[IC] FairyTail: Golden Dragoon guild

It was an normal day at the guild, to say that, it was normal for most boring guilds.
But then again, the guild was still considered new and lacked a lot of members, though there have been a surprising amount of new individuals joined recently, but they were not here yet.
Then again she should have expected that much, it was pretty early in the day, but she was excited as for the first time since the guild had opened they had received various jobs for her guild members to take on.
So she had woken up at 6 or something to get the board up and the jobs posted.
It was not a huge list or anything special for that, but a beginning guild should be glad with this much.
Still she sighed about the jobs, most were from people here in town or the direct area, and with the rise in members she had and perhaps the most troubling the lack of teams... She wondered if there would be enough jobs to go around....

She scanned the board again:

-Grocery shopping, due to personal reasons I need some people that could to some groceries for me.
reward: 20JW and all the remaining change.

-Construction work, We need more workers and who better then mages.
Reward: 2JW an hour, free food.

-Animal killing, In a local forest there is too much Wolves, help us with killing 50% of these or else the rest of the animals will all be devoured.
reward: 50JW and all the wolf meat you want.

-Hunters due, I am a hunter who is wounded, I need help with hunting some food for my family.
Reward: 20JW.

-Monster killing, an monster has been sighted near an neighboring town please hunt it down before the beasts kills the inhabitants.
Reward: 2000JW.

-Merchant aid, I am a Merchant who needs to travel to 2 neighboring towns and then return back here, I want some powerful wizards to protect me from bandits.
Reward: 100JW prepaid and one free item from my store once I am back.

-Grandmothers household, I need some people that are willing to help my grandmother with her household, she has broken her hip and need people to help her, please?
Reward: 2000JW

-Treasure hunt, we need someone to gather various items, the list is hidden, use this clue to find it: At the hight of the town where time flows by.
Reward: 10JW

-Diamond hunter, I am an... never mind my job, I need someone who can help me explore the red volcano cavern and look for a specific diamond.
Reward: 100JW and all every diamond you find that is not the one I need.

-Catch the thief: my local bakery has been robbed of its goods for 6 years, catch this criminal.
reward: 6 years of free bread.

-Clear the island, The island of Jenap is plagued by monsters, we need some Wizards to deal with these beasts.
Reward: can be discussed once some wizards have applied and are before me.

Some of the jobs seemed a little shifty, but she figured better hang them up and hope its not as shifty as she thinks then have even less jobs.

Suddenly a door opened, looking towards the sound she found that Volray had just entered the main floor from the sleeping section.
"Your early" Chizuru asks.
"Wanted to pick the first jobs" He replied simple.
"Sure" Chizuru responded as she laid back on the bar counter.
"Onii-san, it is more polite to wait for the other members" an new voice spoke.
Lilith had just entered the floor though the stairs down as well.
"I guess, just let me check first?" Volray replied.
"Hai" she replied as she herself just began making breakfast behind the bar, it wont take long before the others down would gather up when Lilith was cooking.
Off course there are those that have their home outside the guilds base off course...

Cinia and Linia had helped to put the "Clear the Island" Mission up. They would be coming on this mission no matter what as it was their home that they were trying to save. However when this mission was first created some details were left out for fear that others would not want to go due to the danger. That and numbers were important, if someone too powerful were to come along then Cinia and Linia would not have a chance to perform their sacred duties. After putting the mission up as well as signing their name on the bottom of it then left to go prepare breakfast for the others. They were making waffles, ALOT, of waffles. Within about 15 minutes there was already a huge stack of waffles between just the two of them. Of course they weren't cooking for themselves, they were cooking for everyone in the guild. "WAFFLES ARE READY!" Cinia screamed as she started banging on a frying pan to wake everyone else up.

Feon was woken up by this loud banging and fell to the floor. "Ow..." Feon said rubbing her head as she got up from the side of her bed. After getting dressed and getting ready she headed upstairs to see that Cinia and Linia had made waffles, they also made cream to go with the waffles. "You guys don't have to yell loud enough to shake the whole guild you know." Feon said to Cinia as she sat down with a plate of waffles. If anything Cinia's and Linia's waffles weren't the greatest, but they were certainly good. Though it was their home made whipped cream that was really good. No one actually knew what kind of ingredients they used for the whipped cream though.

Hiryu was just slowing to a halt from his morning run through the city, with his backpack. His heart was still racing although his body was stopped. He was heaving, with sweat trickling from his brow, but he faced the sky with closed eyes, basking in the early morning rays of the sun, the new wind of the day and the tingling sensation in his abdomen and legs from his work out. It was a euphoric pain to him, a pain that signalled to him that he was awake, that he was alive. He stood there basking in the moment until he regained control of his respiration. He pulled up the hood of his jogging suit and folded his hands into the front pocket flap and walked the rest of the way to the guild hall. As he walked through town, Hiryu found himself so incredibly aware of how familiar the morning sights were. He was suffering from the symptoms of routine. As a gypsy-born traveller, he wasn't used to constantly operating matching days in the same location for an extended time. Now being a part of the guild, his initial wanderer lifestyle was quelled. By this time, it didn't matter which path Hiryu took to the guild, he could find his way to it by routine with his eyes closed most likely.

Hiryu pushed firmly against the double wooden doors and upon seeing nothing out of the ordinary (by guild standards, not absolute standards, mind you...). Once inside, Hiryu didn't motion to anyone in particular, shuffling through the foyer and bar to reach the stairs. He had a backpack on, in which he held a change of clothes and bathing materials. Hiryu would typically start days this way, finishing his jog at the guild and change ready for work here rather than at home. Through the corner of his eye, though, he noted that parchments and papers masked the dark brown face of the mission board.

The guild finally had missions!

Alistiar woke before the sun rose. He blearily looked out the magic window, turned over, and went back to sleep. He next woke up to some racket upstairs. Ugh, can't they let a guy sleep in? he thought. He intended to go back to sleep, but his sharp nose caught the smell of food cooking. His stomach rumbled. He sighed and blearily got out of bed and walked upstairs. "Moring," He mumbled to everyone there. "Coffee please." He peered at the freshly made waffles. "Hey, did you make those for us or are they just decoration?" He said to the twins.

Lucas

The sun was shining into Lucas’ room. It seemed as though some supernatural force decided that he needed to wake up be cause there wasn’t light shining anywhere but over where his eyes were. Why does this always happen? It happened when I was in Lotus too! He climbed out of his bed, the walls were painted black so no light would reflect in his room at night.

He found himself in the kitchen rummaging through the pantry… “Oh yeah… We don’t have food - we just moved in a few days ago.” They’d been eating out at restaurants and at the guild and forgot to buy food for their apartment. “Melvus!” Lucas attempted to find Melvus, his roommate and old friend. From the other side of the apartment he could hear a crash. There he is…

Melvus

Melvus woke up early that morning to read. He spent his morning hours reading almost everyday. If you don’t read your magic ability will become stagnant. In the past few weeks he’d been trying to learn thought projections because he’d read it in a book somewhere. So far he could only project his voice.

“MELVUS!”

Melvus heard the roar of a terrifying beast yell his name and he fell off of his chair and onto the floor. Oh… That was probably Lucas. “He’s finally awake… It’s already six thirty.” Melvus regained his composure and stood up.

“Yes Lucas?” He asked from across the apartment, his voice raised so his friend could hear him.

Lucas

After a few seconds came Mevlus’ voice. “Yes Lucas?” It sounded as bored as ever. He’s probably reading…

“I was just gonna say that we should probably get some food for the apartment soon. We shouldn’t spend all of our money eating out or at the guildhall.” After that he made his way back to his room, gathered some clean clothes and jumped into the shower.

Melvus

Melvus replaced his book on the shelf. It had many, many, book all about magic, its different uses and different spells. After that he gathered his things, including his cloak and began making his way to the guildhall. Draycott wasn’t the best town in the world, but it was rather nice. It had a river running through the middle of it and a few guilds within, including a wizard guild, the Golden Dragoon guild which Melvus was a member of.

As he approached the guild, the hall became visible and it was a sight to behold. The guild itself was shaped like a dragon with an open mouth, the guild’s double doors inside of the mouth itself. As Melvus pushed them and entered the smell of freshly cooked breakfast filled his nostrils.

He walked down the hallway to the ‘hall’ itself where there were a few wizards gathered already. Probably waiting for breakfast… Melvus chuckled to himself and approached the counter, "Good morning, could I have two applications for membership?" He asked the wizard behind the counter.

Lucas

Lucas stepped out of the shower grabbed a towel and dried himself off. He put on his usual t-shit, jeans and coat. He gathered his gate keys and made his way to the guildhall. Melvus, no doubt, is already there… He ran out of the apartment in a hurry to the guildhall, not wanting to be late to apply and choose jobs, though Melvus would be there to pick one for them.

As Lucas jogged he took a look around to admire the new city. I’ve never noticed it before… there’s a river? I guess I’ve never taken this way to the guild… it has only been a few days… None of the buildings, except for the clock tower in the middle of town, were really tall enough to overshadow any other builds. I was a nice little town and it had just got a new guild.

Lucas was thinking about all of the exciting things that they’re going to do in the new guild when…

“HELP!”

He heard a cry and began looking for the source when he spotted it inside of an alley way. A man, brandishing a knife, was attempting to mug another man. Lucas ran into the alley and stopped about ten feet away from the assailant. “Get outta her’ kid. If ya know what’s best fer ya!”

“I’m not leaving… In fact… In fact you’re going to give him back all of his money and his wallet and whatever else you took from him.” The mugged man didn’t seem to excited that a teenager had come to help.

“I’m gonna do what now?” The man didn’t seem to be having it. He ran at Lucas, ready to stab him… or mug him or something.

“Open! Gate of the Dragon, Draco!” Lucas cut a key through the air that he had pulled from his coat pocket. DING! A magic circle appeared and from it stepped a woman… more like a dragon woman? Who wielded a katana and had green dragon legs and arms.

“Yes Lucas?” She didn’t seem to notice what was going on. The man ran right into her and hit his butt on the ground. She’s like a rock wall…

“What the hell is that!”

“Draco, just disarm him please, or knock him out or something. Really, just stop him from stealing that guy’s stuff.” Lucas pointed at the mugged man when he said ‘that guy’s’.

“Alright, seems easy enough.” She reached out and took the blade from him, no effort necessary. “Here’s your things.” She tossed the man a wallet and a few other things from the mugger. “Anything else Lucas?”

“Do you mind taking him to the guards? I have to get to the guildhall. After that you can close the gate.” Lucas explained to the man that he was a member of the wizard guild in town I'll probably be one by the end of the morning, to quell any confusion then he ran off and made it to the guild a few minutes later. Waffles?

[LostDestiny]

Layla woke early, before the jobs were posted and many of the other members of the guild had woken themselves. She had always been an early riser, mainly so she could do her morning work out. This consisted of a run around the park in the town, followed by a quick meditation section, and finished with her practicing some of her forms with a wooden sword. This was more for stamina, endurance, and disipline and it was something she did every morning. Her strength training was done later at night.

After she finished she headed back to the guild. She lived in the dorms for the guild so she was constantly there, well since she joined that is. She had joined about 2 weeks ago and had been somewhat excited when she learned that they would be getting there first set of jobs today. When she entered the guild there were a few people around but not many, not like the guild had a bunch of members to account for as it was. She headed to the board to examine the jobs that had been posted. Most were local and more errands than jobs. She sighed, it was to be expected, the name of the guild hadn't traveled very far. Eventually she decided on the bread their job, something she could likely do on her own. However she simply signed her name on the bottom of the paper, allowing for someone else to join her if they wished. Since she did have a team she wasn't really expecting anyone to sign it with her. Though most of ther members weren't part of a team since they hadn't gone on any jobs yet.

Zander had woken to the sound of banging on his door. He lived in his own apartment so he figured it was his landlord. He had been demanding rent for the past week and Zander had insisted that he would get a job as soon as the guild received some. He had then explained that they were due to get some jobs today.

Putting on a pair of pants Zander sleepily opened the door. As he had expected it was his landlord. "Alright Zander. Today is the day you get your lazy but a job." The short older man demanded. "Okay, okay. I need to get dressed, I can't walk into the guild shirtless." He stated noting the older man obviously stareing at his scars. Zander quickly shut the door and put on a shirt that covered all of the scars. Afterward he shoved a muffin in his mouth. He then exited his apartment and headed toward the guild, waving at the people who were setting up shop for the day.

He arrived at the guild hall and smiled. It was normal by guild standards, though his eyes quickly fell to the request board. Heading in that direction he examined the jobs. He quickly settled on the island clearing job, the reward was negotiable so it seemed promising. Maybe he would get his rent money in one fell swoop. He signed his name under the names that had already been written on it then he headed toward the counter were a large plate of waffles was placed. "Oi! Twins. It would seem you took the Island clearing job also. Anyway, can I have some waffles, I only had time to eat a tiny muffin so my landlord didn't come banging on my door again. I mean I'm assuming you two weren't planning on eating them all by yourselves."

"what do you mean i should communicate with other humans?" Yuni talked to her friend Ray "ah so i could try and get my memory back... you wanna come with me ray?" Yuni quickly put on her clothing made out of leaves and some rags "you'll come find me later and you'll take Akuni with you too? be sure to bring the fish with you too then if she catches any... i'll see you later Ray" Yuni waved goodbye to her friend Ray and walked out of her home

thus finally getting out of her comfortable cave to go to town after a few weeks of staying in the forest Yuni walked out to the nearby Town overhearing some people talking about a new mage guild opening curious she walked towards them with her currently ragged and leafy clothing and asked about the location of the guild in question, thinking she was poor they didn't bother answering her and thus roamed the town seeings different types of buildings asking around for the guild's location being ignored most of the time

after a long time roaming around the town being ignored Yuni found building with a large skull of a dragon as its front curious of the building she walked towards the entrance and due to her slightly better hearing heard people talking about food and thought to herself that she was pretty hungry herself as she didn't eat for weeks, she opened the door and tried to enter the building but not noticing the stairs she instantly rolled down the stairs and crashed into the bar muttering "Where is golden dragoon?" before passing out from the fall

Unnoticed by everyone, sitting in a corner with his nose in a book, was Valak. He had actually been up and sitting there since before anyone else, but he was so quiet no one noticed him. He barely looked up when the twins had declared the waffle ready. He did look up when a girl came crashing down the stairs and into the hall. He looked her up and down with disinterest, then he went back to his book. A moment later, he decided that food was worth putting down the book. He marked his spot, got up and grabbed some waffles on a plate the same way he did everything, quietly.

Cinia and Linia smiled to each other. "It's serve yourself! You add whatever you like on your waffles!" Cinia and Linia said in unison both with large grins on their faces. They finally finished with all the waffles. They both grabbed a plate with two waffles on each one before heading off to a table. They had added the whipped cream as well and some strawberries on each of theirs. Syrup was next to the whipped cream as well. "And we are going to be on the island mission, however we can't do it alone." Linia said to Zander as they passed him. "We would rather not get into details until we are on the boat on our way there." Cinia added as she sat down next to Linia and began to eat their waffles.

Cia in the meantime saw Hiryu enter the guild, a smile came upon her face. "Your here!" Cia said with excitement in her face, she did like Hiryu, he was fun to mess with, of course she also had a bit of a crush on him too. Cia had gotten up from eating her waffles which was sprinkled with blue berries and whipped cream. "You wanna do the merchant mission with me?" Cia asked him shaking her butt a bit as she asked.

As the paper and ink twins were making waffles, Lilith decided to stop making her pancakes and began eating them herself.
Volray, feeling bad for his little sister decided to eat her pancakes as well, though when Lilith was not looking he quickly grabbed a scoop of the art twins (as he called them at times behind their back, he has no idea if they would like this name it was easier then naming them paper and ink twins and he had no idea what to call them otherwise) whipped cream.

As Alistair asked for coffee Lilith began making that for him, while at the same time he asked that the front door opened once more.

An man with long blond hair and a white outfit walked down the stairs, next to him a small fairy, the size of his head with a red glowing aura was floating.
"Morning" he said as he noticed the rest.

He walked straight to the bar and began leaning on something, realizing it was too soft to be the bar and too high.
Looking down he noticed two large globes.
Sweet he thought before realizing who there belonged for, quickly jumping back.
He knew the master did not care much but still, it was a surprise to find her not reacting.
"is she sleeping?, whatever, food please?" he just replied as he rub his eyes, he was hardly awake himself, which was pretty obvious as he thought the master was the bar's counter...

As an already large stack of waffles was presented, Gaurman started to dig in after putting some with the cream on his plate.

As Mevlus walked to the counter and asked for two applications he was replied by Chizuru as she suddenly with half open eyes sat up "wah?" she said first before her eyes fell on the person in front of her.
Rubbing in her eyes she started to realize what he asked.
She quickly jumped off the counter, failing to think about the distance between him and her, causing her chest to slam into him.
"oh, sorry, just a sec" she said as she was looking behind the counter while hanging over the bar, putting her but in full few, she really was lacking on consciousness about her own body like that.
after a second or two she came back up with a stamp "where do you... wait you said two right, who is the other?"

Once Volray was done eating he walked to the board, realizing some others have taken jobs before him.
Scanning the board he noticed a few interesting ones, but one seemed the best in many ways, capturing a bread thief and getting a 6 years of free bread, something useful for the guild in many ways while so seemingly easy.
Without looking if any one else picked it he signed his name under it, he would later when the designated time to meet the baker was due notice if anyone else had taken the mission.

Suddenly a girl clothed in rags and leaves fell down the stairs.
Lilith quickly got up to see if she was alright but....

one person entered the guild's main door and looked down.
A grin spread across his face as an sudden impulse came to mind.
he quickly jumped down and grabbed the unconscious girl while taking one of his holder type helium balloons and started to blow in it, his breath magically becoming the helium, rising into the air and out of everyones reach as he quickly pulled off her tattered clothes and grabbed a seemingly jar of peanut butter.
His brand however was made by himself using magic and outside tasting like normal peanut butter also had properties as being slippery to walk on and act like glue when getting stuck on, using a spoon made for his own brand he shot some globs against a wall and pressed the girl on it.
"Look, modern arts" he yelled with a high pitched voice from the helium

This off course ended glares and such as usual...
only the guild master seemed to approve, giving a thumps up as she ignored the obvious and only noticed what the prankster was calling it, modern art...

[Melkor]

Melvus

It would appear that this new guild doesn’t have applications for membership. What appears to be the counter, counter person, and perhaps guildmaster? Maybe not, decided that it was a good idea to run into Melvus, he was knocked out of his seat and onto the floor. She grabbed the stamp for the guild emblem. “Where do you… Wait, you said two right? Who’s the other?”

Lucas

Lucas spotted Melvus near the counter, he was on the floor with a busty woman asking him something. He caught part of it, “Who’s the other?” He assumed that she was asking who else wanted to join the guild with Melvus.

“That would be me!” Lucas said, excitedly, as he took what used to be Melvus’ seat. "I'll have my emblem on my right eyelid, please."

"And I'll have mine on the left side of my neck." Melvus said after Lucas.

The sound of jiggling chimes announced the arrival of the Aoki sisters long before they would set their feet on the city's cobbled streets. Many eyes turned into their direction as they walked calmly from the nearest gate to the guild hall.

"I wonder how Chizuru-san is going? It's been such a long time since we don't come back." Chloe commented.

"Well, but whose fault was it, again?" Elle's reply was followed by a "Hmph!" to show her indignation.

The sisters continued their carefree talk until they reached the guild's entrance and went down the stairs imediately. Upon finding that the guild was the same as always, Chloe smiled and Elle scoffed, but no matter the difference in their reactions, both sisters were happy to be back home. Chloe's stomach growled as son as she caught up the smell coming from the pile of waffles, she quickly asked if she could have some before digging in with gusto. Elle, on the other hand, just walked to the counter and asked for a cup of tea and some rice crackers, but when she noticed there was no one behind it, she decided to help herself to the treats.

When Chloe noticed Chizuru, she tried to greet her while her mouth was stuffed only to have her head racked with Elle's throw fan "How many times have I told you to not talk with your mouth full?" Causing Chloe to hang her head low while an exaggerate tear drop threatened to fall from her eyes "Sorry, nee-chan, but it's been so long since we last saw Chizuru-san."

"No buts, unless you want me to hit you again." The sisters stand-up routine was so perfectly timed that it was almost as if they were professional comedians and they continued at it until Elle greeted Chizuru, before saying "You missed it, Chizuru-san, the beach was perfect, though there was a lot of perverts ogling us. But look how tan we got!"

After finishing their breakfast, both sisters checked the mission board, and their eyes fell upon the treasure hunt, which would be a welcome break from their usual missions. They signed their names under it and waited to see if someone else would want to come too, since this was a a mission that looked like it would be funnier with more company.

Jun Chun Yu made is way into the guild hall from the rooms downstairs with a big yawn and saw that there were already quiet a few people up and about in the guild. He quietly grabbed some breakfast as he was still waking up and it was a miracle that he had gotten himself completely dressed. He made a mental note to check the mission board once he was finished with his breakfast to see what missions people needed done by the new guild in town.

Yu finished his breakfast by himself before making his way over to where the missions were posted and quickly scanned over them. He instantly became interested in the monster killing mission as that was right up his allow of skillsets, but as his eyes drifted farther down the board he saw that the Aoki sisters were signed up for the treasure hunting mission. They were know for being good looking sisters and it would be a shame to pass up this moment to get to know them better.

The mage signed up his name for the mission and than scanned the room for the sisters. He soon found where they were and walked up to them with a friendly smile on his face. "Hey there. The name is Jun Chen Yu, but you can just call me Yu. It looks like we are both interested in the same mission."

After signing their names on the mission board, the Aoki sisters spent the rest of their time loitering around the guild hall just like your stereotypical good-for-nothing guild mage would do, which in sense is what they were.

It was then that a good looking, green haired boy approached them with an easygoing smile and asked if they wished for company to the treasure hunting.

"Ohh! A new teammate? Of course you can come with us, but take care with nee-chan, she's a little *BANG!*" Chloe greeted the boy with a carefree smile, but when she started to talk about her sister she was hit in the head by Elle.

"Exactly what am I, onee-san?" The Red Priestess asked threateningly, before turning to the boy with a mischievous grin in her lips and saying "Ara... not even a half hour since we arrived and there's already people hitting on us? Of course you can come with us. Our team is very lacking of cute boys, as you can see."

After getting a new member for their team, the sisters bid farewell to Chizuru and ripped the mission request off of the board before beckoning Yu to follow them.

Some time later, on the city streets...

If Yu had decided to follow the Aoki sisters, he would soon find many sharp glares thrown toward him by most of the men they passed by, specially because the three of them would be walking side-by-side, with Chloe obliviously ignoring the situation while Elle was trying to tease Yu by grabbing his arm and pressing it against her chest.

"At the high of the town, where the time flows by... What do you think this means?" Chloe asked them as she reread the instructions written on the paper.

"Obvious, they're talking about the clock tower. It's probably the best place for we to look first." Elle replied causally just as she was trying to flirt with Yu.

"Ohh... as expected of nee-chan." Chloe said as they went to check the clock.

As Hiryu was weaving his way through the collecting bodies, he was apprehended of-sorts by Feon. He could tell if she was being serious or not. Hiryu was fairly guarded about himself, even if he was a reasonable, patient person to be around. Feon's interactions, as few as they had been currently, always felt like they were probing at Hiryu, putting him on the spot. He felt as if he was only given the choice to completely brush her off with the cold shoulder or to embrace her with open arms, and Hiryu didn't really want to do either. He looked away when her rear end began to move.

"Er - yeah that sounds like a good place to start," replied Hiryu, tried to be particular about not mentioning Feon specifically, whether positive or negative. "But I just had a run. I'll take a shower first and er, I guess we can head out to meet the merchant." he replied, before moving on to the showers. He imagined he could leave freely as Feon was not so bold as to follow him into the shower. The former nomad put a little hustle in his step as he moved for the bathroom, breathing out a sigh of relief. He hated talking to girls his own age. He felt like he was always being judged and consistently getting graded an F. He could never understand how some guys could do it... or accept it.

waking up noticing her clothes on the ground "hey! who ruined the clothes i just fixed!" waving her arms around in an angry manner she noticed she was stuck to the wall "... i'm stuck... c-can someone help me down...? this is a bit... embarrassing" she looked at the strange substance she was stuck to "what is this anyways? some sort of mud? i never seen mud as sticky as this before in the forest" she called out to the group of people for a second time to make sure "i'm stuck!"

Dawn and Elizabeth disembarked the train. It was still early in the morning but coming from a trading village and being the children of a wood cutter they were used to being up at first light. Dawn had sent a letter on ahead to a newly formed guild called the "Golden Dragoon" informing there master of his situation and telling her he'd arrive that morning.

Dawn was a little nervous. Not just about joining a wizard's guild or living in a new place. He was nervous about his sister. Every since there father died Elizabeth had been erratic, calm and happy one minute and angry and violent the next. Her moods were unpredictable and when she wasn't calm her ice magic tended to explode out of her in unpredictable ways.

She froze in front of the station taking in the town they'd just set foot in. Dawn reached out and drew a number of swirls and dashes over her exposed arm as he said "Come on Beth. We'll have time for sight seeing later. We have to see the guild master first." Elizabeth glanced at him quizzically.

She was wearing a high cut red dress embroidered with gold that came down to just below her knee. She had on black combat boots and her hair was blowing away from her face. She reached out for Dawn's arm with a smile and started to draw the same sort of swirls and dashes over his arm. They spelled out a language that very few people recognized and fewer understood. The clouds are in the sky but the waters run away.

It was almost always this way with his sister, she had a very unique perspective on the world. So unique that he had trouble understanding her much of the time. She often spoke in broken phrases or riddles. Sometimes Dawn could puzzle out what she meant but Elizabeth had a habit of never saying it plainly. Dawn had always attributed this to the same trauma that had caused Elizabeth to stop speaking.

"We should get inside before the water decides to come back." He led his sister up the streets. At the first shop he found Dawn asked for directions to the Golden Dragoon. An elderly gentleman pointed him the way in very short time the twins arrived at the monstrous dragon head that was the guild hall.

Dawn nervously walked up to the door with the unnerving feeling that he was being swallowed. He opened it slowly and was preparing to enter when Elizabeth dashed in front of him. The moment the door was open wide enough for her to fit Elizabeth flew into the guild. Dawn entered seconds later and watched Elizabeth sashay her way through the crowd as though this was one big country dance.

The guild hall was chaotic, people eating, preparing for missions. As was to be expected of a wizards guild. Dawn followed his sister with his eyes being unable to push through the crowd at the same rate she was moving. When he finally reached her Elizabeth standing next to a girl pinned to one of the walls with what smelled like peanut butter. Alright, not the strangest thing Dawn had ever seen but certainly in the top ten.

With a hand outstretched Elizabeth reached to the touch the substance. Dawn was just about to stop her thinking she was going to ruin her only good dress when instead of the goo adhering to her skin frost spread out from the tips of her fingers coating the peanut butter entirely in ice and freezing it solid.

Seconds later the ice shattered completely with an almighty sound of breaking glass raining down shards of frost over the floor along with the girl who'd been trapped there. Dawn glanced around at everyone in the hall. "Hi," he looked to who he thought was the guild master, as she was the one behind the bar and said. "I sent a letter on ahead. I'm looking for membership." As he said this he reached out a hand and pulled Elizabeth closer to himself so that she wouldn't wander off.

Lucas and Melvus

When Lucas arrived at the guild he had made his way to where Melvus was. The latter was speaking with the master of the guild, <insert name> about where he wanted his emblem to be. "I'd like it on my right eyelid." Melvus replied to the question as Lucas appeared at his side. His Lotus guild emblem had been magically marked on his left eyelid. The guildmaster affixed his right eyelid with the Golden Dragoon guild emblem of the curling golden dragon.

After Melvus had his eyelid marked the guildmaster turned to Lucas and he asked for his to be on the left side of his neck. He stepped forward and the master affixed his neck with the same, but a larger version, Golden Dragoon guild emblem. Lucas realized how much of a busy place the guild was. There were a great number of wizards, not nearly as many as Lotus had but this was a rather new guild. They made their way to the quest board and saw that there were a few available.

"Hmm... A merchant needs help. Uh... There's an island full of monsters that needs clearing" He looked at the names underneath it. A few wizards have already signed up for this one... though it is an entire island. Lucas turned to his friend, "What quest do you think we should take, Melvus?" This was one of his oldest friends and one of the best wizards he knew in Lotus, he was even a favorite for the S-Class trials this year, but he had followed Lucas in their collective attempt to find Evan, Lucas' brother.

Melvus had also been scanning the board, not entirely certain of which quest they should undertake. He knew Lucas' level relatively well... he was powerful for a holder but maybe not powerful enough to fight off an entire island of monsters. He took a glance at who was going on the island quest that Lucas seemed to be interested in.[/color=blue] It looks like five are going right now, there could even be more... The reward will be discussed once the wizards are before the job's poster huh..? There should be enough, even if there aren't I am there to help Lucas through it if he can't.[/color] He saw a few other interesting ones, but they had names by them already. He turned to Lucas, "If you want to clear an island with me, I'll go." With that he signed his name near the bottom of the flyer as a few had done before him. "Just make sure that you don't use all of your magic power at once, and close your gates when your spirits aren't fighting to conserve power. Lucas also signed his name near the bottom. They both went to inform the twins that they had joined the island team.

Once Chizuru knew who the other was she continued her question on where they wanted it and adjusted the color and size to their wishes as she stamped both.
"Welcome to this nuthouse" she joked before looking at Alistair, nearly jumping on his back.
"Ali, when are you going to use your magic on me, please please please, come on hit me with your dragon slayer magic"

Not long after the Aoki sisters greeted her as Elli began talking about their tan's.
"Awh, you know your mean Elli, I could not go with all this mess, will take me like a month before the guild live will settle down enough so I can go, you tease"
With that Chizuru poked Elli in her boob as she has done at times before, though always getting the same responce "did they grow again?"
If it was not for Volrat as he got in between them Chizuru would likely did a full on grope.
"Master, there are too many people here, act mature for a second"

As Lilith was pretty much sitting behind the bar watching the entire show a boy and a girl, seemed like siblings to her came up to her.
He spoke about wanting to join the guild and having send a letter prior.
"Ah, sorry but you need to be with the guild master" she stood up and looked around before pointing at CHizuru "that is her, the woman who was gifted by her teenage development" she said, trying to be well polite about the description.
They would likely talk to CHizuru with after Volray told her to be more mature for a second.

At the clocktower the Aoki group would indeed find the list, however it was still hidden inside the bell, they would have to duck and crawl to get to it, which considering the location of it all would be pretty hard to do unless your small or very agile, though still do able, just pretty hard.
On the list they would find the following:
-A duck
-goat milk
-a jar of spiders
-the milka flower

The list was short and odd at first glance and was followed by an other note:
Once these have been found, go to the place where kids play and look for the note under the right hanging stool.

from this list the hardest part would most likely be the Milka flower, the flower would be located in the nearby forest and only grows on a small hill which is covered by poison ivy, worst part would be found on the sign near the ivy field stating that it is illigal to remove the ivy for whatever reasons unless you are from the pharmacy.
reason, the pharmacy uses the ivy in various medications, one of which is publicly known to be used by the chief of police (though no one knows what the medication is for), meaning disrespect for this law would be huge problems for the individuals and the fraction they belong to.
