...Didn't Lucilia put some experimental potions in Lyn?
Yes... and her mageblood is returning back to normal thankfully when they reached the College. Surprisingly no one noticed she couldn't do any magic since she last drank it...

Iiii think I'll have Grey hover around Lucilia's office. Just in case.

This is also why ALaira doesn't see why her actions were a problem. Sure, someone could have died, but what does that matter? They didn't. And finally, she knows deep down that if Lucilia didn't smuggle Lyn in, Meirin would have died.
Why and how don't matter, only that it did.
Yo Ssarak nodded, relieved dat Meirin wuz starting ta abandon da idea o' violence. dey wuz novices in magic, an' though bof o' dem had considerable martial training, da sheer power o' magic could easily overshadow even da most skilled weapon master. But, even as novices, in bof skill an' authority in da college, dey wuz not powerless. da right werdz ta da right niggas could bring down some form o' attention onto Lucilia. "Hmm, you may gots uh point. ah do not think she could do anythin` ta stop us from implicating her if we's confronted her first, but it may be safer ta speak ta another on da matter beforehand. you be correct dat Satori could prove, beyond uh shadow o' uh doubt, dat we's is not lying. we's might be able ta convince her ta go ta Khan wif dat proof, an' from dere, well, it would be up ta him on how ta respond. ah do not know what punishment dey will give ta her, especially during deez times. Even if dey just start ta watch Lucilia mo' closely an' be mo' critical o' her choices...it will gots ta be enough. As long as she can do nuttin' like dis here ag'in, dat iz all dat matters."
He responded, though afta uh few moments, he let out uh sigh an' looked in da direction o' Lucilia's office. "But...we's still need ta give dis here report. da knowledge we's gained on dis here mission could save lives, an' Lucilia iz da nigga ta give it ta. we's do not gots ta say anythin` 'boutLyn right now. ah know it will be...frustrating ta speak ta her at da moment, but da 411 we's gots iz fo' da benefit o' da college, not Lucilia." Ssarak added otay buh-weet.
The issue with that line of thinking, Ryo, is that Alaira doesn't feel particularly vengeful towards Lucilia. To her, 'could have died' doesn't matter to her at all. Since Lyn is safe, she doesn't give a shit. The most she'll do is yell at her a bit. Hell, if she went with someone more violent like, say, Tyrael, Alaira would probably protect her. A lot of this also has something to do with the fact that Lyn likes her. So I'm afraid she wouldn't help.
