Oh, didn't explain it all to well, sorry. He pulls out random bullets from his ammo belt, dosen't look at them, just shoves them in and pulls the trigger. Now, in times of a dire situation, he may need a specific bullet coated in 1 out of the 4 dust types in a very short period of time. That is where his semblance comes in handy. Also, keep in mind, he loves everything being in disorder and chaos, dosen't really care about actually being effective in battle, as long as he holds with his beliefs of randomness.

What's the combat advantage of having a weapon that weighs about the same of a fully grown adult man and possible costs at least 12000+ to fire for more then a minute? Almost none except for very situational purposes, and that's what the technique and his semblance for. It's not specialized for anything, allowing it to be useful for situations he's completely unprepared for, like reloading his gun as he falls through the air. or something.

You can also load revolvers with moonclips if the chamber goes out completely. Besides, less bullets means smarter shooting. Let's face it; how many of Gren's bullets actually hit anything? he spews out at least 1000 in thirty seconds, and just how many of those would actually hit the enemy? Since the guy has to be smart about his bullets (or lucky) he's not wasting time trying to spray and pay like most of us do. Of course that means that dodger types would be his bane cause let's face it, dodging 1000 bullets shouldn't be easier then dodging 1, but even Gren can do that.

If you want him to change weapons tell him. If you don't like his weapon tell him. I for one think it's fine as long as he understands his weaknesses and how it will be exploited against him.

For argument's sake, the aforementioned picture is of a G19, the smallest magazine of which is ten rounds.

Above is a G39, and a few other of Glock's subcompact pistols have approximately the same dimensions, which does indeed come loaded with six rounds.

But erm... The semblance is interesting. A haphazard spin isn't always a bad one. But it could also use a bit of elaboration.
