[OOC] Blood Act I~ Ghosts of the Past

Oh, I also forgot about Dirssi. I should probably put her somewhere. I'll try to write something up tomorrow, but I have a program that is due thursday, so it is going to be done tomorrow, whether it is ready or not. I may not (probably won't) be able to finish that post tomorrow. After thursday though, I'm free for a few months.

....It's made even more coincidental that Deven's armor is the cover armor for Dark Souls 2.....

Is it just me or have things been really jumpy and confusing lately in the IC? Like I just read some of the posts and they all seemed to be jumping around and a little conflicting at times...perhaps this chaos will help smooth out this feeling...but....I guess we will just have to wait and see.

It's a big group which makes it rather hard to keep everything nice and smooth within each others posts, unless we start posting the locations near the post top. That's how Seaside managed to keep things smooth and flowing nicely, at least made it easy to read the posts within that sections and involved with that scene. Top that off there's many different scenes and PCs doing their own things rather then being one united scene, make sense? It will be chaotic because all the different PCs see things either differently or only notices key things, like people in the real world, so naturally not everything will be mention in a certain but doesn't mean it did happen.

Also posted for Rathel who's currently lost his own struggle and thus barely registering his surroundings.

I will post Upsah and Heus tomorrow, my bedtime is drawing near. XD .

I understand that, but even before we managed to stay rather smooth and flowing. But, maybe I am just being critical, it is kinda hard because I am looking at current posts and then looking back on past posts. I am sure back on those past posts it was the exact same way and I am just being critical. Or perhaps I have been away too long and require some readjusting to the usual flow of things. I don't know.

Either way I am writing up a post now. And don't think this whole ordeal is going to keep the Wintercrest Reps from arriving fashionably late to the party. Be it rain, sleet, snow, yawning ravines, mountainous paths, endless wastes, giant bottomless pits of deep deep darkness that consumes all life and light, librarians, wheat and wheat-by-product, massive hordes of masked warriors, a woman from Italy, winter orange crops, menacingly vague government agencies, street cleaners, glow clouds, little tiny civilizations living under the lanes of bowling alleys that are waging war on all "surface dwellers", houses that certainty should be there that would make perfect sense to be there because they are next to other identical houses that are there yet are definitely not there, dog parks, hooded figures, Hiram McDaniels who is literally a five headed dragon who cares, a faceless old woman who lives in your house and secretly touches your face while you sleep who you can trust, a man in a tan jacket with a dear skin suite case who no one can really recall what exactly he looks like, a rift in the space time continuum that releases several confused and physically aggressive Tyranidons or an old woman handing out delicious savory cookies that are just so amazing you cant help but take some on the road with you, they will get there and they will represent....what exactly they will represent....is yet to be seen...

I feel as though I was overly soft on both Deven and Jenna this post but, I also really like how it turned out, hope the GMs don't mind what I did with some of the soldiers and guardsmen, I kinda took some liberties...hope you don't mind, I am all for it if you want to massacre them all or what not.

Though if you are alright with it and allow it then my next post would be focusing on them (Deven, Jenna and this little rabble of defenders) pushing for the door, so a lot of combat and death....lots of death.

Tht post also seriously favored Deven...I need to do more for Jenna, but besides freaking the fuck out and a lot of describing sights sounds feeling thoughts and such there isn't much for her to do....yet...she has a major part coming up.

You have been out of loop with lots of RL, including the fact we had to wrap up a few of your collabs, with or without you, before we could move on. So that could be part of it.

On a side note to everyone: Auriel's in a current conflict with Zaad who, once subdued by both Xeric and Auriel, can have Satori try to latch into his head only to discover Khan's mind's pure pain if you wish Lucius. At least give insight that something's happened to Khan and thus, edged into his demons. Not to mention enlighten that Orleah, Heus, and Upsah are out and about without Khan's reins. For Tyrael and Satori, who could've had the pleasure to be in his mind once, that should tell them how bad the situation is. Even in combat, unless needed or you've pissed Khan off enough, at least Upsah and Olreah never see the light of day ever...

They are NPCs, as long they don't have a name or is specifically added by the GMS, feel free to go wild imo. It helps build the scene and eases the trouble upon us to give you something. Though I'll likely also put in a bit about the other teachers efforts as well, like Frost frosting the door, Xeric creating a wall of flames before helping Auriel, Abbadon providing cover, healing and support them with his Chantment, and ect.

I can have Abbadon approach Jenna and get her to calm, allowing her to help to heal the wounded? She can't do much with her magic but she can at least stop the bleeding and such can't she, if you would something for her to do Leon?

Hopefully, by the tonight Rtron and I can finish up that post to get the infirmary stuff kicked off. Not to mention he can release his little surprise among the Chaos...the only question is this: will the students notice or even be able to stop it? >)

You know, I had an idea regarding Satori and Khan's demons, specifically Zaad. From what I've gathered, that poison has induced considerable rage in his demons. It probably wouldn't be possible to eliminate that rage, but what if it could be redirected? Zaad seems to be the type that would be angry at someone manipulating him, and he seems consciously aware that he is more angry than he should be. What if a psychomancer could implant the idea in his mind that the one controlling the traitor demons is responsible for manipulating him? Could that make him fixate his rage on a different target?

That's one method in which Satori and Tyrael will show off their abilities. Namely, Tyrael's ability to command other demons, though alone he won't be able to take over Zaad. But with Satori's help, it could be possible. That being said, best they could do is get Zaad to fight the other demons; having him hunt down the perpetrator would be a bit of a stretch, since as of the moment, no one aside from Khan knows who the cause of the rage is. But at least Zaad won't be attacking students and teachers. Once Fallen gets her things up I'll shift the scene some, you may want to go ahead and write about how Ssarak responds to the situation, Commander.

I was hoping to wait for Ryonara to be able to be on, but I will if I need to. I think Meirin might have a limited ability to help whilst flying through the air anyway. It can be disorienting, especially while going through complicated maneuvers. However, I am currently working on a program that needs to be done by tomorrow. It is worth 30% of my grade, so...I kind of need to focus on it today. Like I said though, I'm free for months after tomorrow.

Hold off on Zaad for at least tonight, Lucius. Echo's Auriel's and Xeric's going to do something that will trap Zaad for a bit to allow an easier time for Tyrael and Satori to do their thing.

Also, keep in mind. Khan's runes are being pushed to their limit, their functions are being affected by the poison which makes them weaker in their normal ones. For example, instead of allowing Khan to pull out or bring his demons into the isolated bit of Inferno his runes create, they are preventing any of his demons from being able to return there for long. So any killing of Rathel, Zaad, Upsah, Heus, or Orleah will literally hurt Khan enough to have his insides being liquefied aka, vomiting blood and the rune connected to the demon bleeding as if cut. Too many times and Khan's body can't handle it. Namely since Khan's the only one to survive this type of binding, no one will know this until you talk to Khan/Rathel/Zaad. *smirks* Lovely GM aren't I?

To put bluntly, Tyrael could try to take over Zaad to some extent, with Satori's aid, enough to allow him to shift into Armor mode onto someone. Once there, no matter how pissed or anger he is, Zaad's not going to be able to act upon it as he's just armor. XD

She would hate Mack-a-rack.
But the Demon leads to more friendship.
But Mack-a-rack would make for a more interesting and fun fight, rather than just trying to survive...

So basically... Tyrael can't banish them back to the Inferno, as the poison in Khan, which are affecting his runes, are preventing them from entering. And simply killing them to send them back will cause said runes to damage Khan's insides to the point that he'd die. Of course, Tyrael doesn't know this. I suppose Satori could try to dive into Zaad's memory and draw this out, since neither him nor Khan are in any condition to provide Wards strong enough to keep Satori out. In which case, Tyrael needs to focus on saving Khan, less on trying to slay his demons. Which Lucilia is trying to do. Communication, ain't it great? Well, once Zaad is subdued, I'll have Satori delegated to communications and try to reorganize the college's guards, as well as serve as a way to inform everyone of the situation. Show a bit more of what Satori is capable of.
