Aza nodded. "I don't really have a good friend, most of the people I have had as friends have either died or been killed. Sure my fellow residents are my friends but so many of them come and go it's hard to keep them. About the only one I would legitimately call my friend is the doctor." She sighed. "When humans hunt or hate you it is hard to keep friends." She stated then shuddered, remembering the massacre of her herd when she was little. Her and a few others managed to escape but 90% of her herd had been slaughter for their horns a hide. Her mind wondered back and she grew dizzy. Stumbling slightly she put her hand on Lyx's shoulder to steady herself. "Sorry, flashback. Not fun." She stated shaking her head. After composing herself she gave him a weak smile. "I think it would be a good idea if I went back to my room. I just need to relax." She said simply wanted some time to think as much as she didn't like to be alone.

"i'm sorry" Lyx said with a sympathetic look "I know the feeling all too well". he stepped closer and put an arm around Aza as she stumbled, "would you like me to accompany you to your room?" he asked with a caring smile.

when both Autumn and Name bolted up from there seats, Autumn in a panic and Name following after. Ian got up and walked after them to see what had happened, his tail slowly swayed back and forth as he walked, he found Name trying to calm Autumn down and sat down by them with a curious look.

Wy went to reply to Spinel but was distracted when Autumn went running from the table. She followed the others that had gone after her. Even Wy could smell the blood, though the smell didn't affect her in any way.

Autumn flinched when she felt arms go around her, hands dropping as she came back to her senses. She looked up at Name through her tears, hands reaching up to clench at his jacket as she curled against him. Nate used to hold her this very same way when she was upset. She sat there for a few moments, sniffling as her tears started to slow. She reached one small hand up to her eye and wiped the tear traces away. Aiden was floating next to her, sending calming emotions as he picked Garry up and handed the bunny to her. The child held the rabbit close as she leaned her head against Name, blinking sleepily. She noticed one of the Inn members from the table, the companion to the vampire sit down in front of them and it wasn't long before the girl that was like Autumn followed.

Shyness swept over her and she curled into Name, hiding her face in his coat.

When the young girl bolted from the table in fear and Wy followed, Spinel abandoned the cookies in favor of following as well. Unable to smell the blood as acutely as the others, he couldn't tell what was wrong, only that it had frightened the poor, bandaged child as well as the good doctor, who seemed to have gone after her even faster than Wy. A bit slower than the rest, the worry brought on by it all compelled him to run to where the group eventually stopped.

Seeing the doctor already cradling the small girl and Wy standing close by already, the redheaded male stayed back a ways to keep from crowding them. After a moment of standing around awkwardly, he eventually spoke up, albeit a bit quietly at first. "Um...is everything alright...?"

Name hugged Autumn a little tighter when she snuggled up closer. Then slowly one by one the members of their little dinner party started showing up in the hallway. "Curious bunch ill give them that! Then again she did run away crying with me in hot pursuit."Name mused to himself with a small smile playing on his lips.

He spoke up to the gathering assembly, "Everything is alright people, everything is under control. If you'd just give us a minute?" The old man asked politely.

Turning his attention back to Autumn he said to her, "Autumn Sweetheart would you like to come up to bed? You've had a very long day." Name asked kindly.

Wy nodded a little and headed towards the stairs to head to her room.

once he saw that everything was fine Ian gave the Doctor a friendly smile and flopped over on the floor, rolled over, and quickly stood up though he only took a few steps before bumping right into a red-haired guy.

As the other Inn members started drifting away, Autumn felt herself relax as the spotlight was taken off her. She rubbed at her eye sleepily again as she looked up at Name. She yawned and nodded at his offer to go to bed. Sleep sounded nice, especially after all the excitement of today with escaping the facility and meeting all these new people. Not to mention whenever she had a panic attack they always tired her so she was very ready for bed. Her luggage came floating up the stairs courtesy of Aiden and Autumn curled up tighter against Name, eyes already closing.

Azalea nodded. "That would probably be a good idea." She said still a little dizzy. She always go dizzy when she remembered most of her past. She had only lived in the inn for a couple years and the time before that wasn't the most pleasant time of her life. Being a social creature she never liked being alone for too long. Almost one thousand years of her life she had spent alone. She shivered at the thought. After shaking the memories from her head she began walkning back toward the inn and to her room.

Spinal nodded in response to the doctor's request, still a little unsure about whatever it was that was going on. He didn't have too much time to dwell on the thought at the moment, however, as he found someone bumping into him mere moments after people started to disperse. "Ah, sorry there. I guess I wasn't paying enough attention..."

Name scooped the sleeping Autumn up into his arms and carried her up to the door of his (now their) room. Fumbling with the key he fit it in the lock opening the door. He had lived in this room for almost eight years now and Knew it like the back of his hand. He stepped around the home lab in the living room and to his small single bed.

Setting Autumn down and tucked her in. He stroked her hair a few moments and then got up and busy. He went to his lab and put away his syringes, scalpel, and all of the 'scary' tools of his profession, least he remind her of the lab. He thought of running a few tests on his latest cure he was working on. But it didn't show much promise and he didn't want to wake Autumn up.

So he sat in his torn up old office chair with his eyes closed, and unsure if he was asleep with Autumn Name said quietly, "Goodnight Aiden."

Wy sat down on her bed that was covered with books, maps, newspapers, and highlighters. Her room was decorated with different articles and maps, a part of her research to find her father and keep one step ahead of him. She stared at the book in front of her, the words were swimming off the page with how tired she was but she wouldn't sleep now. She knew not sleeping wasn't good for her, she was still human but she had gone a day without sleeping so far and she wasn't going to break that streak. Not yet at least.

Lyx walked with Aza back to her room, his arm still around her to keep her steady, as they past by the dining area he glanced over at the others as some were retiring to there rooms. when they got to Aza's door he opened it for her "Here we are"

"oh, don't worry" Ian said looking up at the person he bumped into "uh, i don't think i got your name before" he caste a friendly smile up at the taller red haired male and his tail was slowly swishing side to side. @YamiCuoreLaroux

As Name picked Autumn up she curled more against him, bangs falling in her face. Her tiny hands gripped his coat as she was carried towards his room. Aiden trailed behind them carrying the luggage. As the doctor fumbled with the door Aiden was prepared to open it for him but it proved to be unneeded as Name managed to get the door open and the dufflebag floated inside. When Autumn was placed on the bed, Aiden set the luggage down next to her and placed Garry beside her. The child mumbled something incoherent and hugged the rabbit to her chest. Once Autumn had settled down Aiden turned his attention to Name, watching as the doctor began packing away anything that could send Autumn into a panic attack. Having already decided he liked this man when Name had gone after Autumn, Aiden felt respect for this doctor increase. When they had learned that they would be staying with a friend of Nate's, Aiden had had his doubts but found they were unnecessary when he saw how this man acted around Autumn.

Content, Aiden watched the doctor sit down in a chair and bid him goodnight. Aiden floated over and caused the hair on Name's head to stir in his own form of a goodnight before going back over to Autumn.

TIME SKIP

Wy stumbled out of her room, the bags under her eyes were more noticeable. She didn't sleep at all, she spent most of the time anyone was sleeping doing research.

Time skip

Name woke up with the worst crick in his neck from sleeping in the chair all night. "It's only for tonight" he reassured himself. He found a guy who was selling a used bed cheap, he told Name that he was moving out of the inn and was going to try living in the human world again. Name wished the guy the best of luck.

Name looked over to the bed and saw Autumn sleeping comfortable in the bed. Name smiled and started looking in the kitchen for something for breakfast. He didn't have much, just some hotpockets, some pancake batter, and half a carton of milk. Still he set to work cooking breakfast. He couldn't quite reach the skillet on the top shelf though.

While Aiden didn't need sleep, he did go into a trance of sorts that could be seen as a form of sleep. He was in such a state when he felt a shift. Coming out of the fog he was previously in, Aiden looked around to see if there was anything that had changed. He noticed the chair the doctor had occupied was empty and there was sounds coming from the kitchen area. Aiden glanced down at Autumn to see she was still sleeping peacefully before venturing in the direction he presumed Name to be. He indeed found the doctor in the kitchen struggling to reach a pan placed on the top shelf. Aiden was so accustomed to doing so with Autumn that he didn't hesitate before floating over and slowly lowering the pan from the shelf and placed it on the counter.

Aiden ruffled Name's hair in a way to say Good Morning before he turned his attention to the doorway. Not a second later Autumn came padding through sleepily rubbing her eyes.

Name smiled as he felt something pass through his hair after the pan he had been struggling to grab drifted down to the counter. "Thanks Aiden." Name told the spirit. Name began to hum softly to himself as he started to mixing the batter for pancakes when he heard Autumn walk into the kitchen and let out a yawn. Name smiled and said, "Morning Kid! I'm getting breakfast started sorry I don't have to much."

Wy stumbled over her own to feet from being sleepy and she decided to sit down, hopefully to end up falling asleep and falling down the stairs.
