Hmm, yeah I guess you're right. I may not end up doing it then, because on reflection again I kind of want to tone down Cloak of Starlight. I'll do those next level up as well to make it easier for myself and also because I finally have a plan for what kind of mage I want Arkadian to be, so hopefully I can fix him well enough so that you won't have to worry

If you want to meet Chiyo, speaking with Eris first is your character's best bet. Considering that Eris is highly stalkable and likely the only one outside of Yoshino (who's at the same room as Eris) who knows where Chiyo lives.

It's well known to anyone IC that Eris is the Ivory Masks' second-in-command for a long time.

Either that, or you unearth Stark Zealot from the unmarked grave where @TheWindel buried him.
