Known for: He is good with his tounge and mind, making him a fearful opponent in arguments. He helped the lord of Halsen many times, in exchange chunks of land, making him a big lanlord.

Name of the Province: Halsen

Name of your liege: Lord Robert of the Wolf House

Position: Halsen Valley, an enormous open grasslands, bordered with thick forests, lies near the heart of the empire. It is to Southwest of the Capital province, and takes up most of the land until the Moor, marking the last province and border.The capital, Halsenberg lies in the middle of the valley, overlooking anything happening in the area.

Speciality: Halsen people are of a simple mind, but determined. Whether it is the farmers, or the craftsmen that live in Halsen, they all do their jobs to the best. Stubborn to do only what they see the fit, they are mostly perfectionists.

History: A fertile grassland in the valley of Halsen, it's hostory goes back to the beginning of the times. Many of the first people to live in these lands settled here, finding an abundance of food and wood. After time, mayn more came and soon the Valley became populated by thousands of souls. Smaller settlements traded with each other, until almost every settlement became allies. Around these times people from the Savage lands took people from Halsen as war slaves. After years of chaos, Halsen deided to join the Empire in order to bring end to the madness. Soon the Empire rid Halsen of the savages. There was peace once again. Time passed and the settlements became towns. These towns had more and more people who did jobs to supply farmers. But unstatisfied with the conditions, they made the Master's guild. They united all the towns, and began the construction of Hallsenberg. This city is now the capital of the Halsen province. A massive, hulking city, which is only outmatched by the Capital. Giant golden wheatfields all around, and the best Craftsman housed inside, it supplies most of the food and leather products for the kingdom. But some are unstatisfied with the conditions, and those with great minds often leave to the Pale Moors in seek of knowledge. This makes a constant conflict between the two regions, and past events make it even worse.

My character thusfar. The history of the Pale Moors will be fleshed out more as time goes by. Basically, these are people meant to invent things above anything else, so though they will have interesting farms (terraced, growing many kinds of plants) but they will not be able to supply a large amount of food to the rest of Emperiat. Instead, they are meant to have things (plants, inventions, weapons, spices, books, etc.) other people may not have in small quantities. And probably very expensive, at that.

Elayne has the intellect of a Scholar, but the charisma of a politician. She was never one for fighting, and instead uses her wit to smooth her way. If it comes to fighting, however, she isn't to be taken lightly. Though she lacks in raw power, her strategies can get her out of the trickiest situations.

Position:

The Pale Moors, as many people call the province, lay on the southwestern border of Emperiat. The capital of this province, Paelsomr, is nestled just on the Great Rift, a monstrous valley that connects Emperiat and the Savage Lands.

Specialty:

Though they boast a commendable force of warriors, they by no means hold an army – instead, their specialties are in their ability to grow many different types of crops due to the climate of the Pale Moors, and in their well-learned scholars and libraries. They use strategy over force, and apply their knowledge to tilling the lands, and to making grand new inventions.

History:

The Pale Moors is a realm of odd, eclectic design. The majority of the land is filled with moors and terraced farms, while giant, sun-bleached mountains jut steeply out of the green landscape, dividing the border of Emperiat and the Savage Lands. Through out the history of the Pale Moors it has been tradition to sculpt these Pale Giants, as they call the mountains, in the likeness of the Grand Kings of Emperiat. In this way the people of the Pale Moors display their fealty to the crown.

The beginnings of this province differ in many historian's books, but one thing seems to hold true throughout: The people who reside here once belonged to the fierce Savage Lands, but they swore allegiance to Emperiat after losing a war. What happened after has been a debate for centuries. Some say that they had rebellions within their people, and those who defied the will of Emperiat were thrown back into the Savage Lands, and that is how their eternal struggle came forth. Others believe that only a select caste were allowed to become part of Emperiat, and the lower caste were left to fend for themselves in the Savage Lands.

Whatever the case may be, the people of the Pale Moors have been at constant war with those who reside in the Savage Lands. In recent years, the attacks from their vigilant foe have been getting increasingly more volatile and insistent.

@Aphelion Sounds like a great plan. Your idea was something I had as a backup, in case someone took the industrial region. In any cases it seems that both ambassadors have similar attributes. A history with shared roots could be interesting. PM me if you have any ideas :D

Owww. That reminds me too. School is creeping closer and closer as I write this, and I can already feel the black slimy tentacles touching my legs, trying to pull me into the darkness. I might have less posts, but I will update as soon as I can. You may see my posts being horrible on the grammar, that will be cause I will write from my phone most of the time. Just wanted to let you know. Also @Flynn how will the system work out? WIll we PM you, as the king, and after a few days a turn passes, and after all the PMs you heard will you pass a law or such? Or will everything go IC (expect a few things of course), such like a Council metting, and things will happen according that?
