The little pink elephant finally decided to tap the girl on the shoulder then trumpeted in a low voice so it wouldn't scare the girl.

The tiny chick chirped and hopped to the girl. It looked up at the girl while it flapped it's downy feathers and chirped.

Rosewoode smiled at the Raicho and held out her hand with a few bits of fruit on it.
"You are certainly a curious bird, Raicho. Did you want to sleep in here with me? I don't mind at all. I wish that I knew your name. Here are some bits of fruit...."

The Raicho hopped over to her and ate a few bits of fruit from her hand.

Ayaka
Ayaka laughed as the chick was chirping and flapping its wings at her. She bent down to pick it up. "Would you like to come with me?" She couldn't wait to see what would happen next. "You ready to go Rikami?" The question was greeted by a bark which told her that he was.

The trail was very scenic and would end at a waterfall where one could sleep behind a water fall if she would choose to do so. No adventures here unless you count sleeping behind the waterfall.


Mystique woke up bright and early. She ate a couple granola bars with some water. She gathered up everything and crawled out of the tree before standing up. The morning was bright and sunny. Ember was quite willing to sit on Mystique's shoulder.
"Would you like to come along as well, Raicho?" Mystique asked as she was ready to start out.

Whatever the elephant's intention was, it still scared Elizabeth. When she heard its trumpeting chills ran down her spine.

"Wah!" Elizabeth said. "What are you doing? Get off! Get off!"

Elizabeth tried to brush the little pink elephant off of her shoulder.

The Raicho chirped happily and flew and little circles above her head while waiting for her to set off. Ahead, there will be another bridge like the ones she crossed the lake on, but Mystique shouldn't have a problem crossing the river, if she chose to.

Ayaka
Ayaka continued down the path. A baby bird in her arms and Rikami walking at her side. The frost wolf didn't seem bothered by the little chick at all. In fact, he seemed quite interested in it. She looked at her surroundings as she walked. So far this test seemed to have an exploring aspect to it. Sure, there are plenty of times where she had to make a choose, but then again wouldn't it be that way if this weren't a test? Ayaka came upon what looked to be a waterfall. "Wonder if there's anything behind it." She walked up to it and stopped at the edge of the pond and thought about if she wanted to look behind the waterfall or not.

The little pink elephant looked dejected and sobbed as it followed meekly behind the girl.

As Ayaka looked behind the waterfall she could see glittery rocks that were loose. If she had wanted to she could pick up a lot of loose glittery rocks. There was a ledge just behind the statue where she could sit.


Mystique paused at the edge of the lake for a few minutes and watch the Raicho fly about. She was glad that it followed her but Ember grumbled for he was worried about a storm brewing up. Soon Mystique walked away from the lake and headed towards the east. It was scenic and she was relaxed.

Elizabeth stopped walking forward. She looked back the little purple elephant.

"What...are you?" Elizabeth said. "Well, I'd prefer not to see such despondence. You seem not to be unable to speak, unlike every other single thing here. Whatever you are, you can do as you like."

The pink elephant laid it's trunk on her head
*Momma?* it spoke to her. It was obviously looking for its mother and had to touch to converse.

Ayaka decided to walk over and peak behind the waterfall and saw the glittering rocks. "Well that's pretty." It looked as if there was nothing else there, but you never really know. Ayaka opted on sitting on the edge of the pond and just admiring the glittering rocks for awhile. Even though the looked loose enough to pick up, she decided it wasn't a good idea. While sitting there, Ayaka pet the top of Rikami's head. "What do you think? Stay here a bit longer and look at the pretty rocks or just continue on right now?"

A soft ding could be hard from the Exam PLTs. If she was to open it Ayaka would find a message that said

Your time is half gone.

And a map would appear:

Mystique was enjoying her walk but she was wondering if anything was going to happen. Not much has happened but maybe she took the easy walk. Towards the end of the day, she could see the river once more.

The raicho became excited to be following someone around it liked. A storm started brewing because of the excited bird. It decided to pick at some of the berries that were alongside the nearby pond. Mystique could probably hear hissing nearby because a cat with a light brown coat had spotted her. If she happened to see it, she would see that it was wet from swimming in the river because it had been looking for food and that there was a dead fish laying next to it. The cat thought she was there to try and take the fish it caught for herself.

Ayaka
Ayaka looked at the exam PLT. She saw the message and decided that she should probably move on. It wouldn't do her any good sitting here by the waterfall for the rest of the test. She got up and followed the path until she had a choice of three different directions. One path looked as if it would lead her on the mountain the waterfall was coming where the other two path led her elsewhere. Deciding upon getting away from the pretty waterfall so as not to get too distracted, Ayaka went straight. She looked at all the berries she could see from the pathway. "Sure wish there were some way to figure out if those berries were safe to eat..."

There was a rumbling in the bushes of some bushes nearby where there were dark blue berries could be scene. Soon the rumbling became louder for out of the bushes came a rather large Raicho with dark blue stains on its beak. Anyone could see that it enjoyed the berries immensely. In fact the Raicho was waddling along the path in a comical way until it came to another bush with the same kind of berries on it. It quickly ducked inside and the thunder was much less.

Far away was a very loud roar of a creature as it sat on a rock.


Mystique was beginning to enjoy the Raicho following her in spite of thunder. She spotted a slim looking cat by the pond. It looked like it had fallen into the pond in order to get the prized fish. Ember was quite curious and he jumped down from Mystique's shoulder. He did a lazy stretch towards the wet cat.

Mystique found a spot where she could watch the interaction between the two cats.

The cat saw Ember making his way toward it. It stepped in front of its fish growling and watching Ember.

Ayaka
Ayaka heard the rumbling and was about to just move on when she saw a rather large bird, which she recognized to be a Raicho. It's beak was clearly blue. "Well someone sure was enjoying the berries." She watched as the bird waddled along to the next berry bush and laughed. "Silly bird. You must really love those berries." While Rikami went to sniff the bush the Raicho just went into, Ayaka looked at the baby bird in her arms. "Are you hungry too?"

That's when Ayaka heard the loud roar. It nearly made her jump. Looking in the distance, she said, "Wonder what sort of creature that was.."

Elizabeth was observant enough that the little pink elephant was looking for its mother. How irresponsible it must have been for the mother to allow its own child to get lose. It was very possible that this was all part of the test, but to Elizabeth it didn't really matter. Elizabeth thought to herself that she had not gotten to be as great of a person as she was without doing the right thing.

"Well, pink elephant," Elizabeth said. "Show me the path to your mother. Where was the last place you had seen her? Or do you not even have a clue?"

Ember walked towards the cat until he was about 2 feet away then sat down to wash himself, ignoring it completely. Mystique simply watched with interest.

All was silent and the blue beaked Raicho settled down for the night. The sun was setting low in the sky. A wey fir was close by the road as was more berry bushes.

@ZB1996 The pink elephant simply nudged Elizabeth's hand as if it wanted to be petted. It did not know where its mother was for the last thing that it remembered was loud noises then nothing.

Seeing Ember just sitting down and bathing himself, the cat calmed down. It soon decided to drag the fish it caught toward Ember as if it wanted to see if Ember wanted share its fish.

Ayaka
Ayaka saw that the sun was setting. "Come on Rikami, let's keep going." Knowing the frost wolf won't be far behind, she went into the nearby wey fir to settle down for the night.

The tiny bird chirped a bit for it was hungry once more. The night was quiet and calm.

Mystique smiled as Ember purred and rubbed its head against the cat. He then came over to Mystique and pawed at the back pack. Mystique took out a package of Nibbles an opened it then laid it on the ground. Ember took the package and pulled it to the cat as if he wanted to share his food with it. Mystique rolled out her sleeping bag and crawled inside.

As the pink elephant nudged against her hand, Elizabeth pet it nonchalantly.

"You don't know?" Elizabeth said. "Or you don't understand? Even if she did not walk a path, even if she just vanished, show me where it was you last saw her."
