I don't think anyone's late. Usually, rule of thumb, AFAIK, it's when the IC comes up would people label "late", and it's also depending on if the GM closes signups.

True, that's an option. However I'm really not too found of the idea of using anything in your hair that isn't shampoo or conditioner. So I'm also not comfortable having my character use it either.

Or if it's okay with the GM, we can just say that he something in his hair (like say, ash from having his head stuck in something with ash) when he got his Hamon powers and it permanently changed his hair color

Or you could just change to random colors and shading depending on the scene, like an Araki character.

We'll do it together. It'll be fabulous.

Well, my character is Jojo based, and out of the three design types of Jojo's I chose the "Extremely effeminate" one...so yeah, that sounds awesome. After all, I need to make him as

as I unreasonably can

Here is my CS! A mish mash of Never Dead, Spec-Ops: The Line, and..... yeah!

"Never thought a new lease on life would also result in a fashion statement..."
Name:
Walter "Skepic" Aderson
Age:
25
Appearance:
Male, stands at around 5'11, with a medium physical build.... that's all one could really tell, now that he has to wear his equipment wherever he goes.... Probably for the best!
Powers/Equipment:
Weapons- A TAR-21 Assault Rifle, Colt M1911 .45 pistol, M14 EBR, few grenades.... Yeah, got the short end of the stick... no magical weaponry of sorts....

Gear: Just as you see in the image provided, nothing spectacular beyond his facemask providing a small HUD and thermal options.

Powers: He's dead. No really, that full face mask you see in that picture isn't there just for show. He is a walking corps now thanks to that strange object he touched when shit started falling from the sky. This means that if you stabbed him through and through, it won't really matter. Get a leg torn off? A serious inconvenience, but nothing more. However, he is kind of like a zombie too. No, not in the flesh eating sense, but more in the whole head sense. If his head receives severe trauma like getting crushed or blown to pieces... well then he's dead dead.

Luck: For being generally very unlucky his entire life, where Murphy's Law seemed to really be out to get him, once he became undead, his luck has changed dramatically! Or not!
Q:Who knows?
A:Not me.
Q:Who Cares?
A:....

Personality:
Generally friendly and reasonable, Walter is a pretty sociable guy. His wide variety of knowledge from all sorts of subjects allows him to be able to easily start up conversations and make connections with people. Of course, he is also fairly straightforward, no bullshit kind of person, so be wary when trying to argue with him... cause he may just back you into the corner. At his heart, Walter is a skeptical, rational based person who fully invests in the idea of questioning everything around him in his life.

Brief Backstory:
Had some serious issues with his mother, never really got along with her. Was aiming to be a pilot for a career, but the whole "shit hitting both the metaphorical and literal fan" event sort of changed all that.

Other:
He keeps the full facemask and gear on to cover up his dead body. He don't smell, but he's not really looking all to great now. Sounds fine though!

OK, it's not quite finished, but...

Name: Lucy
Age: 19
Appearance: Boom.
Powers/Equipment: An OOO Driver and the Taka (Hawk), Tora (Tiger), Kamakri (Mantis) and Batta (Grasshopper) Core Medals, along with the Medajalibur.
Personality: A little bit shy, but still reasonably optimistic if you can actually get her to start talking. Not as prone to nerd attacks as some, but might still start squeeing if something sets her off. May or may not be a closet yaoi fangirl.
Brief Backstory:
Other:

I also need someone who can pull off a perpetually grumpy girl standing in for everyone's favourite coin-spitting disembodied hand. Since I don't think I can myself.

Good for you! I think the ending was perfect, regardless of whether it is an actual april fools joke or not.
Also, I love this little Gem of a fanmade comic. The creator posted an empty version on Facebook for people to fill in:

Stephanie Dola: Sorry, but I can't accept that powerset. As I said in the first post, the powers should be based on things from existing works.

Malmshodes: Looks good so far.

Rosette Christopher: Even with the limit on how long they can be used, Mystic Eyes of Death Perception are kind of a problem.

Scarifar: Accepted.

Skepic: I'm not really sure what to say about a character who just uses normal guns. In part because in a lot of situations, you'd probably get further just sneezing at the villains but more importantly, because there's no real reason for them to be there.

As far as the rest goes...it seems kind of...lacking in context. Like I said with Stephanie's profile, the powers should be from existing works. Also, each character should only have 1 power set, at least to start with.

... Okay, I'm not the GM...

But I think I should direct everyone to the first post and to the accepted bios.

See something they all have in common?

They all use powers from canon or AU versions of canons.

If you sign up with a character not using those, well... Um, I don't mean to be offensive or anything, but you're missing the point of the RP.

On top of that, if your character's an alien or something like that, it's not going to be accepted. Everyone in this RP is supposed to be a normal human being who has been granted powers from a canon setting, or a slightly AU canon setting(for example, the Riders are done up like magical girls more than Kamen Riders).

So, um... well, right now I'm talking to Skepic and Stephanie, but I don't think those characters are going to get accepted at all. ^^;

... Also this is just my opinion, but, um, Rosette? I don't think the MEoDP are acceptable in any RP.

Edit: Oh, looks like the GM beat me to it. ^^;

The whole normal guns thing was going to be sort of a comedic situation, something to make fun of that very fact.

For example:

Walter opens fire on enemy, the enemy ninja weaves and bobs through the hail of bullets before stabbing him square in the chest. Walter only sighs and shoves the pistol into the ninja's head, blowing the surprised ninja's brains out. "Ya know, I'm getting really tired of wasting my ammo for it to only come down to this little thing here in my hand. You know how many ninja's I've killed today with just this handgun versus my assault rifle? Fifteen! Freakin ninjas man...."

Ya know, its meant to be a serious flaw. Maybe down the line he picks up some stupid mystical sword that suddenly allows him to be on par with the other ridiculous characters. I just though with the whole "Zombie state" he has, it might be a bit too much to give him some macguffin.

Of course, if your fine with him being undead and having some sort of magical power, then sure, I'll throw that in. I'm, of course, open to the idea, just thought expressing the purpose of knowingly giving him a loadout taken from a more edgy, realistic genre of a game in this land of mecha and wizardry. XD

... Okay, I'm not the GM...

Noted! That's as far as I got anyways. ;)

If I'm close and fast enough to fully cut your lines(partial cuts won't do anything), then I probably could've already blown you up through other, easier and quicker means. If the problem is stopping ranged attacks, the time limit already means I've got 3-5 seconds of immunity(Assuming I can stop all projectiles and cut them) and then I'm back to square one but with more my head exploding.

It only becomes relevant against opponents with broken defenses that can't normally be defeated or people who are super regenerators. And if they're either of those, I doubt they're going to be so weak they sit there and let me cut their lines.

It's not as good an ability as you crack it out to be except in its specific role. Its very niche and impractical for fights. Like most of the nasuverse

They're from Nyarko, a series that is inspired by Lovecraft. Its about putting all of the gods in the Cthulhu Mythos, and making them species, such as Nyarko being a member of the Nyarlothotep species. I just added in a new species, based off of Yidhra. In the mythos, Yidhra makes those who interact with her like her to a degree. She isn't an alien, just a normal human girl who gained traits similar to Yidhra's, which is why I mentioned she was a normal girl until she came into contact with one.

Also, I think it might be for the best that you add a Universe section to the app, to avoid stuff like this.

Character is done. Let me know if anything needs to be changed or clarified.

Arc Sheet:

World: Aliens-Alien 3
What Changed?: Ripley and New are tied up by the shadow line so they can't defend themselves from the face huggers. So Burke becomes successful in getting samples to Earth.

There's half the point. While, yes, I was taking into account enemies who would easily dodge/parry bullets, I was also referring to the monsters/supervillains who can simply shrug off bullets with no real problem.

Of course, if your fine with him being undead and having some sort of magical power, then sure, I'll throw that in.

As I said in my last post, "each character should only have 1 power set, at least to start with." You've already got too many.

Rosette: Honestly, I still don't feel comfortable with it. Sorry. The problem with your line of thinking is...a lot of villains with insane regenerative abilities or super strong defences aren't generally inclined to put a lot of effort into dodging. After all, unless you've found whatever weak point they have, they're going to be fine. So why bother?

Stephanie: I see, I'm going to need a bit more time to think about it.

Malmshodes: Going to need to think about this one too.
