Also, I think I'm going to keep Saber silent. He's there. He will pop up every once in a while. But for this RP he's going to be an almighty janitor. Quiet, out of the way, not really special or noticeable. And yet knows just about everything that's going on.

@savato sensible nothing. Cyano did make a radical decision yes, but even sensible decisions are thought out. Speaking of which, I need to make an outward NPC post.

Looking at it as an outside observer, Cyanos body is empty and vulnerable, and nova has planet wide psionic sensing. Therefore he could sense the link between Cyano and Escher, and also sense that Cyano has no hostility towards him unless he has hostility towards her. Depending on how good it is, he could possibly be able to tell that Cyanos side is literally the only side that, while not with him, is also not against him in any capacity.

And then the matter of ruiko. Suffice to say, she's not strong enough to take on Escher. Even if she was, why would she help a random alien that came up and said "hey, I'll let you kill your ex best friend if you come with me. Here, try not to die from these giant ape like aliens"

Why would the God Emperor suddenly side with some nutjob attacking someone he could likely tell is on the alien's side? Why would he 'shoot the messenger', since that's essentially what the Ethereal is, because some psycho bitch is in a bad mood? Unless you thought I mean Nova would side with Ethereal, which would also be silly.

By Ruiko's sass I meant she'd kick the Ethereal's ass along with Cyano out of sass. You know, because it kind of acted like a pompous asswipe when 'evaluating' her potential? But then again, she also seems to be a bit scared of its powers. That and it knows where Misaka is. I don't think she'll side with it though, because of what I just stated.

The 2 vs 1 thing is Biollante evidently siding with the Ethereal due to her current loyalty.

Apocalypse seems busy but everything is possible with that asshole.

Edit: Yeah, some. Nothing of consequence. I don't think they'd give her something where she could plant a worm or something.

Nova wouldn't side with her, he has no reason to. But it would also make no sense for him to just jump in and splat Cyano if he knows that she's not hostile to him.

Of course that's my if. It's an If that he could sense Cyanos plans. It's an If that he wouldnt jump into save the ethereal. Though I will say it's unlikely he would save the ethereal, considering the ethereal tried to keep nova from regenerating.

I don't know about Biollante, I haven't seen much of her power. But I assure you. Cyano isn't the only thing to worry about.

Also, love the terminology. I designed Cyano three years ago, and that term was basically what I started with. She has evolved past that and is an interesting character, but that was the base personality I used.

Personally, I myself would have stuck with the ethereal longer. But I'm not Cyano. Well, technically I am. But I try not to let my personal reservations affect my characters.

You do know this whole if thing was directed at the possibility of Cyano having backup, right? I never assumed anyone other than Ethereal and Biollante would face off against her. I think you slightly misunderstood and I was mostly unclear.

The only thing Nova may do is stop the fight to resume the discussion.

It terms of PC's fighting, it's still 1 vs 2. Plus alien has a gargantuan supply of convenient meat shields.

So what else must it fear?

Edit: Thing is if Ethereal owns her, it won't execute her for betrayal, probably just tell her to shut the fuck up and resume her assigned job. It'll shrug it off as a display of her human inferiority in terms of thought process as well as an impromptu demonstration of her capabilities.

Aha. Well that's lucky for Cyano. If plant lady is synonymous with flammable, then Eschers back up light cannon thing will basically one shot her.
