The very essence of time has been plagued by two unknown villains. They hop from year to year, month to month, day to day- and they twist the events of history to their advantage. No one knows their exact motives for this, but we know they have to be stopped. You were called to a specific duty- to put an end to the madness. You were brought to me by Trunks, known as the son of the famous Z-fighter Vegeta and the scientist Bulma. He is the assistant to the Supreme Kai of Time and a core member of the Time Patrol. Trunks gathered the Dragon Balls and wished for a group of warriors to stop this threat.
Do you know what the Time Patrol is? They protect the timeline from discrepancies and evil beings that attempt to destroy it. And you’re a part of it. We need your help to eliminate the two unknown warriors I talked about earlier. Yes, I know it seems a bit hasty to ask this of you. But it needs to be done. You won’t be alone, though. You’re part of a special group that will fix these holes in the timeline, hopefully bringing us closer to stopping the unknown warriors. Name: Satchi Gender: Female Age: 20 Race: Human Appearance: Satchi is a human woman, standing at a rather small 5 foot 4. Her skin is a healthy peach color, obviously from eating healthily and exercise, and her build, despite being slim and womanly, showcases that she is not to be trifled with lightly. Her face is heart-shaped and considered pretty amongst other humans her own age, and very youthful, still looking within the cusps of adulthood. Minor freckles dot over the bridge of her nose, complimenting her deep blue, bright aqua eyes. Her hair is a bright blonde, and rather long, going down to her waist in silky locks, with bangs criss-crossing over her forehead and slightly in her eyes. Her travelling attire are a pair of yellow shorts, hard-soled travelling sneakers, and a form-fitting white t-shirt, sleeveless. Over this, unzipped, is a jacket that stops right below her chest, a burnt red in color. On the back of the jacket is the capsule corp logo, complete with the brand name beneath it. Moves: -Flurry of Rage: Satchi unleashes a barrage of punches and kicks far quicker than that of her normal speed. This is only ever really unleashed during a fit of rage and as such cannot be done on purpose. -Insane Laser: Satchi raises her hand to her head, with her fingers pointing upwards in a gun-like pose. Her eyes close before she quickly opens them and drops her hand, gripping her wrist and pointing it to her enemy. A bright blue beam fires from her fingers and obliterates anything in her path. -Super Hero: Satchi honours her father by doing some of his signature moves in one gruesome attack. She first suplexes her enemy, before rolling back over and powerbombing them. She then positions herself so that her legs are locked around her opponents arm and they are unable to escape. She then at least attempts to break their arm or at least pull it from its socket. Personality: Satchi is a very headstrong young woman who is still at the end of her 'rebellious' phase. She has been known to disregard most authority and go her own way. That being said, if the authority is someone she liked or respected, she would follow the order, albeit with a bit of banter. She is rather sensitive about her height and is quick to send a punch to the jaw of anyone 'rude' enough to comment on it. She is rather loud mouthed and could practically talk about anything for hours without a stop if you let her. During battle she can be equally as loud, insulting and taunting her enemies while sending hit after hit their way. She is an adept learner and her parents often said that if she had stuck in at school she could have been a scholar rather than a fighter. The one thing you must remember with Satchi is to not get between her and her food. She loves food almost as much as she loves life and is willing to defend it like a bear would defend its cub.
History: Satchi was born in West City to a baker and a famous wrestler who went under the alias of "Super Hero". A rather uninspired name, but one nonetheless. She had two older brothers growing up, with whom Satchi would often get into fights. A psychiatrist would probably pin her tomboyish attitude down to this, but none could have probably gotten close enough to her without her attempting to suplex them, even at her young age. While her mother wanted Satchi to go into baking like she had done, Satchi was much more interested in the wrestling that her father did. She was signed up for martial arts lessons at the age of 7 and had achieved mastery of at least 2 by the age of 9. To say she was an adept learner would be an understatement.
That being said, she didn't do exceptionally well at school. She would often sneak out in order to go watch wrestling or kung fu or even to get into fights herself. Her teachers did not approve to put it bluntly. She bothered and badgered her parents to allow her to enter the World Martial Arts tournament every time the sign ups started. Of course, they did not allow her, fearing that she would be utterly destroyed by the much stronger and bigger contestants. Satchi was devastated each time, throwing practically the exact same tantrum each time she was denied. She was happy to see her father enter one year, something which he ultimately regretted.
He was doing rather well in the tournament, progressing rapidly through the ranks until he had reached the semi-finals. When he met his final opponent. The man was a behemoth, towering over anyone who stood in his way. He humiliated Satchi's father, doing an array of embarrassing moves which ultimately left her father's reputation in tatters. He came home broken, and took his own life a few months after the event happened. Satchi was devastated, she was in her mid teens at this time and made the rather stupid decision to run away from home. She stole her neighbours motorcycle and rode off in the direction of East City.
Satchi made a living through various impromptu races and fighting tournaments. Her small stature and size put her at a slight advantage to her opponents as they often underestimated her which in turn led to her being able to get the upperhand early on in the fight. Her 'fun' stopped when she challenged a rather old martial arts master to a fight. The master thrashed her, beating her before she could get more than one hit in. That one hit was enough though, the master hadn't been hit in years unless he had allowed it. He saw great potential within Satchi and instead of taking her money, offered her training in exchange for it. Satchi was rather raw about the fight at first, stating that she didn't need his help and that he had just gotten lucky. She hopped on her bike and threw the money at him, driving off into the night wounded and bruised.
She returned the next day with tears in her eyes and an apology on her lips. She explained to the master about her father and his death and how she had been living since then. He understood completely and gave her a place to stay within his house while he trained her, day and night. For the entire time she stayed with the master she only ever saw about 30 people other than him. He was in the middle of a desert so not many other apprentices came looking for him, and those who did quickly changed their mind after seeing Satchi being forced to lift a rock the size of a house. Other than that, it was mainly people from a local village that her master often got Satchi to deliver products to from his farm that made up the vast majority of other people.
She finished her training around the time she turned 18. Her master had taught her a great deal about respect and discipline but not enough it seemed for her to refrain from playfully calling him 'old man' once more before she left. It was clear in her mind what she had to do after her training was complete. She travelled to Papaya island to sign up for the World Martial Arts Tournament. She tore through everyone up until the finals. Where she met the very man that caused her fathers death. She obliterated him, not letting him get a hit in before she sent him flying out of the ring. She was deemed the champion and sent swaggering happily into the sunset with her prize money. She returned back to her master, only to find it empty. The majority of his belongings were still there, but some various objects had gone missing. Fearing the worst, Satchi went out in search of her master.
She travelled all over the world, honing her fighting skills under various fighting schools and tournaments while she searched for the man who made her the fighter she was today. To her slight annoyance and bountiful joy, she received a postcard while staying in a hotel. As it turned out, her master had gone in search of 'Love' and found a young girl with whom he was staying with on some island resort. While Satchi could have spotted a gold digger like that from a mile off, it seems the old men wasn't as adept in that art.
Just before her transfer by Trunks, Satchi was attempting to use what was left of her prize money after the purchase of a new motorcycle in the pursuit of buying a restaurant and running it as her own. It seems that this hope of settling down will have to wait.
Could I apply with a character who uses magic rather than Ki? Also could I play a Yardrat? they're supposed be able to manipulate time and space, but I'm pretty sure I can y'know, not be OP, and still acknowledge that with how my moves work and stuff.
Xalam is a tall, muscular Namekian - his stature being taller than Earthlings/Humans, and most Namekians, and he's still growing until he reaches the pinnacle of his maturity. His skin is the same deep green as most Namekians, and other than his height - which is above average - there's nothing overtly distinctive. His features are sharp and mature, with dark eyes and sharper-than-average teeth, and the standard antennae. His outfit consists of folded, white cloth wrapped around his neck and shoulders, along with a tight, durable black obi wrapped around his lower abdomen/waist. He wears long, baggy white gi-pants, which are tucked into brown boots. His fore-arms and hands are wrapped tightly with bandages, leaving the fingers free - along with the palms, for his Ki attacks. All of his clothing is weighted heavily, due to his body's regenerative functions, his muscles heal quickly from the strain, and thusly, his form is physically exceptional, in terms of strength, speed, and durability.
Name: Xalam [Zie-Yam] Age: 50. By human standards, he has the appearance and youthfulness of a Namekian within the early twenties, and will most-likely stay like this for hundreds of years. Race: Namekian Gender: Asexual; Has male organs, and goes by male pronouns.
Personality: Events in his past has tailored Xalam to who he is today. A serious and focused young man, Xalam sees no personal glory in the act of childish games. He tends to keep to himself; an emotionally distant person that would rather train for hours on end by himself, or sit down and study the history of the world, strategic techniques, or knowledge on Ki. His gruff demeanor could put a few people off, especially combined with his temper; Xalam is a calm young man, but whenever he gets mad, you can generally tell...and it isn't a pleasant experience. He is serious about becoming the world's strongest protector, and his undying, immortal focus and determination shows this. His potential is endless, and he is still developing, but so far, he has shown himself to be a sharp-witted, strong, serious, and focused Namekian with a penchant for combat and battle. While these traits would make him a great leader, his emotional distance tends to keep him from making any personal connections, which is a necessity for someone with charisma. He's more intimidating than charismatic, anyways. He has a very dry, witty sense of humor that comes off as dry and abrasive at times, and can surprise most people due to his stony demeanor.
Background Information: Xalam's life on New Namak was...rough, at best. He awoke from a scarred egg, in the ruins of one of the many settlements on the conquered and destroyed Planet Namek. The first few years of life was hard at best; in succession of the Meta Cooler's attack, multiple types of bandits and beasts prawled New Namek, eating whatever survivors they could. He remember trying to sneak around one such beast - a large tiger - only for it to notice him and attempt to eat him whole. He barely escaped, after hitting it on the snout with enough force to skid it backwards and crack the bones and cartilage there.
That's where he learned of his strength. He continued to travel through the ruins as a little Namek, self-learning from the books he salvage from different destroyed villages, while his combat ability was developed from self-defense against the beasts and bandits. Eventually, he found a barely-surviving outpost on New Namek, owned by one of the last few Warrior Clans. The Chief, noticing the five year old's torn, bleeding, and roughed-up body, instantly took him in, despite past events making him hesitant about taking in strangers. There, Xalam healed due to the safe, if not ruined environment. The Chief, seeing how the boy was so resilient, decided that there was some sort of fortune with him.
Although not one of the Dragon Clan, he could sense potential; and this boy had unimaginable potential. Xalam agreed instantly to the training, even though he was told that it would be extremely difficult...the man wasn't kidding. The entire outpost seemed to help out with training their new hope, seeing as it was extremely rare to see a Namek kid - especially one physically strong. However...good times have to end. At the age of 14, Xalam was training with a spar - holding his own against about half of the village's Namek, although it was half-because it was just a spar, and so no one really tried to kill each other...but cracked and broken bones were something of a norm. It was something reminiscent to fun...but it was also training, and so good enough. Years passed, and he trained, trained, and trained, joining different competitions and arenas to showcase his skill, and protecting his planet.
The invasion was swift and destructive.
It was a stealth attack, and although Xalam could barely sense it, he could do nothing to stop the droves of mercenaries, warriors, tamed beasts, and fiends that attacked their Outpost for the minor loot. His clan slaughtered, Xalam was vengeful and rage-filled, flying into combat.
He was a strong Namekian, and although he managed to kill fractions their force, it wasn't enough, as they also had different species speckled in, and all of them knew Ki attacks. Torn and bleeding, like he was, nine years ago, Xalam escaped on one of the Outpost's hidden pods, not used because the direction and planet it sent you was randomized. He only did this because...because he needed to grow stronger. He knew that the mercenaries and fiends would destroy New Namek, or at least make it uninhabitable. He did not want to see other countless lives destroyed
Wherever he landed, he would protect it with his life.
As he drifted off into a hibernating sleep, Shenron answered his inner thoughts.
Nova Beam: Xalam clenches his fist over his heart, swiftly building powerful Ki into his hand, directly from the energy source surrounding the beating organ, before pointing it at the target. Streamlined and focused purple Ki is blasted from the his palm, blasting through the air and impacting against the opponent at high-speeds, usually with enough force to puncture through. Once a few seconds passes, the beam explodes against whatever it is still impacting with. Although it's still in the works, through sheer training and development, the technique has the potential to grow incredibly powerful, with varying, and increasingly destructive and lethal effects. [Signature Attack]
Nova Barrage: Xalam blasts forward at a teleporting speed, his fist, glowing a mystical and powerful purple, slamming into the enemy, causing an explosion of pure power and force that heavily damages the enemy depending on the enemy's skill and physical prowess. He then teleports behind them, all of his limbs glowing the same purplish color, and attacks them in a barrage of blurring punches and kicks, the final hit exploding in a minor purple concussive blast, and blasting the enemy away, if they survive. [Signature Attack]
Nova Genesis: Xalam extends both of his arms to the side, gathering two large orbs of pure purple and black Ki in each hand. He then brings his hands together, forming a larger and larger ball of purple and black ki, before blasting it at the enemy. It takes a few seconds longer to charge, but the effects are powerful - a massive explosion of powerful purple and black Ki, that destroys everything it blasts against. The longer he charges it, the more powerful and destructive the attack is. Generally takes a lot of energy, but a sort of last-resort/finishing attack. [Ultimate Move]
Telekinesis: Xalam can control objects and even bodies with his mind, although this takes concentration, and can cause headaches - which is why he meditates a lot. The bigger the item/the more powerful the foe, the more mental energy it takes to move. He generally uses this in conjunction with combat, by yanking foes towards him, or blasting objects out of his path with a yank of the hand. It's not precise or powerful enough to use it solely in combat, meaning he can only use it to supplement his abilities. No users of telekinesis can solely use it for action, as the power itself simply isn't powerful and accurate enough.
I've only chosen three, as they are his three signatures, and more will be developed/revealed in the IC. However, depending on what I see in other characters, this decision can change, but I'll warn you beforehand if it does. Telekinesis is an ability I believe some Namekians have, with varying degrees of success. Like all beings with Ki, he can charge his Ki.

Personality: Vekon is not a typical sayian being that he was not raised to fight or kill without thinking. Instead when he finds himself in a situation that could be problematic he tries to think a few steps ahead of his opponent so he has a better chance of defeating them but it doesn't always work. When it comes to others he prefers to keep to himself until he knows them a bit better but he does try to be civil.
History: Vekon was not born on Planet Vegeta, rather he was born on a planet forgotten by time. Days before the Destruction of Planet Vegeta by Frieza, a squad of sayians was dispatched to a far away planet that took a very long time to reach. After nearly a year and a half of traveling the squad managed to reach the planet only to find out a short time later that they were completely outmatched by the inhabitants of the planet they were supposed to attack. Shortly after the first battle, the ships they used to arrive were destroyed and three of the five sayians who had attacked were killed leaving only Vekon's mother and father.
For three years the two sayians were forced to live in the wilderness and try to survive off what food they could find, knowing that if they went near any of the inhabited areas of the planet and were spotted they would be hunted down and killed without mercy. After four years of trying to survive, Vekon was born and grew up in the wilderness. When he was twelve years old, his parents were killed by the inhabitants of the planet after they tried to steal equipment from the wreckage of their ships that would have allowed them to contact Planet Vegeta for help. Vekon was forced to hide in the caves in the wilderness for nearly two months. He spent nearly all of his life training to try and increase his strength so that he could fight his way into the city and try and steal enough parts of the ships so he could repair them and escape.
Appearance: Sinthe stands at the height of six feet and weighs around 250 pounds, he has long raven colored hair on his head that stops just past his shoulders, Sinthe has two bright blue eyes that sometimes glow, he has light brown skin, he has a small nose on his face and no facial hair on his chin or jawline. Sinthe has a mesomorph build looking like he's at his physical peak with his muscles and strength.
Sinthe wears what he considers to be simple clothing, he wears a black sleeveless martial arts gi uniform with bright white bandages wrapped around his forearms, knuckles and fingers, on his feet he wears simple boots to protect his feet from debris that could be sticking out of the ground, wrapped around his neck he wears a simple white scarf that some times covers his mouth.
Moves: -Traveler's spear: Sinthe throws a beam of energy in the shape of spear. -Destruction blast: Sinthe fires a large amount of ki into a front blast with both hands. -Rain of destruction: Sinthe fires several ki blast into the sky and makes it rain with smaller ki shots. -Destruction combo: Sinthe unleashes a barrage of kicks and punches at high speed and ends with a powerful blast.
Personality: Sinthe can be a quiet guy who only speaks when he feels obligated to, he's the type of person to call another out on their faults and admit to his own without being a hypocrite, unlike many others he feels weapons are useless and his hands and feet are the most suitable weapons he should use in a fight, he's very opened minded towards others, but when it comes to people who act prideful, he instantly loses all respect for the person with the prideful personality.
Sinthe isn't the type of person to talk about himself too much, and doesn't like too, he's apart of a secrete group that taught him how to be a strong combatant, and doesn't talk about the secrete group at all. Sinthe's fighting style is mostly a mix of Ki attacks and melee attacks, but it's mostly melee attacks, and when he's not in a fight he's not too bad when it comes to directing others in a fight, giving orders and warnings to the person he's helping.
History: Sinthe was born apart of a group that worships The Lord of destruction, Beerus, he was born on a full moon and on the date Lord Beerus arrived on earth for the second time, the group believed that he absorbed some of the god's energy when Beerus arrived at their dojo. After being birthed, Sinthe was forced into an intense training regime with almost no breaks, before he reached age nine the training nearly broke him down but Sinthe put up with the training and soon adjusted to it.
When he reached age fifteen he was stronger than most of the professional students in the dojo and strongest within the entire group, when Sinthe realized this he began to journey away from the group and the dojo to search for Lord Beerus for better training without telling anyone about it, and during his travels he beat several people weaker than him using his martial arts alone, but most of the people he defeated were ones without Ki attacks or proper martial arts. When Sinthe finally thought he found a lead, he oddly was transported to another place or world all together with a giant green dragon, and the rest is just history.
Well, I mean, in Xenoverse, you learned their signature techniques if you were their apprentice, so, from an RP standpoint, it wouldn't make any sense.
@Lofi Could I create a Majin who is--like most of his race--goofy and fun-loving however has the ability to transform into a pure majin? I plan that he wouldn't use that form unless it was a serious last resort. Like for example, the entire party have fallen incapacitated at the hands of the two mysterious time travelers and they are about to finish off the party once and for all. It would be at this moment when he weakly stands and transforms into his pure majin form. Once he is in this form, he is granted unbelievable power, however... he can never revert back to his original state and his original personality is gone permanently. Thus he would become a monster and a threat much like Kid Buu was. (not as powerful of course, but strong enough to be considered a problem) And he'd run off wildly feasting for destruction. (Which at this point he'd have to be killed off by the party.)
The Majin is extremely against ever having to use this form--but if it means saving his friend's lives, he will do what he must.
If he's too overpowered or is just too plot heavy, then I can just make a simpler character. :)

Magic is a yes, but I'm a bit weary about the Yardrat character, for the reasons you stated. I'd prefer that you not make that character. I feel it is indeed a bit too OP.

So this is based on Xenoverse? Sweet. Name: Dimitri Silvera a.k.a Android thirty seven. Gender: Male Age: Twenty four Race: Android Appearance: Dimitri stands at approximately 6'2" in height and weighs two hundred twelve pounds. He is of bi-racial descent (or at least he was prior to his modification) and is a mixture between African and Latin american. His physique has not changed much from his human life, save for a slight increase in his musculature for the sake of intimidation, overall he's best described as "bear mode fit". Dimitri's skin is a light shade of brown and his face is slightly round with a relatively small nose and moderately high cheekbones. There isn't any facial hair to be found save for his goatee, and his black hair is cut in the standard high and tight fashion. His most striking feature would be his eyes, which are ice blue, and a pair of ki draining nodes on his palms, as is the standard of the later models of Red Ribbon Army androids (although his are malfunctioning and cannot hold onto any energy he drains for more than three minutes). Clothing consists of a red beret with the red ribbon insignia, a dark grey military jacket, dog tags, a black tank top, grey cargo pants, and a black pair of jackboots. Moves: -Monstrous barrage: Dimitri tackles his opponent to the ground and straddles them. He then proceeds to unleash a barrage of punches to the victim's face, ending the assault with a point blank ki blast -Indian giver: Dimitri latches onto and drains energy from his opponent before unleashing it back onto the target along with some of his own energy. -Peek-a-boo: Dimitri grapples his opponent and throws them into the air before blasting them with optic beams -Minefield assault (requires a solid surface): Dimitri places his palm to the ground and unleashes a dozen ki blasts into it. The ki blasts are guided towards the general direction of the opponent, however outside of this Dimitri cannot control when and where they will ultimately pop up. Personality: The red ribbon army has surprisingly allowed Dimitri to keep his ability to feel emotions which allows him to be slightly more adaptable than some of the earlier android models (barring androids 17 & 18), though his more positive emotions are somewhat stunted due to a lack of interaction with anything that isn't a soldier of some sort. Due to his programing Dimitri believes that the Red Ribbon Army is completely justified in their actions, thinking that the world requires order that only they can provide. This programming occasionally comes into conflict with what remains of his humanity which has rooted itself in his subconscious as a result of him being allowed emotions. This internal conflict is a source of frustration for Dimitri as he does not know how to put an end to it. Without the Red Ribbon Army constantly watching him, Dimitri's old personality may begin to exhibit the more mellow and brotherly temperament he used to display as a human. Or he might be driven insane by the internal conflict. It could go either way.
History: Dimitri hails from a universe in which the Red Ribbon Army was successful in seizing full control of the globe. In this universe the RRA was not completely destroyed by the efforts of Son Goku and was able to regain enough of its resources to build a new facility and continue their plans. A startling differences between this universe and the main one is that son goku and his friends where all defeated by the hand of Piccolo Jr., and as a result, androids 17 and 18 where designed and created much earlier to kill him instead so as to remove any threat to the RRA's seizure of the world. Time went on and later models where built, some being further modified as a result of the arrival of Raditz to earth.
This is where Dimitri comes in. After the arrival and swift disposal of the low rank saiyan warrior, he was designed as part of the "model 30 line" to protect the earth from increasingly powerful threats such as the saiyan elites Vegeta and Nappa whom had come to earth after the disappearance of Raditz rather than to search for the dragon balls (Dimitri did not personally engage these two, rather it was an earlier model 30). When androids 17 and 18 proved to be too unruly to be useful assets he was dispatched alongside another of his model line to track and dispatch the pair after they defected. He was making relatively decent headway with his hunt when he was transported to the time nest. Needless to say Dimitri was not pleased, and considering his history with androids, neither was Trunks.
Appearance: Gula is a tall muscular teenager. He stands at five foot six, and weighs approximately a hundred and forty five pounds. Gula's skin is tan from being outside in the sun daily, leaving it very dark in color. He has silver colored spiky hair, that sticks up in several directions. Each spike of his silvery locks, ends with them pointing straight upwards aside from one grouping of his hair, which curves downwards to his right side. He has a near permanent scowl, only breaking it to smile. His eyebrows, rarely move unless he is completely taken by surprise. His eyes are black in color, and almond shaped. They slant upwards at the outer sides. Gula does not have a tail, like most Saiyans.
Gula usually wears a black Gi, with the japanese character for silver upon the right pectoral area, 銀. He wears silver under clothing. The top of his Gi, is designed to look like a sleeveless tunic, with his silver undershirt sticking out from the armholes, and neck hole. It's longer at the bottom than the top by a couple inches. The pants of his Gi, are very loose, making them look extremely poofy. Upon his feet, he wears silver boots with silver armbands on his wrists. He has small silver loop earrings pierced in his ears.
History: Gula was born upon planet Vegeta, to a low class saiyan and a human he brought to Vegeta a couple years before. He had a higher end average power level, which was perfect for what the higher ups upon the planet wanted to do with Gula. They ordered his tail permanently removed via surgery, and healed the hole over with a healing chamber so it wouldn't regrow. Gula got assigned a mission, a special mission to infiltrate Earth’s defenses and cause as much destruction as he could muster, just encase they needed Earth weak for a invasion.
Utilizing a state of the art space pod with state of the art stealth technology, the Saiyan Elite sent Gula off to Earth. Due to him being tailless he would not be able to use a Oozaru form, and would blend in pretty well on Earth aside from being stronger than a human normally would be. Known to the Saiyans who programmed the pod, Gula would land inside one of the forests of the Eastern Lands, somewhere where the pod would not be found and Gula be outed as a Saiyan.
Gula would grow up within the forest he landed in, always moving around, never staying in one place for longer than a day due to the inhabitants of the forest. Gula learned to be quick on his feet, and survived for five years in the hostile environment that was the forest. Dinosaurs, carnivorous plants, and other things inhabited the forest where Gula grew from a baby, to a toddler to a child. He was always a step ahead of the inhabitants, and slowly grew stronger as a result.
A couple months after Gula’s fifth birthday he found the edge of the vast forest for the first time in his short life span of five years. He wandered outside the protective forest that was his home for most of his first five years of life. Gula was curious about what laid in store for him outside the forest. He learned a lot from his pod, including his mission during the five years. He would fulfill the mission even if it cost him his life. He learned how to speak both the Saiyan and Earth languages from the pod, as well as basic reading skills, and basic math skills.
Gula, saw the vast blue sky of Earth for the first time when he stepped outside of his forest home for the first time. He wandered the Eastern Lands for a week, forgetting where his home was. He was quite simply lost due to his curiosity, so he continued to wander the Eastern Lands until a man named Ken Himura found the young lad on one of his training trips around the world. Ken was a older gentleman at the time that he found Gula, and adopted him. Due to Gula not knowing his own name, Ken gave Gula a new name. His name would forever be known as Neo Himura.
Upon Gula’s, now Neo’s, adoption Ken started to train Gula in the martial arts. The half saiyan took to the martial arts like a fish to water, learning them swiftly. Gula and Ken arrived at Ken’s house in Satan City, after a half year of travel, they arrived on the eve of Gula’s sixth birthday. The day after they arrived, Gula got his first ever birthday party, but due to him not having any friends, it was a quiet affair between father and son, which was preferred over having a large gathering for Gula.
Over the next year, Ken taught Gula the martial arts as well as some basic skills like games and having fun due to the young child was too serious for a child. Over the next year, Gula would slowly change from the serious child that he was to a fun loving person. Gula was a bright child, extremely bubbly when he was torn out of his shell. He still remembered his mission, and would still complete it, but who's to say he could not enjoy performing the mission.
Gula would soon start school, and learn about Earth, and other worlds, as well as more advanced skills. He was an attentive student, always having a nose in a book. Gula did not pick a fight with anyone due to his father stating that martial arts were meant to be used to protect people, causing a conflict within the young man. To perform his mission, or become a protector of the weak.
Soon, Gula did decide what to do. It was a month after his tenth birthday that he chose to continue with the mission he was assigned by the Saiyan Elite of his people. The event that would lead to Gula deciding on continuing on with the mission that he was assigned, was a bank robbery gone wrong. Most of the hostages were slain. He watched, as no one helped the hostages until it was too late. The police stormed the bank late, costing the humans their lives.
Gula decided then that he would cleanse the human race, and do as much damage as he could. He would weaken them as much as he could, and not look back. He would become a warrior hellbent on destroying the human race once and for all. Gula headed home from watching the scene, and put his all into his training and school work. He would not start his mission until he was strong enough, so strong that no one could stop the mission.
Gula would continue to train and go to school for the next five years of his life, slowly growing stronger and smarter. He slowly grew colder to everyone aside from his father, who he loved more than anything. Ken was and still is Gula’s best friend and Gula couldn't live without Ken in his life, even though Gula turned his back on Ken’s teachings without his knowledge. Gula was still a kindhearted child in Ken’s eyes. The master could not see the evil within his son’s heart, or was unwilling to even believe it.
Gula, would begin his mission soon. It was his fifteenth birthday a mere month before he opened his eyes to the morning. He decided that today was the day that he’d begin, and packed a backpack with some necessities, like extra clothing and nonperishable food. He left the house where he partially grew up, and traveled north towards a sparsely populated area, to begin the cleansing of the human race.

[N1] Silver Grenade: Gula, places his fingers together at chest height and forms a silver mass of Ki. He than pushes his hands forward launching the mass of Ki at his opponent. When it connects with his opponent, it explodes.
[N1] Silver Wave: Gula, places his hands out in front of him, with his thumbs touching and fingers spread. Two small spheres of silver Ki forms right in front of his palms, before growing larger and forming one larger sphere of Ki. Gula than launches a Ki Wave formed from the sphere of Ki.
Multi - Death Ball : This attack happens when the user uses both index fingers on both hands similar to the move but a golden colour, this is his Signature move and he will uses the this move at almost any opportunity, the only downfall is that it takes as long as the Spirit Bomb takes and often leaves him open(can only be used base form)
Kaio-Ken:
As a result of the Kaio-ken, the user's base power level, strength, speed, and senses greatly increase for an instant. The only change produced by the basic Kaio-ken to be quantified in the series is that it doubles the user's power level. Gula demonstrates the ability to heighten the effect of the Kaio-ken to increasingly higher multiplications. There is an inconsistency in that Kaio-ken and Kaio-ken x2 appear to have the same effect, despite Gula considering the latter to be the more powerful buffer. Despite this, Kaio-ken x3 and above all consistently multiply the user's power level by the respective multipliers. When the user's battle power is 8,000, their limit is x2, and when they are at 3 million the limit is x10. However, since real battles are harsh, Gula often had to use Kaio-ken above those limits.
Spirit Bomb: Users of the Spirit Bomb gatherhuge amounts of energy from all chosen surrounding life forms and inanimate objects to conduct that energy into a massive sphere of astounding destructive power. Energy takes the visual form of sparkling, glittering wisps when adding to the mass that are usually blue and/or white in color. The creation of the attack promotes a calm breeze away from the bomb, which turns into a strong continuous gale and expels colorful bands or radiation of Northern Lights-esque aurora. The Spirit Bomb is quite swift when used and, if the user is not careful, it can absolutely obliterate a planet.

Great Ape Form( 14,200,000 power level)
The Great Ape is one of the most common transformations seen used by pure Saiyans. This form is only accessible if the Saiyan has a tail. While in the form of a Great Ape, if the tail is cut off, the Saiyan returns to his/her normal state. This transformation is triggered by when Blutz Waves are transferred to the Saiyan. The most common supply of Blutz Waves are given from a Full Moon. If there is no moon available, a Saiyan may use a Power Ball. The Power Ball emits Blutz Waves used to activate the transformation. Once transformed, the Great Ape's power and strength is increased tenfold from the base form. If just started with this transformation, the Great Ape may go into rampage.
Super Saiyan Form (Power Level 230,000,000) A Super Saiyan is a Legendary Transformation of legend in the Saiyan race. Only a select few of the Saiyans have been able to achieve this rare form. In legend, a Super Saiyan is a warrior pure of heart and awakened by fury. The first Saiyan in centuries to achieve this form was Goku, after seeing Krillin's death at the hands of Frieza. In this transformation, the hair raises and turns a golden color. Legendary Super Saiyan, a level of Super Saiyan which magnifies its user's strength capacity, without drawbacks.
Super Saiyan Two Form( Power Level 880,000,000)
A Super Saiyan 2 is a full transformation beyond the regular Super Saiyan. The first Super Saiyan 2 was born in the Cell Games. After seeing his friends being brought to near death by the Cell Juniors, Gohan went into a rage, causing his transformation to Super Saiyan 2. Gohan easily overpowered Cell after the transformation, as well as killing all of the Cell Junior with Quiet Rage, and eventually killing Cell with the Father-Son Kamehameha. A few Saiyans achieved the form after Gohan, such as Goku and Vegeta.
Super Saiyan 3 ( Power Level 18,000,000,000)
The Super Saiyan 3 is the transformation that follows the Super Saiyan 2 form. The first Saiyan to achieve this form was Goku. He discovered this form while doing training in Other World. He first presented this form in his first confrontation withMajin Buu. The only other Saiyan to achieve this form, was the fusion, Gotenks. There are no records of any other Saiyan achieving the Super Saiyan 3 transformation. Broly's form is sometimes referred to as Legendary Super Saiyan 3.
Super Saiyan 4 (Power level 29,000,000,000)
The only way a Saiyan can attain Super Saiyan 4 is if he is already a Super Saiyan, can transform into a Golden Great Ape and regain conscious control over the form. This transformation is the ultimate combination of both the humanoid Super Saiyan and the Great Ape. After this form is attained once, it can be accessed at any point.
In order for this rp to be, well equal, I would say you would need to be a little more weaker, he can work to being stronger, but having that type of powerlevel in start seems oped, if not then I'm making a major change to my character, but on a real note, being this strong before you get wished is very oped.
