From what I can tell there's not really anyone to wait on. It's just you and Card in one scene, with Renny and Orior in another. Renny is apparently waiting on Orior, so that's apparently holding up the IC in general.

Oi, okay, new policy. People who take too long to post will be considered dropped out because, frankly, I've seen too many RP's die because of that sort of thing and I'd rather it not happen here.
