Also, I reserve France and all nations within the territories I occupy for storyline purposes. By the way, that colonial map is accurate and should probably be bigger being they conquered Portugal in the Second Colonial War.

All of Eastern Europe and Mediterranean powers are up for grabs. I would recommend a Prussia-Austria-Hungary that took over belgium, or maybe a Russia that took over all of that. Pan-Slavic Russia or Balkans is also an option.

He doesn't really "hold" France, he is just using it as an NPC. He doesn't for say, control it. If I would have him release a part of land, it would be either India or the North American holdings. Either way, that standard is allowed for any person to join, so you could, for say, form a giant join Russo Chinese Empire.

@Vanguardian you aren't seriously considering me giving up either of those, right? They are historically accurate without any changes. In fact, I think India+Nepal+Pakistan is bigger than that, and a hell of a lot of other scattered colonies, particularly in east Asia. Just pointing that out.

As to this spat about France, why not simply allow Lord Zell to be France, and then the two of you can work out a history together that you both like. The fact that you're simply refusing to allow anyone to control France seems abit off to me, you've mentioned it two or three times in your NS and changes can easily be made.

I mentioned the French revolution, two major wars, and the fact that I sold most of my colonies to them. That is over half of my history edits.
