It does? No, it's just that S-SSS Class missions are usually reserved for Chasers who are super experienced. Even then, taking on an SSS Mission is akin to suicide if one goes alone.

I don't remember that, maybe there's some misinterpretation involved. Anyway, anyone can take on them, but just like Windel said, it's like asking to have your butt kicked, though the rewards are usually worth it.
