So I take it the last post was the one starting the big fight in the dining hall? Not quite sure how to approach this, though, since cooperation between students seems to be key, I think a collab would be appropriate.

I think a collab between all students in the dining hall would be pretty epic, if done properly. Massive, for sure.

For those of you who read Luna's post, yes there is another wave of demons coming to get you, and they are filled with super strong people. There are a total of seven different "demons" (I use italics because one of those demons is actually a group of five) you could go after.

Clawfiend

Clawfiend Demons are powerful demons like Slasher Demons, but much more durable. Their claws could rend through steel weapons and their flesh acts like natural armor. They are highly dangerous when faced in groups, and a lone Clawfiend is a skillful hunter who attacks from the darkness. You will fight five of them.

Esper

Esper Demon are a variant of Incorporeal Demons, that is, they don't have a physical form. However these Esper Demons are capable of magic regardless of their physical state, and in this instance this one is an herbamancer. It has taken on a physical form in order to do damage, however the tricky part of keeping it dead, since destroying it's physical body just means it has to hide away to make a new one. It's very large and likely can't fit through the doorways of the Dinning Hall, but it has a big claw arm, an axe, an a serpentine tail.

Sealed Demon

Sealed Demons are threatening because as they near death, they will unlock their true power. In it's current stage, this Sealed Demon is something of a Noxomancer, as it can only move in shadows large enough for her body (She's about the size of your average woman). Her main attacks involve striking or grabbing you with her tentacles, but she'll be capable of much more as she nears death.

Draco Demon

Draco Demons have the powers of Dragons while also being a demon. Also fairly gigantic, they could squeeze through the door if they don't mind breaking it. They don't. A Pyromancer by blood, this is pretty much like any other dragon, aside from the fact that you don't want to be caught in it's flame blast. It'll melt you alive. Also don't get caught by it, as it's grip can crush your bones like crackers.

Fallen Sorcerer

A high level Demonmancer capable of summoning demon through the Inferno, as well as unitizing Inferno Magics and using the bonds he has with his demons to take their powers for himself. He straddles the line between mortals and demons, and is a foes that must be taken down before he turns the whole Dinning Hall into an Inferno Hell.

Black Knight

An armored, knight like Demon. Though he lacks magic, he makes up for it with his skill with his weapon and his brutal cunning in battle. His armor is made with metals that can withstand the heat of the Inferno itself and is considered a master swordsman, making it quite a deadly foe to face. He's restricted entirely to physical combat, but he will show why warriors still have a place in this world.

Dual Hounds

Dual Hounds are large dog-like demons who not only have two heads, but are capable of two different mage bloods. One is a Pyromancer while the other is a Geomancer, and it shows; their skin is as hard as stone, and fire spurts from the cracks. They each can work together to pull off devastating magic combos, to the woes of anyone who must face them.

Remember when I said a while back that things are going to get a little bit worse? This is it. Just to be merciful, you don't have to fight all of them at once, but those you do want to fight, PM me. I'd suggest you get a friend.

I think it would be awesome to have all the friends. Have every student PC currently in the dining hall fighting as one group. I think that could work.

I would also propose a slight variation on how we normally write collabs. Normally, we each just submit a paragraph or two (perhaps more depending on the circumstance) explaining what our character did and thought, and that is fine. However, for fighting, I think it would be better to all write the same paragraph, essentially. We give an action, then have each of our characters responses to form a paragraph. I think it would make it more connected, with greater potential for cooperation between characters.

That might be a necessity. Each demon will test you cunning and character abilities, more so since I'll be the one controlling them.

I'll give Rtron until Wednesday to post in the OOC as I've not heard from him for a day or two, but it's also the weekend so he could be busy. However I'm hoping his computer hasn't went out on him... After that I will post both Khan and the Archmage posts to finish this scene off towards its end.

Lucius if Rtron isn't online on Wednesday and you and Cynn are still in the collab, mind taking over Mackendrick? Don't kill, just have him escape as I'm not completely sure of Rtron's plans for him. Alright?

Also, Sep post your PC in the CS thread and I'll try to edit the OP to include your PC later. If you want to be be entered into the fun before it end then make a coffin post. Lucius will have a demon knock him out. We say he was hidden in the College before the attack within Val's office because of the runes on it.
