Piper is an attractive Lady of Color. She has an afro that she takes good care of. She likes wearing large, dangling earrings. She isn't as dark skinned as some African Americans, but she's not considered lighter either. She has back eyes and rosy lips (all-natural, thank you). She was graced with a solid complexion. Piper is most proud of her curvy figure. If she's out and about she's usually showing it off.

Personality:Most people consider Piper completely vain and self centered upon first impression. She cares about how she looks, knows she's good looking and isn't above using it to get her way. However once you get to know her, you'll find out that she's not above menial tasks. She doesn't mind getting dirty, wither it's for work or to help a stranger. She is also quite conscious of how other people feel. She believes in the best of everyone and is reluctant to believe bad of people. She is a loyal person and it's incredibly hard to loose her trust. Most of all she believes in doing the right thing and to have no regrets.
Piper loves to have a good time. Even if it's getting together with friends and chatting or going to a party. Piper is very much a social creature and needs to be around someone. The only exception is when she's working on a motorcycle. Then she'd rather be left alone.
Piper lastly is fatalistic. She knows she's going to die. In some ways she wants to. But she sure isn't going down without a fight. She goes into anything she does with a complete willingness and aforethought. The thing she expects to kill her is a Crusader, but she kind of hopes that one day she'll be able to "stick it" to the Technopath.
Biography:Piper was the oldest child of two. Her younger brother Sam was a year younger than her. Her parents Dean and Carla were very wealthy. They gave her whatever she wanted, be it designer clothes or the newest toy. Her early childhood was a happy one. She and her brother had everything they could ever want or need. The only downside was that her parents were never around.
In Piper's teen years she dropped out of school. She then left home and went to work doing odd jobs around the town fixing things. That period of finding herself lead her to go back to a technical school so she could learn to work on motorcycles. It was also in this time that her brother discovered he was different. He came to live with Piper when she was seventeen and he was sixteen.
Life was good for the two. Sam was a junior in High School. He was working hard because he wanted to get into a good college. Piper also knew he worked harder because he didn't want to end up like Piper. Piper didn't mind, she was doing what she loved, even if she didn't have any money to support herself.
When Piper was eighteen the walls came up. Poor Sam never stood a chance. His powers were so passive that when the Crusaders invaded Piper's apartment he was dead within seconds. The horror and devastation left behind drove Piper away from her home and onto the streets. When the power never came back Piper ended up with a few other people who were good with fixing things. They called themselves the fixers and set off trying to find a sustainable power supply.
They scavenged and hoarded. As the city settled down in the ensuing years they began to grow in numbers. But not too many, never enough to draw attention to themselves for their main source of power was fall Crusaders, before they could be cannibalized by their kin.
Piper, now twenty-eight, hadn't joined the resistance in the beginning. She had continued with the Fixers trying to find a way to escape. In fact, in some ways she still hasn't joined. But she and her fellow fixers give them whatever help they can. She maintains an apartment building and is quite respected by those who know her. No one knows she's a Fixer or part of the Resistance. Unless they're a part of it already.
