@ShadowcatcherOne more thing though. I dont want to sound like a know it all, and you can still have the jutsu if you want to. I was thinking of Chidori. Because you dont have Sharingan, the jutsu is like half done. Because if you rush straight at your enemy, it would be almost too easy for them to dodge, as Young Kakashi learned when he used Chidori. Chidori Senbon and Chidori Spear is better suited for your character because it doesnt require that you have to run straight at your enemy. Just a though really :)

hmm I had hoped the sword would be acceptable, but that's okay. Are there any other weapons that are off limits then?

Not that it matters now, but basically all legendary weapons and items should be considered off-limits at this point.

As Keanto said, we are full. But to answer your question this game starts out at chuunin level. Personally I find it hard to believe that any of the legendary swordsmen are chuunin. A swordsman-in-training however would be fine, I believe we have one of those.

True, true. Honestly I didn't think of it that way. I'd still have to keep it however as senbon and sharp spear are derived from it. Thanks for that though, now I know. ^^

First off, appearance. I reacted to the fact that she has boats on her arms and ladders on her boots (obviously inviting little people to climb in), but also her pale skin. What we've seen of people from Kumo (as far as I know) is that they are noticably darker than people from other villages.
While on the subject of Kumo-stuff, creds for following the naming tradition.
History, might be nitpicking, but a Chuunin leading an elite force? Seems far fetched, but again, details. Rest is all good.
Jutsus, I count only nine.
"Cloud Style Flame Beheading" from the description I get the mental image that there is a short delay between the sword and the flames, is this correct?
I think you have a decent balance and understanding of the ranking system.
