Appearance:
Personality:
Le Comte is a fickle individual of many interests that never keeps to a single task for too long. In life she was known as a charmer that wormed her way into the courts of various European countries during her stay in the mortal world and as a Heroic Spirit she hasn't lost any of her way with the words. But, above all else, Le Comte is a person that -when committed to a cause- will do everything within her power to see things through the end, no matter if it's love, war, or the search of the truth of this world.
History:
The story behind the individual known only by the moniker of Le Comte de Saint Germain is shrouded in mystery and secrecy.
The most common version tells that Le Comte is an immortal alchemist that learned the secrets of High Thaumaturgy from the Wandering Jew and became an unparalleled master of the Arts, successfully reaching the Root of Knowledge and removing herself from the world, thereby, becoming an immortal.
From there on, Le Comte traveled the world and mingled with nobles and important figures around Europe, all the while using her natural charm and charisma to convince people that she was a man. She has played important roles in many events through history from the French Revolution to the founding of the Mages Association. Eventually however, Le Comte's wanderings lead her away from the world and it's said that she went on to roam even more exotic places.

-
Purple Flame,
The Karma Burning Light of Purity:
* Rank: B
* Type: Anti-Unit (Personal)
* Range: -
* Maximum number of Targets: 1 (Self)
* Prana Cost[1]: Low
A conceptual weapon that embodies mystery of one who has successfully overcome the chains of Fate and Karma. It's a Noble Phantasm that allows for alteration of cause and effect, negating undesirable events that affected the user. The effect is automatic against effects of a rank equal to, or lower than that of the Noble Phantasm, and it has a chance of working against higher rank effects too, though this requires a successful Luck check against the other party.
[1]: This is a measure of how much Prana an effect consumes upon its activation. In other words, how many times it can be activated before exhausting the user's reserves. For this RP's purposes, it measures the frequency with which a Servant can activate their Noble Phantasms or a Magus can use an spell. It goes by the following order:
- None: Doesn't require an activation in order to be used. Generally passive.
- Low: Requires a small amount of Prana to be used. Can be used more than once per fight as long as it's a reasonable amount.
- Medium: Requires a moderate amount of Prana to be used. Can be used once per fight.
- High: Requires a large amount of Prana to be used. Can be used once per day.
- Extreme: Requires a huge amount of Prana to be used. Can be used once over the course of the whole RP.
