I...personally think that would be illegal. Anyone under the age of 16 is a minor, right? So that gets awkward. Even if they are gods, it makes me all itchy...

But that's ultimately not my decision! If it's not certain, we can always let the GM make the call!

You can be attracted to anyone you want to be. Beyond that you need to talk to the creature of the character. I know some powers cant be removed. Just dont use the ones you that can be controlled.
