She smiled happily as she watched her two newfound companions enjoy her cooking. She hadn't cooked for anyone in awhile since most of the new Squires don't let her help out since she became a Knight. However, it seemed that time hasn't rusted her cooking skills at all. "I'm sure the Sisters would be happy to take you in as a Squire, but you'd probably jump straight to being a Knight." She chuckled. She had seen the Dragoon in action before, her skills were something to behold. Ellie had also been at Dragon's pass, and she had always wanted to opportunity to call her 'Dragoon'. Why? It just seemed novel to do it. She probably won't call her that ever again.

"I highly doubt that she would be an enemy to many people. Arete was the Goddess of Virtue after all." She commented. That was about all she remembered about the Goddess, but it was more 'common' knowledge to know of Goddesses and Gods even if you didn't believe in them. 'Common' being used loosely since a lot of people didn't read very much these days. Also, people tended to speak less about the Deities as the years had gone by. Perhaps people had given up on asking for help from the gods? Not that it concerned her.

Once they had all finished eating, she collected the bowls and plates, soaking them in the wash basin. "I guess we should head over to the library now? It's not too far from here."

Evelyn sighed towards their comments. 'Figured,' she thought to herself, confirming her previous guesses - she was not unlike a highly prized possession. Though she didn't exactly feel as if the two women would depend on her servant abilities or treat her like a slave, it still felt very similar to be in this situation, being told what to do, what not to do, how to go about doing it. 'No matter,' she supposed, for it was infinitely better than a jail cell, slave quarters, or being a servant, being called to the whims of another. She wondered though if they were turn her into a weapon, hiding her uses until the very last moment and taking advantage of whatever powers she was granted to appease their sense of justice - and honestly that scared her a bit because she had to wonder if she would then die in that last moment.

As they got done eating, Evelyn found herself shocked as Ellie took the bowls and soaked them in water to be washed later. At first, all she could think of was uncertainty and fear. Had she let her Lord or any other masters take the dishes for her, it was never a reward, it was a punishment as soon the whip followed - servants and slaves were to always do the housework. It eased her though, seeing how causally the giantess had done the task, but it still made her feel unsure of her place. So instead, as if to make up for her failing, she stood up quickly with her hands folded in front of her, submissively and smiled politely. "As you wish..." Truly, it was an awkward response, considering the situation, but no other reply came to the former slave.

“Hahahaha... will I now?” Amelia stated softly at the giantess's comment about becoming the mercenary becoming a knight right away if she really wanted.” I suppose that will be the case, but being a knight is too much of a bother... I've already had to decline like dozens of requests and demands to join different factions... like seriously who gave those people the right to DEMAND that I join them. The king of this country even send an official delegation to track me down and decree that I have to join his personal troops and that he will allow a marriage with the second prince...” Amelia stated with disgust.” I know princesses are used for political barter, but that was the first time I've seen someone trying to use a prince like a bargaining chip and the boy is only 12 years old. What am I going to do with a boy half my age.”

“Don't you underestimate the danger here... that's only a way people view the goddess in the more recent history. Often the origins of such marks are far... darker.” The mercenary said to the knight with serious voice.

“What's this... someone isn't very enthusiastic about finding out a thing that will affect her own future from now on.” Amelia said after seeing how Evelyn was acting. She was like a small animal... The mercenary couldn't help but tease her a little. She quickly reached and gently poked her side with a finger.”Come on now, that's something you need to learn so you can decide how you will live from now on.” She said with a smile and decided to let the other two on a little secret, well on a small part of the secret at least. She knew for fact that no one really knew from where her own mark came from. She had checked in the biggest libraries in a few different kingdoms, none held a record about that mark, but Amelia knew it's meaning. It was almost like an instinct...

She reached to the edge of her leather skirt and pulled it upwards enough to reveal a small black dragon head symbol on her hip.” Look I know this is all new and strange for you. See, I was in the same boat, but learning what destiny holds in store for you, will let you figure out how you want to live your life from now on.” She said, letting go of her skirt and hiding the dragon head symbol again.” If you want to live a normal quiet life, that's fine, but if someone will be after you because of that mark... let's just say that nowhere you go will be safe and you will endanger those around you if you aren't ready for when the time come.” Amelia said to Evelyn with sympathetic voice before suddenly reaching out and starting to tickle the girl.” Now cheer up! Look at you, you avoided slavery and you look as glum as if you are a slave! Come one laugh, giggle, rejoice!” She said, grinning widely herself.

"Of course, having responsibilities to serve the kingdom and everything it stands for is pretty bothersome, and frankly quite frustrating. I can agree with you about how disgusting a lot of the political practices are. But the Sisters aren't like that. We use our strength to protect what we care about, even if that means we have to protect such.. unsavory things." She replied in understanding. She had been proposed to multiple times as well, all of which she had turned down. "All those nobles totting around like combat is some sort of display of finesse and fancy moves. Don't even lend them an ear." She muttered with a slightly exasperated sigh.

Ellie was about to interrupt Amelia when she started talking to Evelyn in such an upfront manner, but she realized that she would've done the same if Amelia hadn't. She agreed though, the girl needed to cheer up a little. But Ellie understood that it would be difficult given her situation and the life she had led until now. "Perhaps you thought that you were getting whisked away to a different place to be a slave?" She asked Evelyn in a rhetorical manner, before giving her a grin, similar to Amelia's. "Like Amelia said, we're not going to treat you like a slave, nor are we going to make you do things that you don't want to. Consider us as your comrades. And also, consider us as your friends." She added, putting her hand on the smaller girl's shoulder in a comforting manner. She had noticed the dragon symbol on Amelia's hip earlier, but she felt that she didn't need to comment on it.

"We'd better get moving now. The library has a closing time, you know?" She said as she started for the door. "Also I don't want to get caught for bringing people in here!" She laughed.

Evelyn a bit zoned until Amelia decided to address her directly, feeling herself flush from embarrassment. When you put it that way, it did seem really silly of her to be acting in such a sullen manner, but at the same time she wasn't sure how else she should be acting - she had never been free before, really. However the poke jolted her, causing her to squeak cutely, biting her lower lip. Again the conversation shifted completely as Amelia began to show her own unique mark, and Evelyn couldn't help but make out the beauty in it, along with Amelia's own skin. The talk of all this responsibility was depressing though, but it had been easy to answer what she wanted to do in life; 'all I want is love,' she thought to herself, remembering all the doubts she had of that ever happening.

A second time she was startled as Amelia began to tickle her, causing her to giggle involuntarily and even snort, blushing a bright red as she squirmed and wiggled out of reach. Her first reaction was to simply huff towards the Dragoon in a playful manner, before brushing her hair back and becoming shy as she realized as much she was actually blushing. Didn't help much to feel Ellie's hand on her shoulder either, causing her to bit her lip again out of habit. However, she gave in like they wanted. "I'm sorry.. I'm just.. not used to this... or having friends.. or.. um.. anything else.. but, uh, yeah.. to the library." She had reached to rub her arm while she spoke and knew very well that the other two weren't likely to suspect anything of the words 'anything else.' However that was how a romantic's mind worked, was it not? To fantasize and imagine things even far from reality.

“I appreciate the thought, but as I said : too much of a bother for now. I want to roam free still. Maybe someday.” Amelia stated with a smile. She wasn't trying to insult the sisters or anything. She just wanted to enjoy being able to walk around freely, not having to listen to orders from someone. As a mercenary she still had to listen to orders from time to time, but if she didn't like it, she could just leave.

“Let's head off then, the library will not wait for us.” The dragoon stated and headed towards the door.” What do you mean, you don't want to get caught bringing people in here?” Amelia suddenly halted her walking and asked.” You are the one who proposed we come here, so if we get caught, well we get caught.” She snickered.” Besides, what's the worse that can happen? Maybe some rumors will start going around, but that's that. Hey you can explain us here, by me wanting a tour around the place. I imagine if you tell them I've been interrested in joining, they will not say anything about us being here.”

“Awe, so cute, so innocent!” Amelia exclaimed when she heard Evelyn's voice and what she said.” Don't worry, now you have friends and it is glorious! You will get used to it.” She smiled at the smaller girl. She then grinned widely again as she noticed the 'anything else' part of Evelyn's statement. The mercenary didn't say anything, but she caught what the girl meant by that. It wasn't surprising really, that she was so sheltered if she grew up as servant. Still Evelyn was a lucky one, some servants as pretty as her usually got regularly used as bed things whenever the master wanted. The smaller girl seemed to have avoided that fate... only to get sold into slavery. When the line was drawn, it made one wonder if she was really lucky or unlucky. Considering she met Ellie and Amelia, she was supposed to be lucky... right?

“So, Ellie, tell me more about those strange magic readings.” Amelia told the knight.

"I'll get in trouble because we're actually not recruiting anyone right now.. And letting people tour our military structures isn't exactly a very tactical decision~" She chuckled. Of course, she knew that these who wouldn't do anything like espionage against the Sisters. Or at least she hoped. Benefit of the doubt. "But I'm sure they'd have no problem accepting you into the Company, especially since you've already declined our invitations before." She added with a lighthearted tone.

"I'm sure we'll all be together for awhile, so we'd best get to know each other in that time, right?" Ellie said to Evelyn, keeping her lighthearted tone.

"The readings that the scholars have told us about have been quite.. well, strange. A lot of magic is flowing toward the high mountains to the north. And it only started happening a few weeks ago. We've sent scouts to the area to gather information, but those scouts never came back." Ellie explained in a rather grim tone. She kept her voice down so that only Amelia could hear what she had to say, lest a citizen catch wind of a potentially terrifying situation. She also didn't want to alarm Evelyn, because Ellie had a inkling that the girl might have something to do with it. However, it was a very uninformed assumption on her part.

Evelyn blushed lightly and stared at Amelia for a brief moment. 'Cute?' She couldn't honestly remember the last time she had been called that and it made her feel really good, though she felt she was far from innocent. Perhaps naive in ideals, but she knew how the world was and still is. Regardless, the Dragoon's grin made her blush a tad more, unsure of why she was smiling so widely at her.

As Ellie spoke then, she thought, 'military structure?' She paused for a moment, though only mentally as they all walked towards the library. She had never been anywhere military-like, but as she looked around, it almost seemed comfortable in a strange way. It was only in the sense that nothing seemed faked - at the mansion with her Lord, it had been lined with flowers, paintings, vases, and all manner of things that spoke of a wealthy and happy home, but it had never been truly happy. Besides the servants having little freedoms, it was well known among the household the children had be very unhappy, their son almost killing himself a few times. The wife and husband never slept in the same bed and it was rumored that the Lord often lay with the male servants, but no one really talked about that. It was darkness and secrets and fear wrapped in a pretty-looking bow.

Her focus shifted between them as the knight spoke of accepting Amelia into the fold, feeling a slight tinge - she felt a bit left out. After the giantess claimed they'd get to know one another, she spoke up, although in a tone that seemed noticeably more confident than before. "I'll be honest.. um.. I'm not always sure what to say and... it's even harder, because you two seem to.. have all this rapport. Like you two just click. I mean, it's.. kind of nice.. I mean..." She went quiet for a moment, biting her lip in thought. "Especially if you two like other women like I do.. but.. anyways.." She just shrugged then and avoided eye contact as causally as she could manage.

“Hahahahaa….” Amelia couldn’t help, but let out an amused giggle.” Don’t worry, in that case just say I snuck in and now you are escorting me out.” She smirked and adjusted the sword that was on her back.

When she heard the location of the strange magic readings, Amelia suddenly halted any movement, her eyes narrowing. It was the direction she felt the unease from too! As if something exploded within her mind, an instinct slumbering for a long time suddenly awoke, but she somehow managed to suppress it. She reached with an arm and leaned on a nearby wall, taking deep breaths. She wasn’t sure exactly what was going in that mountain, but knew it wasn’t going to end well. She sensed her real form trying to break through the magic amulet sealing it away. It took her a few moments, but finally she managed to calm it down. This had happened in a few other occasions, but she didn’t expect it right now.

“Hehehe… so it’s like that eh?” Amelia finally brought herself to say when she heard Evelyn’s statement. The dragoon smiled softly.” Well we long time warriors tend to be like this. Those who braved dangerous battlefields, often tend to understand each other quite well.” The mercenary smiled.

“Well, well, well so you like the ladies? Nothing bad with that actually.” The mercenary said with a smile, finally resuming her walk normally. She was smiling, but she now remembered a bitter memory about one of the people who found out her secret. Amelia never took of the medallion, but one of her lovers did in in her sleep... She pushed away the rest of the memory away, being too painful to keep it.

She noticed Amelia fall into a bout of deep breaths, she wasn't sure what was wrong and instinctively reached out to support the dragoon who had leaned against a nearby wall. Ellie withdrew her hand when Amelia had shown signs of calming down.

Ellie couldn't help but smile when Evelyn piped up. This girl seemed full of surprises. "Perhaps I should really take you in as my Squire so you can build some rapport with me~!" She laughed. She felt that this girl had some spirit in her, she'd probably make a good Squire if she tried hard enough.

Ellie's face went a light shade of red at the mention of liking other women, but she regained her composure quite quickly. "Aye, nothing bad seems to come from liking other women. Perhaps you've taken a liking to us~? Or rather, me?" She grinned cheekily at the smaller girl. In all honesty, Ellie hadn't actually put much thought into being in a relationship, since her mind was constantly focused on military operations. However, since she had had quite a few proposals before, she leaned more towards women. To her, they seemed less single minded when it came to stuff like this compared to men.

The former slave looked at Amelia with concern as well, but before anyone could say or do anything of note, it seemed just was just as good as before. Perhaps she was tired, Evelyn figured, and let the concern slip away gently. Though her continued comments did make her feel that much better - confirming her frustration with their apparent bond wasn't really a fun thing for the woman to hear, though Ellie's response made her feel more welcomed, even though she wasn't entirely sure she would want to be a squire. She didn't really know how to fight, at least that she knew of, however something in the back of her mind made her doubt her own thoughts.

Further into their reply, it did make Evelyn feel a bit relieved that Amelia had no judgement on the matter and smiled slightly, as if confirming it even more so without any spoken words. However when Eliie came back with teases over Evelyn fancying either of them, she started to feel her cheeks grow warm again. She hadn't specifically thought of that, but the thought was planted in her head now, and she started to wonder if she might actually come to like them at some point or at least one of them. They were both women she viewed in positive ways - Amelia seemed affectionate and was the first to pick up on some of her moods, but Ellie then seemed more protective and a bit more aware of what Evelyn might be thinking. Of course, neither of them really knew her, so it was silly to expect anything of them at this point.

"Uhh..." she started to reply with a shy grin, even though it had only been a tease from Ellie. "You two do seem really nice..." She didn't really say anything, letting them take whatever they wanted from that sentence, not being a solid confirmation of anything but not really a denial either. At this point, they had reached the library though and she looked exactingly at both of them, though more so towards Ellie since it was her library.

“Well, officially she is supposed to be taken for a squire. So she will have to really be taken in as a squire and carry the official identification of one. Otherwise the nobles will have a sound base to raise complaints against you and your whole order. I suspect there are probably more than a few who dislike you.” Amelia said to Ellie.” Sadly as much as I dislike politics, we will need to play out that as the rules dictate.”

“Awweeee… come here for a hug, such a innocent cutie! I want to hug you now!” She exclaimed with a smile, her hands gripping the air in front of her as she drew closer to the smaller girl, but eventually she stopped right before she reached Evelyn.” Don’t worry, I hear that life among the Sisters of Bulwark isn’t that bad. I will throw them a bone so they will leave you relatively alone and not demand too many things form you.” Amelia finally said with a sigh.” Seems like I will be joining you after all.” She said, throwing a look at Ellie.” I do hope you people don’t make me wear heavy armor~ “ The mercenary said jokingly. True enough her strength was more than enough to wear armor and fight with the two handed sword at the same time, but she disliked the restrictive armors.

“Okey, let’s get that book and decide what we should do from now.” Amelia said with a smile, a little bit of a tired smile that is. She wasn’t joking when she said she hadn’t raced like that before to get to this place.” Last time I slept for more than a few hours was before I got that vision to get here… which makes it just over a week ago. I haven’t rested much since... considering I basically ran half the way to this town. They didn't want to sell me any horses in most towns on my way...”

Ellie let out a slightly nervous laugh when Amelia mentioned the noble's complaints. "I think I'd be the only one getting into the most trouble. But you're right. She'll definitely have to become a squire now." She responded with a shrug. She didn't like the politics either, perhaps she should've opted to be a mercenary like Amelia, not that she had much choice in the matter to begin with.

"The Sisters don't give special treatment to anyone in the Company. But each Squire has their own mentor. Your mentor will be me, so you don't need to worry too much." She said as they walked into the library, which looked more like a cathedral from the outside. It was contradictory of her to say that, but it kind of... made sense?

She turned her head slightly to give the two a grin, "Good to have you aboard, Amelia! Of course, you can wear whatever you like. As long as you can fight the good fight." She added with a chuckle. She quite liked having heavy armor on, she had gotten so used to having it on all the time, that it's pretty much become part of her body. Sometimes she even forgets to take it off.

As they walked into the giant library, the clerk greeted them with a silent nod. It was quite uncommon to find knight folk in a library, but it wasn't something to make a song and dance about, not that anyone would in a library. Ellie walked up to the clerk with a soft smile on her face, while most men would cower at her height, the old man stood calmly before her. "Do you still have that old book about Deities? Y'know, that one I kept borrowing when I was little." She inquired. Her voice was a lot softer than usual, mostly because it was a library, but it had an air of familiarity.

The old man nodded wordlessly before he turned to point at one of the shelves. She nodded back at him as thanks. She made a slight beckoning gesture to her companions and started walking toward where the man pointed. She turned her head slightly toward Amelia "Are you alright Amelia? You look a tired." She asked in a soft tone as they walked.

'Goodness,' Evelyn thought with a slight smile, 'they sure do have a lot to say.' In contrast, Evelyn hadn't really said much at all. She had not described her feelings much, where she was from, where she wanted to go, or how she felt about having this mark and in truth, they hadn't really asked her either - they seemed mostly wrapped in one another, but still fully aware of her. It was a tad strange at the moment, but she did smile shyly as Amelia pretended to give her hug, even if she was a tad disappointed she didn't actually receive it. She hadn't been sure whether she was worried about squire duties or not since she wasn't entirely clear on what it meant to be a squire - to learn how to fight, she assumed? It earned an internal shrug from her, as even being beaten to a pulp in training grounds was much preferred to being whipped and hit in the basement of some angry slaver. She wasn't sure if she ever dare tell them what she'd truly prefer though, for her life. Evelyn imagined it was not co-exist with their duty to follow her mark in the least, which was indeed sad. Ironic that, she thought, that the very thing to save her might possibly keep her from a simple life.

Evelyn had been quietly following and listening, smiling to the old man as they passed him, and looking around at all the books for a few moments. It wasn't until Ellie asked Amelia about her state of being that Evelyn decided to interject randomly. "Perhaps we should collect the book and find a room?" She looked between the two of them, interested in their response. "I mean, I know we're not suppose to be here... technically... but Amelia could use at least a nap and it would give us a chance to finally slow down, study, and perhaps get to know one another a bit more? We have been sort of on the go since you swept me off my feet, miss Ellie... and if we're going to be together as you say, I would like to know my two guardians?" She had said more than she had before, for the most part, showing that she had actually been thinking things over as they pair spoke out loud - not to mention, to the observant, she was very well spoken for a supposed servant.

“For the good fight… no need to worry about that.” The dragoon smirked, she knew how to fight if nothing else. She knew it so well that it was like she was born with that skill. As for the armor, she really disliked being enclosed in metal for some reason. Also she once had a case where while wearing heavy armor the medallion’s string kind of tore and she transformed within the armor… it wasn’t a very enjoyable thing. The metal felt tight around her growing body… good thing she wasn’t alone back then, her mentor helped her take of the armor.

“I don’t only look tired… I’m bloody tired… I've crossed an entire country basically on foot in matter of a few days without much rest.” Amelia replied and leaned on a nearby wall. She wanted a nap… so badly! Suddenly she heard Evelyn’s voice.” Yes, listen to her!” Amelia agreed with a nod.” There should be a place we can crash for a while… I don’t need much, perhaps an hour or so at most.” The mercenary said with tired voice, placing her hand on Evelyn’s shoulder.

“Well, well look at who’s been busy thinking things through. I was wondering why you seemed so quiet.” Amelia smiled…” Well the easiest way to learn something you want to know, is to ask~”

Ellie chuckled and nodded at the two women. "Well luckily, I know just the place. Assuming it hasn't change since I last saw it.. Which was quite some time ago." A 'secret' place for her to read her books to escape a few duties of being a Squire. Of course it was all in the name of fun rather than actually trying to get out of chores. "That's a good point. We should get to know each other if we're going to stick together~" She agreed with a slight tinge of joy, before running her finger along the row of books. It was a relatively thin book compared to the ones next to it, but it was sizable nonetheless. After plucking the slightly dusty looking book from the shelf, she led her two companions into a smaller room, one furnished conveniently with a couch and two arm chairs, set so that they all face into the middle of the room. Both armchairs had a side table with a oil lamp on each. The window let in the afternoon light, filling the room with a warm glow.

She sat down in one of the armchairs before handing the book to Evelyn. "Since this is about your goddess, I think you should be the one to read about her. Also about knowing more about each other.. I'm not sure where I should begin. Maybe start with what we like and dislike?" The last part was accompanied by a shrug and a slight grin.

Evelyn had to admit, their chipper moods at getting to know one another sparked something in her, forcing a smile to dance across her lips. She liked the feeling, of approval, and that they seemed happy to know her and of course each other. She wasn't entirely sure what all that meant or if it meant anything at all, but she seemed happy about it nevertheless. Evelyn chose not to say anything right away though and followed Ellise into the back study room which seemed closed off from the world in some ways - like the Lord's library she spent so much time in - the feeling gave her a sense of safety and comfort. Pursing her lip in thought for a few seconds, she decided to take a seat on the couch and smiled up at the knight as she was handed the book.

"Uh.. well.. I like reading.. a lot.." She gave off a shy smile as she slowly paged open the book. Evelyn looked at the two women first before glancing over the pages as she continued to talk. "I guess I like water a lot too.. sometimes I can just stare at waterfalls for hours... and I like helping.. and learning things.." She bit her lip then and blushed slightly. She loved flirting too, but was far too shy to admit something like that to them, especially after confessing her fancy for other women. They might've gotten the idea that she wanted them to flirt with her, which really, she didn't mind at all - she was honestly too bashful to say things like that. She finally skimmed enough to find the page on Arete, but didn't start reading right away. "Aaaand... dislikes.. I hate being yelled at.. dark places, spiders, and being alone.. mostly... I don't like mean people either..." She looked up from her book and offered a shy grin to them both. After a long pause of watching expressions, she tried to listen and read at the same time.

“A couch!” Amelia exclaimed happily when the knight led them to the room she mentioned. It was cozy enough, had needed furniture for resting and the warm light from the window was throwing splashes of warm glow... The mercenary smiled as she moved to the couch.” I haven't seen one of these in months...” She said with a smile, as she comfortably laid down, relaxing to a surprising degree. The desire for a nap quickly began to creep even more into her immediate mind. She then quickly realized she wasn't alone and turned to look at her companions.” I will gladly change places so someone else can take this comfortable couch... , but after I take a short nap... I've been sleeping on rocks and whatever else was on the uneven terrain though wilderness...” She stated as a very pleased expression appeared on her face... It was stated in old legends that dragons loved two things: riches and sleeping. Seems like Amelia herself had some of those traits oddly enough, though she didn't crave gold or gems... or did she? She liked to have money to an extend, but that was a thing she herself didn't realize. Naps were her more prominent pleasure from the two traits~

“Waterfalls are nice~” Amelia agreed with the smaller girl and grinned widely.” You are just so adorable... I really want to come over and hug you, but my body refuses to leave this comfortable napping position~” She stated with a smile and looked at the two women.” I also like reading, but I also love food and naps~ I also dislike alcohol and cooking!” The mercenary stated with pride, but kept part of her most disliked things to herself. It wasn't an exactly easy thing to say you disliked yourself to others.

“Don't worry, Evelyn. You aren't going to be alone from now on, unless you really want to.” The dragoon stated with warm laugh, but the laugh was cut short as a sudden yawn happened.

Ellie chuckled at the two girls as she leaned back into the armchair. "I must agree, Evelyn is very cute. Although, I could say that for the both of you!" She state simply with a warm smile. "I guess I'll say my part~ I like cooking, helping others aaand... I like going out for walks at night. I really like the moonlight~ Oh and I also like reading" She said, tacking on the last part suddenly, her expression unchanged. "What I really dislike.. Hmm.. Lazy people.." She smirked at Amelia as she continued, "Cowards and criminals!" And with that she finished her listings. She had more things to add to those lists, but she couldn't be bothered saying them, they can be put into general things anyway. It was pretty common for giantfolk to hate cowards, since their race was one that thrived on combat and had a really headstrong outlook on things, which is why many cowardly folk are left in the dust by them, hence The Sisters of Bulwark.

"Amelia's right, you'll be with us until fate decides otherwise, but I'm sure fate can't stop me from being there for you~" She stated, giving Evelyn a rather cheeky smirk. It was best to have fun while they could. Ellie felt that their time together had only just begun and things might get a little more difficult from now on.

These were not words that she was used to hearing and she admit to herself, they were both interesting women in their own ways, and both were sweeter than she's imagine for two warriors. The way Amelia just causally laid her head on her lap out of nowhere and the way Ellie was smiling at her, she couldn't up but blush noticeably and offer a shy smile, biting her lower lip at the same time. She quickly tried to hide her bashfulness and while in her mind, she was pretty sure she had done so, to the other two it was a complete failure - Evelyn in many ways was very easy to read with her expressions and body language.

"You two are really pretty.." she admitted shyly, mostly in response to both calling her cute and adorable, as she figured they deserved a compliment in return for being so nice to her. Pursing her lips in a bout of thought, she did something unusually forward of her and leaned down to give the best hug she could to a woman in her lap before sitting back up, blushing once more. She gave Amelia a timid grin at that and looked between them for a moment. "Um.. t-thank you.. both of you.. I don't know what to say," she spoke with a ring of happiness in her tone. "I've never had anyone say those things to me before... you're making me feel a little shy.." Her grin grew for a few moments, but her entire form gave away the fact she was far more than just a little bashful around both of them.

"I do like the moonlight.. and napping.." she added, giving them both a giggle as she covered her mouth for a moment, before brushing a strand of hair from her face. Her eyes bounced curiously and intently between the two women, wanting to know how they would react now.
