I don't care about post order. I meant IC. Because I think j8cob's character left nearly right after Septics. But somehow still heard what Cesar said to Sombrero after that? Then Ginny left? IDK. It's hard to tell.

Nah, he didn't break chronological order. He didn't leave right after Frank, he was there afterwards long enough to eat his meal and listen to what the others discussed.
