Better make my dude bisexual or a chick, because I was originally going with the stereotypical "crazy guy/girl who wants to murder the person he/she 'loves' so he can sleep with the dead body and just be a generally creepy necrophiliac that hides the scent of a body and keeps it from rotting through technology," but that works too.

... oh god, I thought of a really horrible idea that made me cringe and laugh at the same time. A Corpse Harem. Guess you can say he is going to be having a Corpse Party that makes his Blood Drive in so many directions.

The only way I can do that is if I bone a few people... with this character of course!... that has a fetish for the dead bodies of his lovers.

Either way, I'll make sure to break a leg on this stage, along with Amor's victims. All I can ask is if you give me time, as that is all I knee-d to perform the deed.

Also, for everyone here, have your character break rib bones, then take them out of the body. Why? Because they are the only bones that grows back! The more you know!... unless you already knew that. Still, fact of the day!

Personality: Jessi is the gung-ho recruit fresh out of the academy. As such he has a hot head and an undying loyalty to his man and country. He has nothing but respect for his superiors, they say jump he asks how high. Outside of battle he has a kind heart always ready to help out a friend or stranger in need. Traitors, criminals, and any who dare oppose the glory of the Imperator will be able to submit their complaints to the tip of his spear. That being said, he is more than happy to leave the ruthless killing to the red Judicials.

Tome (Color and Abilities): Jessi's tome is his gray headband, its abilities help keep his head clear for fighting or otherwise.

First, it blocks out all forms of telepathy and mind reading, keeping his secrets and strategies to himself. Unfortunately if someone where trying to reach him via telepathy, they would just get a busy signal.

Second, it allows for better focus of his senses and allows him to processes everything faster, giving him an edge in spotting and reading his opponents. This doesn’t increase his reaction speed nor does this make him immune to illusionary spells, though he has a greater chance of seeing through them.

These effects only work while the headband is on, if somehow removed all boosts and powers are also.

Other: He idolizes the guardians to the point he knows as much about them as a wiki page would.

I don't see how anyone watching couldn't feel like their soul had been ripped out and shredded. And WIXOSS? I'm not sure I've heard of that. But judging from the Wiki page, it looks painful to watch. Angel Beats is another life ruiner.

WIXOSS is basically genderbent Yugioh meets Madoka. It's great, and I thoroughly recommend it.

Aside from being highly poisonous, I'd like to know more about this "Void Magic" and what exactly it may or may not be capable of. I know IC your character has no idea, but OoC I expect some solid limits to it's abilities instead of it being a schrodinger ability.

I... I was not prepared for this. Not to mention a full 2 pages of OOC whilst i slept...

Anyways, I actually have nothing for the ability, but my generalised concept was that the magic utilises the different symbols and patters within the Serys Geographam to create a variety of effects to do with those symbols. 2 parts to do with electricity might charge electricity with the sickening energy of the void, or it may cause black lightning to strike from the sky. The actual results a varied, unpredictable and so far untested.

And, yes, the Geographam is a magical watch that contains an intricate patter which displays symbols. If 2 of the symbols are pressed, a third will light up in another location. And yes, there are multiple different types of Geographam; the one she has now is the only one ever recorded.
