Name: Shea Fletcher
Age: 16
Grade (1st/2nd/3rd year): 1st
Disability: Deaf
Personality: Very shy and introverted. Often prone to angry outbursts and fits of tears. Her difficulty in communicating has made making friends or even acquaintances a rarity.
Background: Shea was raised by her father and three older brothers as an American Airforce brat at the base in Japan. She never knew her mother, just that she left after she, the youngest, was born. Up until she was 15, she was very cute and bubbly, had a lot of friends, and was a generally pleasant person to be around.

However, it all changed when her and her family were heading out to their truck to go to the movies. Her and her eldest brother Robbie were about to get in the truck as her dad started it, when it exploded. The truck flipped onto its side, trapping her beneath her brother's dead body in the doorway, as it burned. She hadn't even realized that the initial blast had completely shredded her inner ears, as she was too worried about burning to death. Eventually the fire rescue arrived and got her out.

There was nothing the doctors could do for her ears, and she only suffered a few other minor injuries, burns and bruising mostly. The authorities told her it was a disgruntled soldier targeting officers and their families, and that he'd been killed when they pursued him. Having no family back in the states to go to, nor anyone in Japan, it was decided to send Shea to Yamaku Academy. She was too depressed and withdrawn to really care where she went.

Other Info: N/A at this time, a little mystery goes a long way.

Name:
Hayabusa Kenshi

Age:
15, Second Year

Disability:
Multiple prosaic limbs (left leg, right hand and right kneecap), blind in left eye

Personality:
Kenshi is diligent and very handworking, especially when it comes to kendo. He often appears cold or apathetic to others and as some tsundere tendencies. Prone to rage fits and outbursts, he hates people who insult family or people who are overall jerks.

He also has a "kinder" side which involves him being a NEET more or less, binge watching anime and playing games. Despite outcry from some teachers and adults, his grades still remain at a good level so he gets away with it.

Biography:
Kenshi's father died to a chronic illness when he was only five, telling him to "be strong and protect your little sister and mom". Taking those words to heart, he decided that kendo would be the best way to protect his mom and little sister, Yui. He maintained good grades as he went to daily lessons at the local dojo and rose to a respectable position in it. When he was 11, he had met Arisaka Touka at the dojo and the two instantly fell in love with each other, training togther in pairs and going out on dates on the weekends.

Unfortuantely, when Kenshi was 14, his house was attacked by burglars. While he was having dinner with his family and Touka (her own parents where running late so she was staying over), a group of four armed men burst in. Kenshi's mother attempted to fend them off with a kitchen knife, but was brought down with a bullet to the head. Touka and Kenshi sprung into action with their wooden kendo swords, but the men had knives of their own and guns and so disabled Touka with a bullet to the knee and Kenshi had taken a blade to the wrist and the eye.

As the men looted the house, they made moves to try and have thier way with the two girls, but Kenshi refused to accept that and heroically sprung into action once more. However, he was so weakened that he couldn't do much and ended up with two bullets to the leg and a stab into his kneecap and was forced to watch the criminals have their way with his little sister and his girlfriend before executing them. Kenshi only survived since the police arrived as they aimed at him and he blacked out from blood loss.

Three days later he would wake up in a hospital and was devastated by the news. He remembered his father's words and how he had failed him, promising to get stronger no matter what. Since then, he has been living with his uncle and aunt and attending both mental and physical therapy, transferring to Yamaku Academy in hopes of starting anew.

Misc Info:
- He spends a huge amount of energy and time on kendo, despite the fact he often manages to injure himself as he hasn't quite got his balance or grip with his new limbs.
- He named his Bokkun (wooden kendo sword), "Blade of Hope" as it was a gift from his uncle who gave it to him as to try and cheer him up. Has the family crest stamped into the handle
- Secretly writes a light novel series known as "Watashi wa genjitsu no sekai de tachiōjō fantajī no hīrōdesu" (Watachji Hirodesu), meaning "I'm a fantasy hero stuck in the real world", under the the pen name "Seto Karashi". The story follows a group of fantasy RPG characters who are taken out of their game and force to live in the real world with much of the story them trying to adapt to modern technology and life while trying to get promoted at their work, McJangles. Has a sizable following (Think a combination of The Devil is a Part Timer and a reversed SAO or Log Horizon).
- More to come later.

Kyle Parker

Name: Kyle Parker
Age: 17
Grade: 2nd Year
Disability: Amputated right arm (experiences frequent phantom pain), depression (mostly causes irritability and anger).
Personality: Extremely kind and incredibly determined, he is not the person people expect him to be considering his background. He’s the kind of guy who will be your friend until you show him otherwise, and those who don’t, he remains loyal to for life. Despite his kind demeanor, he is also incredibly brash, lacking any real common sense, only doing what he feels is natural, even if its sometimes for the worse. His temper can flare up in a moments notice, only to falter just as quickly, if he snaps at someone he immediately regrets it and asks for forgiveness.
Background: Kyle was born on a cold winters night in the city of Los Angelos, Nevada. An only child, Kyle was raised by a father with a very specific goal in mind, for him to be the best damned fighter who ever lived. His future to become THE Ultimate Fighting Champion was set in stone from his very birth, and training soon followed it. What couldn't be done through physical training from the get go was learned by watching every scrap and brawl ever done in television history, and nurtured into him by his father's rearing. When Kyle was finally old enough to physically train he was put on a strict diet, trained day and night, excercised, cardio, weight training, fighting techniques. The only time Kyle's life didn't revolve around the UFC was through his studies. His father hired multiple tutors to teach him different subjects throughout the week, things he would need to know when he lived his life to the fullest.
As Kyle grew older, so did his determination. The lifelong goal his father had for Kyle, became his own as well, and he owned it well. Fight after fight, victory after victory, it brough Kyle closer to his own personal Nirvana, that no matter what opponent stood before him, he would not back down, he would not lose. This determination earned him the title of "The Burning Cinder", the fire that would just never die down, no matter how many punches he took, Kyle would just punch back harder. It wasn't until the eve of his 17th birthday that the fire did finally die. On an even colder winter night, during a match, the roof to the stadium came crashing down. A blizzard formed a massive amount of snow on the roof, it weighed too heavy and the roof could simply not support it, 27 people died, another 300 plus were injured, one of them being Kyle. When they found him, his arm had been torn to shreds by a metal beam and frostbite had begun setting into the wound, the arm had to be amputated from the shoulder down. It wasn't until several weeks after arriving at the hospital that Kyle woke up and learned the news; he could never fight again.
The news was earth shattering, a life that had revolved entirely around fighting was wasted and a new sense of despair fell upon Kyle. To him, his arm was like a piece of his soul, something that had been lost, something that could never be retrieved. Worse yet was the disappointment that had set into his own father, the perfect fighter could not fight, he had no son. Despite all the atrocities that befell him, Kyle simply refused to lay down and die and the cinder began to burn once more. There was another part of his life that wasn't deemed as important as fighting, but since fighting was no longer an option, Kyle would have to resort to education. During his recovery time Kyle worked with the doctors in hopes of finding a school that would help him live a normal life, that school was Yamaku Academy.
Other info: Though the picture above shows Kyle's general appearance, he is missing his right arm and the sleeve to it will be tied up to the shoulder. Kyle's training routine is also deeply engraved into his mind, so you'll find him almost every morning outside doing some form of physical activity. Also as a side note, because Kyle is a foreigner who's preferred language is English he'll be speaking in both English and Japanese. To distinguish the two Japanese will be written as normal text and English will be written as bold text
