Yeah I was talking about Blazblue Hazama. If I recall, there was a statement of him being able to move at 2% of lightspeed, which is mach 20,000.
I... I definitely need a source on that. As far as I know, Hazama's nowhere near that level of op. Even if he was, I'm going more by fighting game mechanics than random quotes that have no substantial backing.
@Zobozun: If it helps, it's pretty heavily implied she likes poetry and was probably(and still is potentially in her free time, though probably significantly more loopily) a poet.
@Earnest Evans: They're not that much of a character because they're not going to interact or operate on the same scale as Yoshika potentially could. On top of that, Yoshika has a much nastier ability if it's used offensively and I'd like to know how that's intended to be used.
Also, fairly certain those details are actually included in Kerri's bio already, though I can check again.

Depending on whether this is Child, Brute, or Warlock One-of-Many, I'd say they've got some serious powers at their disposal. An epic-level warlock isn't anything to sniff at, and neither is a Barbarian as durable as One-of-Many.

Child. Didn't eat the Sleeper, since Kerri's given reason for taking it along in the first place was to try and redeem all the souls. I've already said all this. :/

Hang on, One-Of-Many is almost guaranteed to leave you if you don't feed it souls. The Spirit-Eater needs to have committed a horrifying atrocity (devouring Okku's soul) to even make it appear. It is literally incapable of being redeemed. If you aren't a full-fledged soul-devouring psychopath, it either leaves you or kills itself on your orders.
While this can easily be used in non-broken ways(like how she just uses it to heal herself in-game), it's still kind of nasty and I'd like to see the intended use.
Universe of Origin: JoJo's bizarre adventure part 2 - Battle Tendency.
Personality:
Eccentric, brave and incredibly loyal to his cause, while not being afraid to be cruel or antagonistic to serve his nationalistic endeavours, Stroheim is absolutely dedicated to his honour as a German soldier, so much so that he was willing to give away anything that made him human for the good of his mission. While Stroheim may be a Nazi, and can be incredibly selfish, he is not without honour and is not without self sacrifice, having put his own life at risk, fully prepared to die for an american dog simply so the world would not be destroyed, this proves he is not blind to the grand scheme of things, and always looks to the bigger picture.
His eccentric personality comes from his power, his weaponry and his grand fascination with German Science, and will display in every shape, form and way why it is the best in the world with his newly enhanced cyborg body. With every step he gracefully displays himself with arrogance, and is incredibly confident in his ability to destroy his foe.
Abilities/Weapons:
"My body is... THE PEAK OF ARYAN SCIENCE! A TRUE UBERMENSCH! Take this Kars! This heavy machine gun can fire 600 rounds per minute through a 30mm armor plate! Each bullet will spall off a piece of your body! I WILL TEAR YOU TO PIECES LIKE I WOULD PLUCK A CHICKEN!"
- Stroheim
Cyborg body: As stated before, Stroheim possesses a cyborg body made entirely of incredibly durable and protective metals which can protect against many types of firearms, which benefits his ability to take physical blows, the metal can protect him from harm much more than a regular human could protect himself against a brutal punch, though this only works for physical attacks such as swords punches and bullets, not magic.
This Cyborg body allows his physical ability and his speed to be an improvement over normal human beings, while also giving him increased and unnatural flexibility, giving him a better chance of survival against stronger more supernatural foes.
Abdominal machine gun: A machine gun inside Stroheim's stomach region, able to shoot 600 armored bullets per minute, and capable of piercing a 30-millimetre steel plate, this weapon is his second method of attacking his foe, and is incredibly deadly at close range, but loses its hit ratio the further the opponent moves away due to its massive spread, it also cannot fire for very long.
Ultraviolet Radiation Beam: Within Stroheims mechanical eye, by concentrating fire, Stroheim can fire a small laser cannon from within which uses a concentrated beam of ultra violet life, and is five times more intense, it is capable of piercing straight through an opponent, it is his main method of attack.
Ultraviolet Shoulder Cannons: Used for battling those sensitive to light or better yet, vampires. These ultra violet floodlights are mounted on each of Stroheims shoulders and can blast a powerful ultra violet ray and burn foes alive, making them less powerful than the eye beam but with a wider area covered. Against normal opponents, these will act as damaging beams which will quickly burn foes who stand within his radius, but consume a "timer", and must be recharged should the battery power of his USC's run out, they can also instantly stun enemies and blind them with how bright the USC's shine their rays.
Projectile Hand: Using his mechanical body, he can propel his hand outward which can impale and deeply wound one of his foes like a large bullet.
grenades: Standard WW2 german grenades can be used to bombard opponents.
Army of one: Deep inside his body he can shoot out a wide range of weapons such as machineguns, rocket launches, snipers and other weapons deep inside of him, and use these to lay a besiege of firepower down on his foes. While he lacks if mystical defences, he makes up for the ability to hurt his foes greatly with long and short range.
Backstory:
Not much at all is known about anything from Stroheims backstory, having always been known as a man who has served the Nazi Regime, he sought to use cruel and inhumane ways to further benefit the Nazi party, such as attempting to reawaken an ancient vampire god, to use as a weapon to win the war for the Germans in 1938.
The vampire like gods however were not interested in co-operating and sought mankinds complete erratication, so as his dreams would not be dashed, he teamed up with Joseph Joestar, an american to defend the world against one of these vampire gods, and blew himself up along with the vampire, intending on killing the monster along with himself, for his country, even so much as complimenting his sworn american enemy before his "death".
It turns out that the vampire god was in fact one of the weakest, and three more were soon to be summoned out of their long sleeps. In the nick of time, Stroheim returns, and supports a fully cyborg mechanical body, and along with Joseph joestar fights to save the world from having their species wiped out, and succeed in defending the world. Stroheim would eventually return back to the war, and years later would die an honourable death in the battle of Stalingrad. However the Stroheim of this multiverse will be of him before his death, just after the defeat of the vampiric gods, between the 4-5 years of 1938 - 1943/1944.
Universe of Origin: JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 2 - Battle Tendency.
Personality: Cocky, confident, and brave in all areas, Joseph Joestar is a hero, a man who doesn't give up and is entirely capable of defending the world with intellect, tactics and wits and isn't afraid to use every dirty trick in the book to win, even if it means running away from his opponent. Joseph Joestar is both loving and courageous, and doesn't show the slightest ounce of fear.
While he may appear like a cocky brat, Joseph Joestar's main strength is the confidence for a better tomorrow, a jerk with a heart of gold, he will stop at nothing to ensure that everyone is safe, including his grandmother Erina. He can become a main motivator for others around him and will do what he can to put his comrades at a safe place, let him handle the fight.
Abilities/Weapons:
Hamon/Sendo/Ripple:
Hamon uses the suns rays through careful breathing and bepowering ones own body with ripples of solar energy, and while it greatly affects vampires, zombies and many other undead, it can also affect non living things and normal people. If an object is charged with Hamon, it may become more dangerous, and using ones own techniques, one can generate a very flexible fighting style.
The power of Hamon can also be transferred to other people, as a last resort before death, essentially giving ones life force to their ally. The power of Hamon allows a user to reject substances deemed harmful by ejecting it from their very bloodstream using Hamon energy and is very adapted to using through wet surfaces, becoming an electric like power, such as channeling Hamon through greasy wet hair, to turn the individual hairs into sharp knives or projective barriers.
Many warriors using Hamon use weapons not normally fit for combat because of the Ripples unique fighting style such as scarfs, bubbles, wine and in Josephs case, Clackers, (steel balls attached to a rope). Many techniques of the Ripple are commonly refered to as Overdrives and our colour named depending on the item they are used with such as Metal Silver for transmitting hamon energy through a sword and melting it.
One could also charge hamon through a wall and strike the enemy behind it as the hamon energy shoots through and assaults the opponent.
Liquids are very good at conducting with Hamon, as the hamon shows up as a ripple on liquids themselves, and allows the user to walk on water by increasing the surface tension, including stuff such as oil, which makes it much easier to conduct. One can only charge hamon around their body to form a potential shield of Hamon energy, to deal damage to does who hit them physically with powerful solar energy.
Clackers: Joseph Joestar possesses a pair of balls attached to a rope called clackers, which he charges with hamon to deal fast, quick and powerful damaging blows to his opponent, being incredibly nimble and quick with them, making them hard to predict and quite damaging and can be used like boomerangs.
Tommygun: Joseph Joestar also possesses a Tommygun, which can unload a plethora of bullets into his foe, and should he charge hamon through the stock and barrel, the hamon will charge his bullets in their energy, allowing him to deal more damage.
Hamon Hair Attack: Charging Hamon through his hair, or someone elses hair he rips out, he can harden them and block projectiles such a bullets using the hamon charged hairs for a short time.
Grenades: Standard grenades which can be attached to his foes, and tactically used to his advantage.
Sledgehammer: a regular sledgehammer.
Running away: Josephs great secret technique ables him to quickly flee and escape his opponents if things get too hot to handle.
Backstory:
The grandson of Jonathan Joestar, Joseph Joestar is a member of the Joestar clan, a long lineage of men with the power to change the world, their destinies intertwined with Bizarre events that ultimately leads to many of them dying at a very young age. Joseph Joestar is not one of the unlucky ones, and instead Canologically lives to a very old age.
Joeseph Joestar as a young boy moved to the city of new york with his grandmother Erina, and possesses the power of Hamon, a skill that involves the use of the suns power, a type of Martial art to increase ones physical strength, control their ageing and other abilities.
When he finds that his grandfathers best friend, Speedwagon has been presumibly killed, Joseph is attacked by Vampires, and comes face to face with the one who may have killed speedwagon, an old friend of his grandfathers, straits. In the battle Straits ends up committing suicide, but not before giving information to Joseph involving Speedwagon, it turns out, Speedwagon was currently alive and being held by the Nazi Regime, under orders of Stroheim and goes to Mexico to rescue him when he comes into contact with Stroheim, and his mad plan to ressurect ancient vampire godlike beings, of course stroheims plan doesn't work as well as he thought, and with the pillar men, these vampiric godlike beings desiring to destroy mankind, Stroheim and Joseph team up, defeating the pillarmen at the cost of stroheims life.
With Speedwagon safe, Joseph returned the good news to his grandmother Erina, but not before heading to rome, where three other pillarmen lie sleeping, ready to awaken from their sleep but not before meeting his new rival, another Hamon warrior named Caesar Anthonio Zeppeli, a smug, slightly narcissistic man who possesses far greater ability in Hamon/the ripple than Joseph does.
Caesar unfortunately has to show Joseph how to control the ripple, but it isn't too long until they must search for the Pillarmen and put a stop to them before their resurrection, using italy's nazi contacts to find the tomb where they lie, they arrive too late, and the pillarmen reawaken, Wamuu, AC/DC and Cars, almost killing caesar and Joseph in the process. One pillarmen, Wamuu lodges a poisonous ring in Josephs heart and his throat, giving him one month, if he does not defeat the pillarmen Wamuu in one month, he will die.
With no other method to turn to, Caesar introduces Joseph to LisaLisa, a master in Hamon and teaches Joseph to master the ripple, along with Caesar so that they may protect a stone, guarded by the Hamon tribe for many generations, the Red Stone of Aja, a power so strong that if given to the pillarmen, would cause the world to end, as they would become invincible.
On the final day of their training, the Pillarman - AC/DC finds them, and attempts to steal the red stone, but with quick wit, and more importantly, luck, Joseph is able to kill AC/DC in time but not before the red stone has already been mailed to switzerland by the pillarman.
With AC/DC dead, it only left Wamuu and Cars alive, but they needed to reach the stone before they did, and so, Caesar, Joseph and LisaLisa travel and search for the stone, only to find themselves reuniting with Stroheim, now possessing a fully cyborg form, the two encounter Cars and quickly battle, and in the process, Stroheim is defeated, and unable to recover, but not before making sure the Red Stone is out of his reach. Joseph then uses his skills to bury Cars, stalling him from reaching the red stone, which now lays safely in Josephs hands.
The group then find their base of operations and decide to wait on daylight so that they would be weaker, caesar refuses, and enters anyway, battling Wamuu alone out of honours sake, but is killed in the process, but not before snatching the antidotes for Josephs poisons. When the group reach caesars corpse, they grieve, but Joseph refuses to take the antidote, not until he defeats Wamuu and upholds an honourly mannerism. They eventually fight, leading to the death of Wamuu and his poisons healed.
The final battle then comes, Cars, tricking them into believing he would be honourable, incapacitates LisaLisa, and steals the red stone, summoning an army of vampires to kill them all, however, Stroheim, along with Speedwagon arrive in the nick of time, and obliterate them with UV light. In the chaos however, Cars uses the stone, and becomes an Ultimate being, which is 100% Vincible. Joseph decides to fight Cars alone and using a jet, is able to lead him to an active volcano. In the process of their battle, Joseph loses his left hand, but using his wits and luck, the volcano blasts cars into the atmosphere and into space, with Josephs hand snatching his neck and disorientating Cars for a split second, which throws cars so far into space, he simply never returns to earth, and without feeling, thought or energy, ceases to think, becoming hollow and without life, defeating Cars forever.
The group presume Joseph to be dead, only for him to return and greet them at his own funeral, without knowing what is actually going on. Once he finds out, he yells in complete disbelieve, ending the story of Battle Tendency. He never met Stroheim again... ((Until this multiverse occurred. XD))
@Zobozun: Okay, my last real question is how you're intending on using Yoshika's "eat anytihng" ability, also her jiang-shi creation. It'd be a bit of a hassle if either of those things were used very much.
That being said, it doesn't appear Yoshika uses them on her own for anything but healing and Seiga, in spite of being a big jerk, doesn't order her to, but still.
@The_written_john: I don't think I see anything too wrong here. Accepted.
Her eat anything ability is used for chewing, swallowing, and digesting things she puts in her mouth.
Her ability to create jiangshi is used for creating jiangshi, temporarily if the subject is living, permanently if the subject is killed by Yoshika.
Those are Yoshika's canon abilities, so I included them. I admit I'm unsure of what's so concerning about what amounts to an undead, amnesiac Matter Eater Lad.
Basically, you don't plan on haphazardly having Yoshika eat people's weapons or attacks constantly or eat characters, right?
Or anything like her biting characters to turn them into jiangshi.
I've seen a whole lot of people try and abuse canon abilities to have characters steamroll every fight or encounter or... whatever, so I apologize but I want to be sure.
She can't feasibly eat people and weapons and the like mid-combat because she's not Kirby. She can't eat attacks because you can't fit attacks in your mouth. They're an action, not an object.
Becoming a jiangshi is a temporary condition. This is explicitly stated in her Symposium of Post-Mysticism profile. It's a status effect.
Might be overpowered, but I figured I'd give it a shot.
Name: Ilyasviel von Einzbern ('Kuro') Age: ~13 Gender: Female Appearance:
Canon, AU, or OC?: AU Universe of Origin: Fate/Kaleid Liner Prisma Ilya Personality: Ilyasviel is calm and nonchalant, analytical and able to pick up on an opponent's strategy. She is also devious and manipulative at the same time, whilst being brazen and unrestrained in her actions. These she uses in pursuit of her ultimate goal, which is survival first and foremost.
She is deeply bitter towards her parents for sealing her away, and to Ilya, for wanting to be normal. As a result, she will generally become infuriated by being considered secondhand or a clone. Abilities/Weapons: Ilyasviel is the manifestation of the Archer Class Servant Card, and as such has many of the same abilities as Heroic Spirit EMIYA, including the ability to Project weapons and other Noble Phantasms, as well as physical objects. She also has the abilities of a magical girl, having the same physical strength while being an even more powerful magician due to having most of Ilya's magical power.
Due to her existence, Ilyasviel is able to drain people of their prana to sustain herself, generally through kissing or other methods. She also has all of Ilya's memories, and the knowledge required to act as the key for the Holy Grail War. Backstory:
Kuro was born as Ilya von Eizbern, daughter of Irisviel von Einzbern and Kiritsugu Emiya. She was created to serve as the key for the Holy Grail War, and as such was given the knowledge that she would need to act as that key, far beyond that of a normal child. However, she would never be able to live out this purpose as Kiritsugu and Irisviel chose to reject the Holy Grail War, ending it before it could begin. Ilya's memories were suppressed, so she could grow up as a normal child, with no knowledge of magic.
However, Irisviel miscalculated. While the memories were suppressed, and Ilya sent to live in Fuyuki, the personality she had locked away did not vanish. Instead it was sealed away and allowed to grow, a second personality inside Ilya that would stay hidden, even after Ilya encountered the magical world.
This side was eventually released during the fight against Saber, where the mental seal keeping her locked away was shattered. In that moment, the original personality reasserted itself, taking over her body and projecting Excalibur to ave the day. While it would be submerged, it would emerge twice more, once against the Assassins, and against Berserker.
The Class Cards had disrupted the flow of mana in the Earth, which Ilya went to fix with her partners. It was during this time that an immense reflux of magic takes place. With this energy and the fusion of the Archer class card, the original personality that had been unsealed so recently was able to separate itself from Ilya entirely, and create a new body. This new Ilya fled immediately afterwards, but returned he next day to launch multiple attempts on her counterparts life before being captured and named 'Kuro'.
Linked together so Kuro would feel the same pain Ilya felt, Kuro chose an indirect method, attempting to sabotage Ilya's normal life, but this fails. A discussion on motivation and Ilya's desire for a normal life left Kuro angry, and she ran away while preparing for the next round. It was during this next round that unleashed energy caused another reflux in the natural ley lines, which resulted in Kuro being thrown into a portal, whisked off to some far off world, much to her annoyance. Found somewhere unknown, she joined up with the people she thought could best help her - the Shadow Eternity. Now she works for them whilst looking for the opportunity to get back what she has lost.
Goodness gracious, I don't think there's a more dangerous character in Fate than Ilya with the powers of Archer (barring the main character at times and the main antagonist, of course). This is really stretching the bill!

That much is a given. However, if your criteria for "overpowered" is Bazett, you'd probably be better off saving that character for a Gurren Lagann crossover RP.

Fair enough.
Seriously though, she only has some of his abilities, not all of them. As far as the series has gotten, she can't generate a reality marble, or make multiple copies of NP's in midair (IIRC). And she's not as good at it as Archer himself is. And if she burns through all her prana, she'll cease to exist. So it isn't that bad.
