@greywolf375 Smaller the Nation/group the fewer ships they get because of manpower and resources. I wouldn't allow my species in it since it's already getting around enough, ask the others. And you can have 3 ships. Freighter, Transport, or Frigate. They can all be Frigates, two frigs and a freighter, etc etc
@Cale Tucker Alright, 3 ships. I can do that. Also, will it be possible for the group to grow in size and power, including Population and Fleet? Or, really, is growth in general possible for organizations and Corporations?
@WilsonTurner Why'd you mention me? @greywolf375 You can build a ship every 5 posts. I'll be making a map once everything is done and you can colonize uncaptured habitable/colonizeable planets
I FORGOT TO MENTION
When I say "You can build x ships every x posts" That's YOUR posts, not other peoples posts, because your posts are your time going. NOT all posts, that means you can't just sit there and wait for others to post. Your workers are working hard, you can work on your posts too <3
I'm not quite done with judgements yet, but I do have a WIP app for you all to see.
Name: United States of Vespuccia
Alias/Abbreviation: Vespuccia, United States, USV
Nation Species: Rissan
Species Description: Rissan, compared to humanity, are very similar. The main difference are their ears, which are pointed and jut out from their heads instead of being more or less flush to them. Another difference is that all Rissan are extremely dark-skinned. Aside from these superficial differences, humans and Rissan look exactly alike externally. Internally, however, there are major differences.
Rissan have a larger heart and an extra lung, likely the result of a lack of mounts to hunt from. Due to this, their endurance is much greater than that of a human. One of the oddest things about them is their blood, which is based on iridium. Thanks to the more complicated lung structure this requires, they also have only one kidney. Since albinos tended to die in a few months, they see white as a color of death. Green is seen as the color of war, as blood left out tends to turn from an orange to a green.
They have a different skeletal structure in their central torso as well, since the kidney must be more protected. Their ribcage extends down to it, which is located in front of the stomach. Their liver is also smaller, and thus they have a much lower (physical) tolerance for alcohol. An amount that would cause mild problems in a human could kill a Rissan.

Mass-produced, miniature fission reactors are used in many combat vehicles (Originally installed for the purpose of surviving a total societal collapse in order to fight on, now installed to avoid overhauling the supply chain). These powers have also been applied in space combat, resulting in the development of the Casaba Howitzer (Which has seen use on Dixon-class Destroyers as an environmental weapon, phasing out their earlier torpedoes).

@Keyguyperson #Invade SOUNDS LIKE YOU COULD USE SOME FREEDOM
I don't feel they'll like Celestial Empire, but love Terminals faction and probably want to help Alfhedil's nation. Ugh, can't I at least get a neutral xD

"Hey, Celestial Empire. Heard you got a Command economy, am I right?"

Ryukyu is technically neutral, so far they don't really seem to give a shit about people unless they have stuff they want or commit hearsay against their Emperor.
Two other things I want to say, I might be willing to give up Ryukyu as a sovergin nation and play as an organization or something if someone else has a suitable replacement for it.
Second, when you hear the words "Wave Motion Harmonic Weapons", do you think of lasers or plasma first?
@Keyguyperson @ClocktowerEchos Economy? PFFFFT Who the hell needs that? When the Draconians come around, there won't be an economy- they give you your job, you do your job, and you get your share of rations and the like.
As in, they're a militaristic major-nation-sized citystate that generally prefers blowing things up and strict discipline and such. Don't make one angry unless you know how to beat one in a fist fight. Who like big cruisers with lots of kinetic guns that make nice sounds when they're hovering in very low orbit or high atmo.
... I'll have to make this roleplay's equivalent of the UNSC Infinity someday.
Why do people enjoy hardline military stuff in NRPs? Couldn't people be more original and make their nations unique via culture or tech or something? There's more way to conquer the galaxy than shooting everyone in a ten meter radius around you. >.>
@WilsonTurner, PS, I'm claiming dibs to Halo and UNSC stuff :P
