tough exterior, he does feel a sense of protectiveness for the Frameworks and admits that he is feeling a great pressure due to the fact that he was, essentially, entrusted with the last hopes of the human race. He sometimes wonders what his previous superiors would do and what sort of advice they would give him if they were with him today.

Battle-Style: Rear-Admiral Skye prefers the tactic from a fictional series which was called "Great Strength, Great Strike" - to strike the enemy with a concentrated strike on a few, carefully selected and particularly dangerous or important targets with all of one's might from the start in order to cripple or impede the enemy's ability to make battle from the get-go. However, although this is his favoured tactic he understands there may be circumstances where this tactic is ineffective and is willing to adjust or improvise as a battle progresses.

Hospitalized Special One: One? he has friends, family, peers, commanders and subordinates all wounded or dead through his (relatively) long career.

Background: Rear Admiral Skye was one of the many patriotic, eager youths who enlisted in the military under their propaganda under the idea of serving to protect the human race. With the aid of a great academic record, he was given the opportunity to attend the naval academy from where he graduated as an officer. Serving in many ships and seeing many battles - some of which ended with him in escape pods fleeing a crumbling ship, his experience and application of such soon elevated him to the rank of commander serving as the executive officer under a career Captain.

Five months on board the battleship, they were beset by alien forces and forced to abandon ship. However, the Captain had been badly injured and knew that he would not survive even if he made it onto an escape pod. Making one last request, the Captain begged then-Commander Skye to take care of a son and daughter he had on a colony on the fringes of human-held space.

Taking leave after the destruction of the battleship he served in, he followed the captain's last request and found Kalia and her younger brother. Ensuring that her younger brother was sent to a proper medical facility where he would be cared for, he offered Kalia the opportunity of adoption as an alternative to being placed in an orphanage - an opportunity she accepted.

Seven years later, to his soft amusement, surprise and resignation he found his adoptive daughter serving under him as his executive officer on board the Izanagi, one of the most advanced and powerful warships humanity had built.

    XXXXX

    Name: Battlecruiser Izanagi

    Appearance:

Battle-Style: Carries the mechs into battle like a glorified taxi. Gives out orders, directions or information to the mechs and provides artillery support with missile bombardment.

In space, the Izanagi remains in a rear role, dishing out damage from afar with her primary weapon.

Primary Weapon-Type: The Wave Motion Lance

A laser based weaponry that is embedded along the length of the Izanagi, the Wave Motion Lance is a powerful long range laser cannon which fires a long, powerful stream of energy. Based on experimental Cruxi technology and is one of the few human weapons capable of matching a Cruxi weapon.

Secondary Weapon Type: Vertical Launch Rocket System - A multitude of rocket launchers with three distinct types of missiles:

"Tyrant" Space to Ground Missiles - Missiles that act as artillery fired from the ship, either from in the atmosphere or from space, capable of hitting a target with a 100 meter margin (can be reduced to 10 meters if the target is marked by forces on the ground)

"Avenger" Point Defence Missiles - Missiles fired en masse in lieu of traditional anti-aircraft/point defence turrets in order to defend the Izanagi against small Cruxi - or hostile human - aircraft.

"Atlas" Space to Space Missiles - powerful missiles fired from the ship that acts as the ship's only other way of attacking Cruxi ships. These missiles carry powerful warheads capable of unleashing a force equivalent to 38 kiloton bomb.

Things of note : The Hangar Bay - Hanger bay in which the Frameworks are stored and from which they are launched into combat.

Special Ability: Despite her immense size, the Izanagi is extremely maneuverable and fast compared to previous ships of her size (at least in human standards). In the hands of a skilled helms officer she is capable of rotating on the spot through the aid of thrusters located across and around the ship.

But then how do we justify this dumpy, piece-of-garbage looking machine with no modularity being part of the same line as these far more advanced-looking, cleaner machines that do things other than charge forward and punch crap with stumpy spiked armorarms. Also what plot reason can there be to deny such a basic, endemic mecha trope such as "older machine that can still hang". Technically even Eva did this with Unit 00 and Big O has, potentially, the Archetype and the actual main unit itself is arguably the least advanced Big featured in the series.

And no the terribly stilted armor of god quotes don't count.

On a sidenote using the phrase from Conan of which the original is lifted from flows better

Essentially, these Frameworks are relatively similar to those of the Megaduses of Big O and the Evas of Evangelion; they're somewhat sentient beings.

Relatively similar being the important part to you.

    This is way more eva.

Big O has a tangibly different feel to them and their sentience is much more ambiguous and subtle given the nature of the show.

That's irrelevant, though. The nature of the show has little to do with the fact that there is an element of sentience within a Megadeus, which could be drawn upon for something like this. The same can be said about Eva. It was an offhand mention at that, in a thread where the title even gives the the direct inspirations, so I wouldn't bother focusing too hard on it.

If you have such a lack of respect for your own character and creations, and to disrespect what I have in store for this RP, then I think it is clear that you wont get along well with others. You tended to do that a lot in the interest thread when you were questioning my decisions and what I had in store, even if it wasn't intentional, but it was crossing a certain threshold many times.

Also, I would like to mention that I did overlook something in your Character Sheet.

Reggie does not care.

Yeah... that's something that might be a bit dangerous... considering I did mention this:

Not a whole lot really. Only that the man reading the files is wanting to get as many as he can, also seeing who may be the best for humanity. If you're a bad pilot, but your teamwork and your Frame are both good you still have a chance of getting accepted. If you're good and your Frame is good, but your personality is way off, there's a chance you may not get accepted still. There are MANY things to take into consideration while making these characters, so be wary while making them. Remember, Earth is at stake, and if your character is putting a risk at that, Lorenzo may pass you off. Try to consider this as a literal job application.

So, unfortunately, I can't accept your character the way they are. Also, considering you suddenly rudely answered me when I just simply asked you nicely to remove a single line or two and ignored that kind gesture of mine, I would ask you to kindly leave the RP before this escalates any further. Please do not respond any further, or I will grab a Mod and tell them that you've been both rude and harassing me for a bit.

@Asmodeus: Please refrain from arguing about whether or not this is a RP relating to Big O in here, and insulting things won't make you many friends here. Keep the drama and arguing to a minimal, thank you.

Yes, clearly I have a lack of respect for what I write, which is why I was arguing in favor of keeping it as close to the concept I intended by presenting examples of both shows you cite as inspiration using the same trope, which again, is endemic to the genre as a whole. It's also why I gave him a personality to fit his given backstory instead of making him a goody two shoes team player where it wouldn't make sense. But okay, calling a design specifically created to be a dumpy, old, piece of garbage looking prototype exactly what it is means I don't care for what I write and asking questions about and discussing the given setting is harassment. Whatever bro, hope you get to have fun.
