Jess watches as a boy with light blond hair walks over to the table where her and Kyo are sitting. The boy asks Kyo if he can join him at the table. What? I though we were Kyo's partner, now some other punk's gonna steal that from us? Shuussshhh we never actually asked to be his partner, we just assumed we were. Maybe we can all work together. Kyo suggests that maybe there can be a bigger group, he seems to have a plan in mind. As we are getting settled, the red-haired mute girl walks up to Kyo, she seems to have a problem with her tablet. Once Kyo fixes the issue, the red-haired girl is joined by another girl - one who also has red hair. Jess remembers this is the girl who is blind. The two ask if they can join the group. Kyo agrees, and Jess says, "I'm not entirely sure if having five in a group is allowed, but we'd love to have you two." She pauses, "I know Kyo's name, but..." She turns first to the blond-haired boy and then to the two girls, "What are your names?"

"My name is Katherin and this is my friend Brigit. Thank you for allowing us to join you. I don't think I will be much help but I will do what I can." Katherin introduced herself and her friend. She was glad to have a large group. This way Brigit wouldn't be doing everything herself. That made her feel less guilty about how little she could help.

Brigit flashed a smile at Kyo's acceptance, it seemed that other members of her group were also in agreement. The other girl even came forward to ask for their names to which Katherin promptly replied, saving Brigit the need to type in her name. She was thankful to have such a helpful friend, for once in her life there was someone sort of looking out for her. The only other person that cared for her was Sergei for she often listened to his ramblings but Katherin didn't have any such motive.

Brigit turned to face the other girl and gave her a smile as well before typing in on the pad.

"I can wash, chop and grate the materials. If you have the idea on using the stove or the oven I can even operate that with you guiding the way. I also think that Katherin can help with seasoning, since I believe she would have much refined senses than me."

It was nice to see that the others were okay with the idea so far, it seemed like it would make the task a lot easier. Since they all seemed to be on board, he took a moment to type his next thoughts on the tablet. "We just have to make a meal, correct? So the first thing we should probably think of is what kind of a meal we should make. What occasion is this for? I do not believe it has been mentioned whether we should make breakfast, lunch, dinner, or any mix out of the three. Lunch is an obvious option, but not our only one if we go by those rules. So we can essentially try any food that anyone is in the mood for."

After thinking for another moment about what else they needed, he typed out another message. "Second, we should take the group taste into account. Does anyone have allergies or other limitations? If we know that, we can more easily decide on a meal that everyone will be able to eat, and even plan for substitutes before any problems arise. There's no point in making food that will not have a use."

Brigit quickly began typing into the keypad as Kyo asked for suggestions. Her thoughts and views hadn't been important ever before, so she was loving the moment. She hastily typed out her reply before others could chip in and clicked play. The honeyed mellow voice that Kyo had set rang out

"Katherin and I can make flavored Ice Shavings and a cold Salad. Also, I don't have any allergies."

In her zealousness she seemed to have forgotten to take Katherin's own choice into account. Hopefully, she would follow her lead and not be cross with her.

Flavored ice? Katherin thought. That was perfect. While it wasn't really a good dish it was definitely something she could do. She would need help breaking the ice into small enough pieces but Brigit could do that she thought excitedly. She liked being included. Because of her disability she had been expecting to told to sit on the sidelines. Maybe stir something. But this sounded like she would truly be part of the group. "I don't have any allergies. I would love to make the ice and salad."

"To answer your question Lucy, Sarah is the main reason I came here"he said as he began to float higher on his shadow platform.

Shaved ice wasn't something Aaron had actually ever had. He even anticipated eating it a little, and that emotion felt a little too odd for him, so he buried it. Even with his year homeless, he was not too knowledgeable about cooking. Hopefully he could be of help, and it would be a deep shame if he wasn't. Then there was his allergies, which unlike the others he did possess. Aaron was unfortunately going to be a pain for the rest of them.

"I am allergic to nuts and garlic, but I don't think it will interrupt anything now," Aaron said. "I apologize for any inconveniences on my part."

He eyes turned back, whatever reason he was unsure of, but then he saw something. There was the new girl, and there were flames abound.

"Something's happening back there," Aaron said.

Kyo nodded at the responses, happy with the suggestions that came up. They would probably get things done pretty quickly if they could continue like this. "Flavored ice sounds good. And salad will work well. If you want to start that, we can make a few other items that go well with it and we should have a full meal. We just need a protein dish and maybe something to go on the side if we have time."

Garlic and nuts... The dark-eyed boy mulled over the limitations for a moment. He could probably think of a few good dishes that avoided the use of either. Garlic definitely took a good number of ideas out, but there were still plenty of good foods that didn't use it. "This probably won't matter immediately, but does the allergy extend to all nuts, or just specific ones?"

"AHH!" Lucy yelped, swatting at the flame with her other hand, but causing the other one to set on fire. She was now jumping around, trying to put out the flames.

"It extends to all nuts, but not peanuts," Aaron said. However, he was more worried about that fire that was happening.

"Let's do this, then." Brigit typed in, a bright smile lighting her face. She led Katherin to the table and helped her sit. She then rounded the table to get the equipment she thought would be necessary. She got a deep narrow bowl, a grater and an empty glass. The shaved ice would be easy if she can get Katherin's help. She also went and grabbed some fruit concentrates from the shelves.

Meanwhile, she had also gathered an avocado, some watercress, olives, lettuce and cucumber. The salad won't take much long. Chopping was the only time consuming activity.

"You ready for this Katherin?" she typed in, once she had gathered everything and had settled on the seat next to her friend.

The first girl introduces herself as Katherin and her friend as Brigit. The boy speaks up, "And I'm Aaron." Jess smiles at everyone, "Great, and my name is..." She pauses, "Jess." She has a pained expression on her face, but shakes it off. The two girls offer to make flavored Ice Shavings and a cold salad. That's a good idea! They can both work together and not feel like they're a hindrance to the group. What are you talking about? That's a terrible idea, Kyo hasn't even suggested a meal and they're already running off with side ideas. "Guys, please please stop." Jess mutters to herself under her breath. "All of this sounds good to me." Jess says, "I'm not allergic to any foods or anything, and," Looking at Aaron, "I'm sure we can work around nuts and garlic." Jess then turns to Kyo, "What meals do you have in mind?"
