In their realms, several "People" live lives that are "normal" in their frame of knowledge. One day, these people are given a mysterious ability countless other beings have been given, the ability to "Planeswalk". The reasoning is unknown, but for some reason they have been given this power.
What is a Planeswalker?
A Planeswalker is somebody who has the ability to traverse time and hop dimensions to other "Planes". Planes contain every possible reality and timeline. A Planeswalker has usually endured some hard ordeal in order to gain their powers. When somebody becomes a Planeswalker, every version of them becomes a Planeswalker too. Planeswalkers can summon creatures from other realms to fight for them using mana.

Ooo! This looks fun! What restrictions do you have on race and library? Are we using actual card abilities and whatnot?
Library must be either legal in modern or custom and approved by me. Abilities can be completely custom and can also be stolen off another Planeswalker. Race is any existing MTG creature type.
I could potentially be interested in this, depending on some things. In particular, the kind of decks of which you might disapprove, and the opening of the plot; where the player-characters might happen across one another.
Edit: Noticed something. Unless you're thinking pre-Mending, Planeswalkers don't have immortality. They age normally like any other being, unless that ageing is suppressed by magic.

I dont see myself denying a CS solely based on library. You would have to have a very cheaty/overpowered deck such as an infinite combo deck.

So, just to make everything clear, this means that even modern legal infinite combo decks are not allowed?
It depends what the infinite combo does. If it forces infinite game or gives you infinite life, yes. If it gives a creature infinite +1/+1 counters or such no.
Kk, so Collected Company Melira/Anafenza combo and Splinter Twin are out. I'll go with this, then:
Name: Coren Shrewdcore Age: 27 Race: Human History: Coren was an artist and an artificer on the plane of Kaladesh. Talented and skilled, he was often commissioned by the Consuls to construct thopters and remote explosives for the military. One day, while working on thopter drones, he was assaulted in his workshop by an assassin hired by insurgent forces. While he was able to defeat the assassin, he was left bleeding on the floor, near dead. Just before he blacked out, his spark awakened, and sent him whirling through the Eternities. When he woke up, Coren found himself on the plane of Esper, being tended to by some etherium servants. Because of the extent of his wounds, a section of his chest had to be reinforced with etherium, but Coren found it easier to channel mana this way, and was thankful to his saviours. At present, Coren travels across Alara, fulfilling esperite interests with his magic and artifice, and in his spare time, explores planes outside of Alara. Personality: Coren is a calm, collected and meticulous individual. Studious and greatly interested in artifice, he will stop and learn about new contraptions on whatever plane he's on at the moment, prioritizing it over his main mission. Due to his sense of duty, he will repay those who have greatly help him in the past. Other than that, he doesn't really care much for others, and is capable of doing great harm to those that are in his way, whether innocent or otherwise. He doesn't have any particular sense of humour or quirks of character. Appearance: Coren is a 5'11", slender, beardless bloke with pale skin, black eyes and short, straight, black hair. He usually wears a blue monocle on his left eye and a blue longcoat, with a black shirt, black trousers, and black boots. When bare-chested, you can notice silvery mechanical parts that have replaced his right ribcage and lung. He also wears a belt with various instruments, and sometimes, black tinkering gloves. Abilities:
[-3]: Put two 1/1 colorless Thopter creature tokens with flying onto the battlefield. [0]: Lands you control are artifacts until end of turn. (They're still lands)

How is the combat going to play out? If it's going to be like an actual MTG game, then I'll make a practical library. Otherwise, I might want to put together a wacky idea that would only be viable in RP.

It is just like MTG, but you can use your Planeswalker ability to alter your life total as if it was loyalty counters.
I sooooo want to join this, me and my friend were thinking of making one but looks like someone beat us to it xD

He doesn't have special mind magic or death magic, he fights mostly with summons, mostly artifact creatures. Mentally, he is very good at tactics, and at reading the gameplan of the opposition. Sorry, I wasnt fully clear. I meant for you to include Planeswalker Abilities such as actual Planeswalker cards have in the abilities section along with the info you included.
I figure I'll mention that Liliana Vess was born over a hundred years before most of the other planeswalkers we'd know today because she was a planeswalker pretending and did that whole deal with demons thing and I think it'd be much easier on everybody if we could just exist in a time with the planeswalkers we have now rather than having to study the multiverse of old. But it's up to you.

I actually pulled a timeline placement out of my ass. I have no clue when this will actually happen.
