There's absolutely no way Cinder really believed a word of what she was saying.
Pour one out for Penny. She only wanted to save the world. Manipulated or not, Pyrrha needs to get hounded by the Fates ASAP.
Well, I didn't say she did or that she was a positive character, although it wouldn't be the first time somebody ate up their hype as much to start believing it.
But you have to agree the prospect of stealth killing machines is a bit frightening. As far as Pyrrha goes, while I would like for JNPR to die get less screentime, it makes Penny quite a failure of a project if she can't dodge her own weapons with what I assume would be superior-to-human senses and reflexes. Back to drawing board. Depending on laws in remannt that might not even be considered a kill.

Do you understand how magnets work
Yes, I can see it'S the string that cut her, those are part of her weapons system as well. As I said, I assume her eyes can capture in much higher "resolution" than a human's eye.
That she is held in place by magnetism is debatable at best. a) Pyrrha's blast forced the swords out, so it should have done the same to Penny. As to why it didn't, your guess is as good as mine, might have soemthing to do with aura. b) Penny straightens up right before the strings start to wrap around her. Not very consistent with being 'held in place' imho.

@chukklehed
Well, I'll give you the first point now that I slowed it down. As for the rest... bah. We know little to nothing about Remnant's technology like whether their computers are even susceptible to EMP we could argue forever and never get anywhere.
@Prince of Seraphs
I was (am) under the impression that the couple hundred swords were another of Neo/Emerald's illusion stuff.
What possible purpose could that serve? They wanted Pyyrha to seem ruthless and Penny to be revealed. Why would they make Penny seem more powerful and thus Pyyrha's counterattack necessary. That just promotes the notion of 'Pyrrha had no choice' which is the opposite of what Ember's broadcast was meant to suggest.
