She was distracted by her headache, and the stuff Izumi did wasn't that aggravating, to be honest. There were only two things she could have been angry about (the informing and the tub shove); in the former case she found the information more useful, and in the latter case there was a reaction, but it wasn't as severe since she did want to get clean anyway.

I imagine he's incredibly lean. No unnecessary fat or muscle, no pesky internal organs. Just the minimum to do his job efficiently.

Of course, I also imagine that he's an alien life form, and I'd rather not be the first person to test whether he's poisonous to regular people.

I believe that if eaten whole he might be like a chest or belly burster and burst out of the victim's stomach, but if killed then eaten, I believe the next one would jump down your throat and force you to eat it so it can eat it's remains, then burst out of your stomach and kill you.
