A thought: since Volkimir spent his early years as an adventurer (read: graverobber) extraordinaire, any of his "legendary artifacts" are actually the legendary artifacts of champions that preceded him.

I imagine that the Saint that created Elbrus wasn't resurrected because his literal ghost is haunting some abbey somewhere.

@Dead Cruiser That could actually be quite an interesting device. You could actually create other NPC legends that have been revived and hunt them for their relics!

-About six people were ripped apart by aforementioned dragon.

-A woman has been arrested, asked a lot about food, and then ran away.
-A nasty enemy has been decapitated with a shield.
-An ancient monastery has been explored, and an ancient treasure has been found within.
-A woman was punched so hard in the face that her tavern disappeared.
-The King has already made a personal meeting request.
