Name: Fern Flora

Appearance: Fern stands at a height of 5'7 and weighs in at around 126 lbs, giving her an overall slim build with slight curves at the hips and an above average bust. She has long, waist length, dark green hair that has light streaks decorated about the long locks along with eyes that are a light yellow-green color. She dresses rather provocatively, covering herself with the bare minimum of clothes. She bears no armor, as she prefers to be able to move freely while fighting. Covering various parts of her body are white bandages that are not randomly placed, rather they are covering up scars that she keeps hidden from view. Mainly at her rib area as well as at her upper left arm are where these bandages can be found. Atop that, she wears a very shortly cropped bikini-like top with one arm covered in a full sleeve and the other covered from elbow to palm, leaving her back mostly exposed. Her bottoms consist of a pair of tight pants with cutouts at the hips and going down her leg to her calf.

A red scarf covers the belt she wears to secure her Rapier on her person as well as hold the hundred rounds of 12 guage shotgun shells she uses to reload her weapon. (The Rapier replaces the two swords.) In addition to this, at her back there is a pouch that carries specialized dust shells that can fit into her weapon and be used when she runs out of ammunition. Lastly, a quiver of arrows is usually strapped at her back for easy access and fast reloading of her weapon.

Weapon Appearance/Function:


Type: Transforming Weapon, Melee and Ranged, Dust Compatible

Weapon Derivation: Rapier, Crossbow, Shotgun

Holstered/Sheathed Appearance: Blathnait appears as a Rapier strapped to the belt at Fern's left side.

Form 1: Blathnait's first form is simply a Rapier. This is the most common way she uses it. A specialized dust cartridge can be inserted into the green part of the sword that connects the blade to the hilt of the sword. With a twist of the handle, raw dust can be released into the blade and have various effects when she fights with it, depending on the dust used.

Form 2: The sides of the compartment that holds the dust folds in onto the blade of the sword and the tip retracts slightly to form the Crossbow form of Blathnait. The arrows are tipped with dust crystal shards and can be fired by a trigger just under the hilt. All arrows explode on impact and can cause varying effects such as creating a chunk of ice or a jolt of lightning.

Form 3: From the crossbow form, Blathnait changes form once more into a 12 guage Shotgun. Capable of shooting regular and dust shells of the appropriate size.

Personality: Upon first impressions, Fern comes across as a confident, sultry and flirtatious girl... which is moderately true. She's learned how to use her looks to get what she wants, and even when she's not trying to be flirty, she can come across as such anyway. She's very manipulative (are you surprised?) and can get upset when she doesn't get what she wants right away. She's quite stubborn and headstrong, passionate and caring, but she is by no means someone who you can open up to freely unless you want to be (lightheartedly) teased. Fern is by no means a pain to be around, and she's not evil or mean just for the fun of it. She's nice but has tendencies to be snarky, and will roll her eyes or pinch the bride of her nose when someone says something that gets on her nerves. Despite being a little rough around the edges, Fern is the kind of girl who can grow on you and eventually find quite charming.

History: Fern was born on a small island between the kingdoms of Atlas and Vale, growing up in a small village where there was a constant battle against the Grimm for the land. Once thought to be a safe haven for a community, the island was inhabited by many people coming from both kingdoms to enjoy the tropical climate and calm lifestyle. What they didn't know that the miles of white sandy beaches and thick forests were home to a wide variety of Grimm. In order to claim the island as their own, many men and women and even children lost their lives to secure the place and establish a healthy lifestyle. Fern's parents were both killed during this time of struggle, while she herself managed to trick death over a dozen times.

Being young, Fern didn't realize that it was her semblance that kept her alive all those years during the fighting. As a girl who was small and scared, she was able to easily manipulate the masses of people to protect her when the Grimm felt she was an easy snack. Every time she was in some kind of trouble, some poor unlucky soul would throw themselves in front of her just in time for her to run away. She grew up fearing the Grimm and hating herself for being the only one alive when everyone around her was dying... sacrificing themselves for her own sake.

When she was around the age of 10, Fern snuck onto a ship that was travelling to Vale and lived there for a number of years. Soon upon her arrival she was taken in by the police after stealing food from a local shop, only to be taken in by the keeper who then would listen to her story and tell her about the Academy for Hunters and Huntresses. Fern was instantly determined to join this school and conquer her fear of Grimm, so when she was of the right age, she was accepted and began training to become a defender of the world. She trained hard, always until the point of exhaustion so that she didn't have to rely on anyone to protect her anymore. Eventually she learned about her semblance and how to control it, and she became a strong Huntress, getting into Beacon by the time she was 17 and assigned as the leader of Team FRST (Frost).

She is now in her second year at Beacon and is excited to see what the new year brings!

Combat Style: Fern is skilled in her abilities to fight up close with her Rapier, using it one handed comfortably in combat. She fights in a very acrobatic style, doing various flips and turns while attacking and defending, using dust frequently to amplify both. She is adept in close and ranged combat, easily able to switch between the two in battle. She often switches between the rapier and shotgun form of Blathnait while in combat, finding it is faster than trying to reload an arrow in the midst of fast paced action. When at far distances she prefers the crossbow and is capable of taking the role of back up, even as the leader.

Strengths and Weaknesses: Though she is skilled in fighting with her rapier, Fern has only limited defensive capabilities in combat. She has a low pain tolerance and thus can be beaten rather quickly if she gets hit with multiple attacks at once. Her aura depletes faster than normal due to her semblance, as she uses it often as a second defense of sorts to throw her opponent off. She relies heavily on offensive fighting and lacks a strong defense. She's an excellent shot with her crossbow, capable of hitting a target from a large distance away.

Semblance: Suffocate - Fern has the ability to control the emotions (and in some cases) the actions of others by giving off particular floral scents that can cause someone to lose control of their emotions and/or behavior. The victim usually cannot tell this is happening to them. Particular scents are preceded by a colored gas that Fern spews from her mouth, pertaining to a specific emotion. (A pink mist, for example, smells like rose and causes infatuation.) Fern's semblance is not limited to this. Particular gases can be blown from her mouth that can cause paralysis, confusion, and hallucinations when inhaled or even cause burning sensations on the skin as the person is shrouded in the gas. When using this to fight Grimm, she will concentrate this (typically black) gas in her mouth before spewing it out, enhancing its deadly effects. The corrosive nature of the gas is enough to cause pain to the Grimm as well as hinder their ability to see, leaving them vulnerable to attack.

Name: Asvoria Laurent

Appearance: Asvoria is rather short at 4’3” with a fairly childish frame though she is definitely heavier than she should look at around 99 pounds (Not including her weapon of course.) Her hair sits in golden curls, her outfit being a bright yellow with some black accents and her undershirt is white. She always wears her gloves Brunhild and Skuld. Not the most fashionable, but she is always at the ready.

Weapon Name: Randgrid; Brunhild and Skuld.


Weapon Appearance/Function:
Type: Offensive Melee Transformative
Weapon Derivation: Francesca (Axe), Warmallet
Holstered/Sheathed Appearance: The mallet withers up into a rectangular piece of metal to make it easier to carry around, strapped to her waist just over her rear.

Form 1: A Two-Handed Warmallet called Randgrid. It has a chain attached to it allowing her to pull it back in to herself if she drops or throws it. It is fairly heavy but not heavy enough to where Asvoria can’t pick it up or drag it in with the chain.

Form 2: The secondary form is a Francesca-like axe that’s better for throwing than the hammer form. It’s very reminiscent of the weapon her mother carried into battle.

Brunhild: A glove that turns into arm guard of her father’s design. It starts as a gauntlet that runs up her right arm where it eventually ends on her shoulder. The chain on Randgrid pulls back into this gauntlet. It is infused with dust and very durable. The axe and chain combo can be used as a grappling hook improvisation.

Skuld:Highly similar to Brunhild. The only real difference is the appearance of the shoulder part of the item which has a large spaulder on it.

Personality:
Asvoria is a pretty forward and happy girl. She looks forward to a good fight, though not to her typical detriment like many fight-crazed people in stories she has read. She is always looking forward to new friends and tends to get along well with most people. She rather likes it when people treat her like a child. She finds it funny and people usually give her stuff, so why be upset about her stature and why not just use it to the fullest?

History:
Asvoria’s parents moved from opposite sides of Vale. Her mother, a strong huntress, told her many stories of her time as a huntress, inspiring the girl to follow in her footsteps. Her father, a scientist wanted to help his little girl along with her dream decided to start working on a secret project for her.

Sadly for her, around the age thirteen she appeared to have a somewhat stunted height growth. Doctors were sure that it was nothing or perhaps something to do with her aura. Yet, her hopes and aspirations for going to a Hunter Academy were unhindered and she trained as hard as she could to be ready for that.

Due to a story her mother had told her where the hero used a giant hammer type weapon to save his people, Asvoria was dead set on using a similar type of weapon and of similar size. She asked her parents for help to which they of course agreed. They created the weapon much to Asvoria’s pleasure.

That being said, while she was a strong girl, her size did not help her carry the overly heavy weapon. However, her father’s experiment helped in the form of Brunhild. This gauntlet, a dust powered strength enhancer as well as armor, helped Asvoria heft the weapon. She now can “expertly” swing her weapon with the powered device. He then started to develop a version two. It wasn't improved other than the extra shoulder armor and the fact it now fits the left arm rather than the right. While Avsoria is somewhat unsure of how the device works, she knows it does. The mechanical sounds they make sometimes worry her though.

Of course, over the few years, Avsoria upgraded the items with a strengthened chain and added an axe transfomation to Randgrid to honor her mother’s years as a Huntress. She also learned of her semblence of Gravitic Manipulation which helped her swing the weapon around as she could make it lighter when she needed it to be or heavier when she it is needed to make harder blows.

Combat Style: Typically, Asvoria likes to be up close and personal favoring strong, powerful attacks though not being averted from attempting a flurry of lighter blows.

Strengths and Weaknesses: Other than throwing her weapon, Asvoria has no real capacity for ranged weaponry. That being said, she is great at melee combat with powerful blunt attacks with her hammer or slightly more cutting attacks with her axe. Her physical abilities at this point are rather high and her size typically throws off her peers.

Semblance:
Gravitic Manipulation
- Through touch or thorugh Brunhild or Skuld, Asvoria is able to lower or increase the weight of items. It is also surmised that this is part of the reason she is so short and why she is so heavy for her height with as thin as she is.

Her raven hair falls to about her knees when left to flow freely. It is usually tied back in one form or another depending on the preference of that day. Nova is around 5'7 and she doesn't reveal her weight because she never really checks the darn thing. Why check if you are in shape?

Holstered/Sheathed Appearance:
In Mystral's sheathed state it is far too large to carry at the hip so Nova has taken to strapping it across her back so it is still easy to grab.

Form 1:
In its first form, Mystral looks to be a normal sword with a slightly wider blade than most but even in this form there is a perk. There is a storage area for dust that changes the ability depending on the kind. Not only for the blade but for what is inside it as well.
Form 2:
The blade actually opens to turn into a gaint bladed fan. The dust being able to flow into the individual sections once activated.
Form 3:
The inner blades that make up her fan are able to shoot out on tethered wire. This allows them to be put back into place easily or used at a distances (like an Urumi) though that is not where her strong suits lie.

Personality:
Though Nova may seem cold and unapproachable at first glance, she is actually very warm and caring to any and all people, including Faunus. Instead of having problems like most, she is fascinated by them seeing as how they were the most interesting beings she had ever seen when she was first starting out again at seven. Her questions were not much appreciated by many... The phase, can I pet your 'insert animal part here' wouldn't make many people's day. She stands up for what she believes in even when others tell her she is wrong to think a certain way and doesn't tolerate people being cruel just for the fun of it. She can be stubborn and rash at times but hey, no one is prefect.
The main reason she wants to be a huntress so bad is because she actually hopes that her memories will come back. She wants a complete sense of self. She also feels that she needs to protect others so no one else that may be important to her is harmed. Nova believes she owes this to Wyatt. The man that may or may not be her father. If one more hunter or huntress had been there that day than maybe the Grimm wouldn't have gotten him.

History:
Nova's first memories started at the age of seven, when she awoke with the sounds of battle raging around her and the feel of laying in a puddle of blood that was not her own. She had no sense of where she was or even who she really was. The limp hand that her own was curled in was attached to a man she did not remember. Was he a guardian? Was he her parent? Was he ally or enemy? Were they fleeing together or was he pulling her along?There was no ill feelings towards the fallen man though and she felt a deep loss at seeing his empty.
It was as if she was in her own world then, no worries of the danger around her as she cried and asked the man to awake up. Nova didn't even remember his name. A gold watch clinked to the ground as she shook him, her shaky hands picking up the item just as she was snatched from the ground by one of the hunters.
Grimm were all around them...hunters and huntresses going to battle on the creatures. It didn't take the girl long to figure out what had caused all this death. What they were doing out in the forest, she couldn't say. It wasn't like they hadn't asked her but the memory was gone. Pitying Nova, one of the hunters took her in and raised her. Reteaching her things she didn't remember as well as training her to be one of them. She would not let anyone suffer as she had or how the man had. No, she would work hard to be a huntress.
In honor of a man she knew nothing about, she took his last name. The first name she has now was one she thought she remembered being called but even then she couldn't be sure. She decided to look forward, feeling blessed that someone had taken her in and given a roof over her head. In her teen years, Mystal had been given to her by this new family and she worked hard not to disappoint them. Making sure to get high marks.Though she has no famous name and many stayed their distance, she was fine with all that since she had a goal to forfill.

History that Nova doesn't know or remember correctly.
Wyatt Raze Hail is in fact not Nova's father. He was a butler to her house but it was a cruel and harsh place. He wished to save her from that. An uncaring harsh mother that had no problem raising a hand to her child or blaming her problems on. A father who was more dangerous than the mother and twice as cruel in punishment with no reasoning but his selfish desires. Want to make her strong and have her join in on his dark plans. Selfish for more power.

He use his semblance, portaling to get them out of their but his portals to where were never in his control and used too much energy. They found a group of drifters and moved with them while the white Rabbit Faunus gathered his strength. The child with him fearing not the dark creatures of the forest but the monster they had left behind. He hoped to give her a better life than she had known till now but never got the chance. At least she had forgotten the mess.

Other:
Nova always carries a worn out pocket watch with the name 'Wyatt Raze Hail' etched on the back. The glass on the inside slightly cracked in the corner.
She also had a scar on the side of her head from her accident but it is hidden in her hair.
She has a soft spot for rabbits, especially white ones.

Combat Style:
When she fights with her sword she falls on aggressive unpredictable attacks with a twist of acrobatics for quick dodges.
In a surprising twist, her fighting style changes one she opens her weapon, fluid graceful movements replace her aggression unpredictable with more calculation in those calm movements. The acrobatics turning into almost a dance instead of dodges.

Strengths and Weaknesses:
She is horrible at ranged attacks. She can't aim great for one and sadly, even if she threw her weapon in fan form which would return to her, it would leave her defenseless. She would have to wait for it to return leaving her to fight with only on her hands and feet. If her weapon was hit and thrown off course at all than she would be in a bit of trouble to say the least.

Semblance:
Sweet Surrender: Nova's Semblance starts with an explosion(supernova lol) of her aura outward which makes a set perimeter over a large expansion of an area before it fills the inside with her aura. Nova can then transfer her aura to any allies as long as they stay within her set perimeter which helps them be able to fight longer. In addition to helping allies, the enemies within her perimeter that hold on aura are more in danger if Nova should get her hands on them. If she touches an enemy in her perimeter, she can exhaust them usually by draining their aura though this does not add to her own or make her able to hold the perimeter longer. She can't exhaust anything that has no aura which can put her at risk with grim during her Semblance. She has an high amount of aura and can last a pretty long time but transferring makes her extremely weak afterwards since she has to build her aura back up as well as be sure it isn't completely used up or who knows what would happen though she would usually pass out before getting to that point.

Type: Melee/Mid-Ranged. Does react with Aura. It does transform~ish.

Weapon Derivation: Short swords.

Holstered/Sheathed Appearance: One sword sheathed in a sheath on each side of his belt.

Form 1: The hilt has holes in that let Tam channel flames into it. The flames either go forward, lighting his blades on fire. Or the back of the hilt opens up and the flames fire out the back, this provides thrust for maneuvering or powerful stabbing attacks, though if such an attack missed Tam would be off balance. It also makes a defacto flamethrower though he hardly needs his swords for that!

Personality: Whilst individualistic in nature he is very loyal or even protective of any group that he feels a part of, a necessity of life outside the protection of the great cities.
Whilst he can be over confident and at times clowny, in the face of overwhelming odds he has a tendency to retreat, again a takeaway of his life outside the cites where one group of Grimm often means many more Grimm if escape is not enacted.
He holds hunters in high esteem but has a corresponding lack of respect for bureaucrats and other organised bodies.
Though he now knows that there are factions and such among humans and faunus he does not truly grasp it, to him the true enemy is the Grimm. This coupled with his confidence and friendly nature make him easy to like and get along with.

History: Tam has lived most of his life as a nomad, travelling from camp to camp with a small group of family and friends. Nomads value freedom above all else, why else would they choose to live outside of the safe havens, in the wilds. He has seen much of the wild, since his earliest days he has learned to fear and hate the Grimm but most of all to run from them. Life outside the cities is hard, you can visit a village one month and when you circle back, find only ruins. You can meet other nomadic groups only to find their rotting remains a year later. It breeds a simmering resentment among the wild peoples and from that come the stories of hunters and huntresses, great warriors who fight the Grimm and win. Stories only though, or so Tam thought.
One day their wagons trundled into the packed town square of a new village, to find the rapidly evaporating corpse of a huge ursa! What caught Tam as strange however was the lack of fear among the villagers, the lack of bodies. An ursa this size running wild around a village, the mere thought caused a shudder to pass down his spine and yet, here one was, and the village not a lick of paint short. Tam jumped from his family wagon and joined the small crowd in the square, the locals glanced at him curiously but soon continued their chatter and from that chatter Tam learned of a great warrior who had come, a great warrior who had slain the ursa in a single strike! A great warrior who at this very moment was in the local tavern. Tam ran back to the wagon to grab his coin pouch and with a shout to his aging mother he shouldered his way through the crowd to the bustling tavern. Music filled the musty air, a jougler playing a strange lute in a corner, the crowd gathered at her feet. Tam looked about for this great warrior but could not see hair nor head of such, with a sigh of regret he shuffled to the bar and grabbed a pint.
He found himself a seat and relaxed, he could waste a half hour here without being missed. The music stopped as the crowd called for a story and the jougler after taking a mighty sip from her pint stood to address the crowd. The lute seemed to transform in her hands, there was a mechanical clank and she was holding a strange sword. The story that followed told of far away lands, plots, fights and the hunter and huntress academies. An hour later Tam stumbled from the tavern, his strides long and purposeful, he had found a calling, he would become a hunter!
He left the camp a week later to travel to an academy and begin his training. They had a ceremony on the night he left, more a party really, for the nomads a parting of paths is an important event, too often paths did not cross again.
Among the 'advanced' human society he has experienced much contempt and derision due to his race, originally perplexed by this he has come to accept it, for now it is enough that he can defend himself and if opportunity should arise, others.

Combat Style: Tam fights with a very aggressive all in style, he will try to overwhelm any defense with numerous attacks, always trying to keep the initiative, keep his opponent reacting. Dual short swords are not the worst defensive weapons but they certainly arn't the best, a skilled foe may well be able to overwhelm him in turn if they can whither the storm.

Strengths and Weaknesses:

Using his semblance he can move and change direction very quickly, he excels at close-mid range fighting.

He has very good night vision and natural agility.

No long range capabilities.

Can't stand his ground very effectively, has to either engage or evade.

Really doesn't like the rain. He is a cat faunus AND his semblance is fire oriented; double whammy.

Semblance:

He can make fire explode from his hands or feet. These bursts of fire can be used to propel him, or offensively, though the fire is extremely dangerous in close, at mid range it is manageable and at long range it has usually petered out. If it rains or he is underwater his semblance is weakened. [His fire is blue].

Appearance: This thin gentlemen stands 2 meters tall. Weighing 80 kilograms. His red eyes are perfectly aligned.
And can look rather threatening at times. He dresses like a businesses man which shows because of his black suit and red tie. Hiding the thin body from sight. He doesn't look physical imposing and some could even call him a pushover. His black hair is has always coned back making it look rather slick. His leather shoes are always perfectly tied. And always look very clean. His head has a big scar on the back of his head Which is hidden behind his hair. He has normal looking hands but has bitten of fingernails. His chest also bears stab scars one being just below his heart and the other ones around his stomach and a rather nasty looking scar on his lower back.

Holstered/sheathed appearance: compressed to a small black marble which he keeps in his pocket.

Form 1:
The mother form so to speak. A black floating orb which is two meters wide and two meters high.which feels like water when touched.

Form2:

Basically anything it can morph into. Tilian is able to morph it into walls, weapons, a fist almost everything. But it cant make something if it does not have enough matter to do so. The weapon is control d via a chip in Tilian's brain which was installed when he was just a baby. The chip allowed Tilian to imagine what he wants the orb to change into where to move to. Or to increase or decrease the density of the matter. However he can not have it become multiple densities at a time. He also uses three dust types. Fire,ice and electricty.
He does this by throwing dust crystals into Black sun. Fire crystals burn, Ice crystals freeze, And Electricity crystals electrocute. ( SHOCKING ISN'T IT XD I know i know i'm horrible.)

Personality: Because of Tilian's troubled past he has become somewhat paranoid trusting no one but himself. But instead of locking himself up like a crazy person he decided to act his way through life basically creating a mask to hind behind. He acts like a normal school boy who has just graduated to beacon. Which acts like every teenager should. But in fact he is a broken individual who is dead inside having no love for anything. This is the reason why he can change emotions without a problem. Lying his way through anything. He acts his way through life only becoming his true self when he is alone. He also is impossible to flirt with since he has no interests in relationships. But if need be can act like he wants to. This mask as well created as it is. Can still be broken showing Tilian's true self. A sad lonely little boy who has no one who loves him. He is very cold and emotionless when angry. He does this because when you show no emotion whatsoever. You are harder to read.and there by harder to hurt. All of this beside there is one thing that is able to put a smile on his face. Which is to kick total ass out of Grimm or his opponents.

History: Tilian's first years of his life are shrouded in mystery.( But i'm just gonna tell it because EXPOSITION!) He was born In the kingdom of mistral. To a loving family. One that he would never get to know because as soon as he was born he was stolen by an unknown organization. They needed a good test subject and since Tilian Seemed to be the best outcome they chose him. The reason they needed a baby was because of this. This organization had discovered a new material. If it came from space or was created by dust is still unknown. What is known is that the material could be used as a weapon. However controlling it seemed to be difficult . First they tried skin contact which ended in a failure. Then they tried dust Which turned out even worse. And then they came up with the chip. They could have put it in one of there scientists. Or anyone else for that matter but they grew paranoid with the idea of that turning against them. So they decided to try it on babies. Mostly to then raise the child as one of there own hoping it would become completely obedient. However the experiment was very dangerous. Which proved true considering how many babies died in the process. Tilian however survived the operation. Establishing a link between the weapon and him. The scientists rejoiced in there victory. Yet one of them grew a conscious. He was ashamed what they had done to the poor babe ripping it away from it's mother. So he decided to leave the lab. Taking Tilian with him. However he was caught in the act and was surrounded by guards. Then Tilian started to cry. No one knows why probably because it had woken up.And the weapon responded to Tilian's cries for help. It crashed into the room. It was the first and only time it acted on its own. Killing the guards by smashing them apart. It then shrunk into a small marble. The scientist then took it with him to make sure no one could use it. They then fled to Vale where he Raised Tilian as his own.
Those years where the best of Tilian's life. But then he turned 12 and everything went wrong. He was on his way back to school he was attacked by bullies. However Tilian imagined how he would kick the crap out of them.
Which happend , But not in a way he had imagined. His weapon grew into a giant fist flew over to him and punched one of the bullies right in the face. The bullies fled leaving Tilian alone with his weapon. He confronted his fake father about it. He then told Tilian the truth. Tilian was shocked and ran away from his fake father. The next following years where difficult as he tried to survive in the streets. discovering the powers it had.
At the age of 14 he started to join a group of thieves. They ran heists all over town and even earned a nickname. Then it all went to shit. They where doing a heist in a museum. But it went wrong and they left Tilian for dead. Tilian fought of security but in the end was captured. Then he met Ozpin who offerd him a choice. Either go into jail, or become a hunter. Tilian decided to go with the latter.

Combat style: He likes to attack his enemies from afar. Using whatever he can imagine. If he is able to damage his opponent he will then grab it and fling it around. And when attacks he creates a shield around him to prevent incoming blows.

Strengths and weaknesses: As good he is in attacking and defending himself. when it comes down to it on his own physical strength. He is very easy to beat. Since he uses his weapon for almost everything he lacks the strength or speed to really defend himself. When his weapon is not there. Beside that is that if he fights for to long he will start to get horrible headaches. Preventing him from concentrating.

Semblance Nightmare Manifestation: Tilian has the ability to delve into the minds of others and see their worst fears. With this image of an object or person, he can use his weapon to create a replica of the person's fear and use it to fight against them. Limited to one at a time, and Tilian cannot read into the persons mind any more than that. It is the only secret revealed to him.

Blossoming Hope appears as a simple Bow with a rose Bud atop the limb's tip and a few Rose Quartz embedded into the limbs and grip, the body of the bow looks to be a simple branch but in reality it's sturdy yet bendable enough to be use as a powerful Bow if it had a sting.

Form 1:
Blossoming Hope's combat form looks almost the same as it does while sheathed with the two biggest difference being is that a string is made from the upper ad lower limb's made out of refined form of dust compatible with the Rosaline family Semblance and the Cherry Blossom atop the upper limb fully blossoms.

Personality:
Paris is a flirty, confidant, well spoken and affable person. An extrovert though and though as he loves being around others and spending time with his team members, otherwise he gets overwhelmed by his emotions when left alone for an extended amount of time. Because of this he loves being the center of attention and the feeling of being loved and needed by others, although he sometimes comes off as needy and high maintenance because of this. For all his confidence he still deals with self doubt and fear about his future. He is hard working at everything he does to the point of obsession, rather it's school work, hunting Grimm,  playing video games or even cleaning up after everybody in his team, he always needs to be doing something at all times.

History:  
Paris is the only child of the famous Rosaline smiting family of Vale, living a life of high expectations and responsibilities, but also of luxury and wealth.  Even from a young age he was being trained in the way of weapon making as well as tending to the family's historic Cherry Blossom tree, a job that belongs to the Rosaline' heir and Leader. Paris hated all the expectations placed on him and his duties to his family, and he desires nothing but to get away from his predestined life and make a name for himself.

He will become a Huntsman.

Huntsmen and Huntresses in the Rosaline' family are rare and far between but not impossible as their family Semblance gives them a unique fighting stlye by controlling the dust within the Cherry Blossom tree and making a normally weak material into powerful weapons with powerful attacks and abilities. Paris' made his weapon out of a branch and fashioned it into a bow with a single bud that blossoms during combat. It was the only thing he was never given by his parents  as they forbade him from fighting at first since being the heir apparent means if he died or gets hurt the family would be Heir - less and the Tree would lack a care Taker. But Paris was adamant on his choice and after weeks and months of arguing he managed to convince his parents to let him join signal to train with the excuse that his Semblance will be stronger so it would be more useful to taking care of the cherry blossom.

In his years at signal he did his best to be more then his last name and heritage, he had high grades both in grades and combat pratice, but it was never enough to make his parents stop asking him if he wants to quit and come back home as they didn't see his full potential. He always says no, and was getting tired of never reaching his parent high expectations and would avoid talking to them as long as he could.

After Signal he joined Beacon where he became a part of team PYCH, it is now their second year and he's ready to do better.

Paris's Semblance is hereditary being transferred to each member of his family. This Semblance is the power to control and stabilized dust and use it effects to its fullest even without a weapon but he needs to be incredably close to the dust to do so. The main use of this Semblance is that they are able to use a rare type of weapon made out of an Acient Cheery blossom tree that has been infused with dust, that amplify the power of the dust within the weapon and can use it to shoot out powerful lasers beams, for example it can shoot out lasers that freezes, burns, Paralyzes and explode.

Appearance: The appearance of Sapphire is much like the picture, though she also has a tail. Her outfit is just like that in the picture, though her tights and jacket are a blue colour. She stands at just below average height for a girl her age, and is below the average weight.

Weapon Name: Gemtra

Weapon Appearance/Function: The general appearance of Gemtra is like a longsword, however with a special sapphire gem within that expands and forms the sword itself. The weapon is generally used for combat.
Type: Melee-Defense, Range, multi-form, non-aura interactive
Weapon Derivation: Gemtra was inspired by knights of the past, whom carried swords and shields in either hand.

Holstered/Sheathed Appearance: When sheathed (or holstered, whichever way you prefer to put it), Gemtra is only the hilt of it's full form, with or without an ammunition clip within it.

Form 1: Gemtra's first form is the primary form taken when in combat. The gem of the blade runs the length of a long sword, with one sharp edge and a sharp point. This is primarily used for duelling, as well as general melee fighting.

Form 2: Form number two makes a lot of people think that Sapphire had broken Gemtra upon their first looks, however in reality, a second later, they see it had all come as planned. With the squeeze of the grip in the right spot, Gemtra splits six ways open, like a flower with it's petals. The sharp edges on it gives the impression that Gemtra shattered, however this form can be used for both melee and ranged attacks, as it opens up for the barrel in the hilt to fire. As well as this, Gemtra's second form allows for defense, as it also acts as a shield with it's wide area. Spinning the petals of the 'shattered' weapon also has the advantage of making it an effective barrier against attacks.

Form 3: The third form is not exactly a proper form, it's actually the holstered form of Gemtra. When in the holstered form, if it has an ammunition clip inserted, it can act as a simple pistol.

Personality: Sapphire constantly giggly and excitable, often squealing out in joy. However, at the same time, she is only like that when around her friends and her team, as she is slightly shy. Generally, though, she considers someone a friend if she gets used to them quickly, and she keeps happy even around people she does not know. Sapphire also often presents her cat side, intentionally or unintentionally, by purring, for example, or meowing. She is also affected by catlike things, like catnip or cat toys, like remote control mice. There are some things that Sapphire does not like to talk about, such as her past, and she usually tries to avoid answering about them.

History: It was not long after Sapphire first discovered hunters and huntresses in books filled with stories of their great deeds that she herself wanted to become a huntress. Her parents, whom both were White Fang members, trained her to fight, but not for good. They wanted her to be like them, to bomb trains, to fight for the White Fang. However, Sapphire only realized this after she accompanied them and a few other members of the White Fang on some raids. After that, taking her weapon and some life essentials with her, she left. The worst of it all was that at that time she was only eight.

Sapphire lived on her own for two years before being picked up by a huntress who had long since passed her own training. Seeing the young Faunus' state, the huntress, miss Diamond Pearl, took her in. Upon realizing that young Sapphire wished to be a huntress, Diamond assisted her in upgrading her sword to be a better, more efficient weapon.

Just after her sixteenth birthday, Sapphire's home village was attacked by a sudden surge of Grimm that broke through the walls meant to hold them back. Everything was torn apart in front of her, from homes to her adoptive mother Diamond. Only by a thread did Sapphire survive by fighting her way through the hordes of Grimm until they finally stopped coming. It was later discovered that the wall fell because of a White Fang bomb.

It was this great feat that granted Sapphire one year early access into what was known as Beacon academy. She passed the original initiation, in the Emerald Forest, and was assigned to team FRST, also known as team Frost. Now, Sapphire is a second year student, though still the age of a first year.

Strengths and Weaknesses: Sapphire is proficient in close-up combat, however she is still able to do ranged combat with the ranged form of Gemtra. Sapphire has a fear of water, and when angry she generally just loses control of herself. The same can be said when she is upset.
Semblance: Fuel of Tears: Sapphire's power grows if she has tears running down her cheeks. This doesn't work with fake tears; if she is trying to fake crying, for example, to make her power grow. Unfortunately in addition to this, Sapphire grows angrier with each tear, depending on the situation. It's either that, or she just sobs sadly.

Race: Deer faunus (as a deer Faunus she has a couple quirks. Startles easily, eats vegetables almost exclusively, hates meat though she can eat it. Has horns obviously, but also a deers ears bit no tail. Naturally a bit nervous)

Further appearance: Heather is rather petite, standing at a mere 5'2 she is slim and lithe only weighing only 133 lb.. Her hair is normally in forward pigtails like above, though she has been known to occasionally experiment with more exotic styles, not always working out so great. Shy prefers short dresses and combat skirts to pants, mixed with stockings. She prefers boots to other footwear and allways has on gloves if outside of her armor. Heathers abs are more developed than that of most girls, though her arms appear to be only slightly more muscled along with her legs, though she is no body builderor anything like that, the diference is noticeble on just slightly closer than a glance (if her legs and arms are uncovered that is, or her midrif I suppose :) )As she focuses on heavy hitting, Heather does wear armor. Her armor is made of several plates of metal connected with an underlying weave of steelsilk. It cover her chest, top of her mid-riff and her arms. She wears a bronze scarf to cover her neck. The armor itself is mint green, lighter than most of what she wears underneath it. She keeps her legs unarmored to avoid hampering the movement of her legs, the amor had no helmet as she prefers not to cover her horns.

Type: Two forms, sheathed and unshaeathed, melee with single medium range ability, dust use

Weapon derivation: Uchigatana/Kanabo

Holstered/sheathed appearance: Worn with the Uchi blade up, the sheath and blade hilt making up the canabo, but curved to fit the sword. Despite the Kanabo sheathes length and size, she carries at her waist like a regular Uchigatana would be.

Weapon appearaance: The Kanabo serves as the sheathe, meaning it is curved unlike a classic Kanabo. Made of black steel, the studs are stainless. THe Uchigatana itself has a white blade, stained from constantly being heated in the Kanabo sheathe.

Form 1: Full Kanabo In its base form, the weapon functions as a full Kanabo about four and a half feet tall, almost as tall as Heather herself (though it has the uchigatanas hilt guard), if more curved than an ordinary Kanabo. In this form it can release small explosions of fire by flaring the studs, originating from the dust vials inserted into its top.

Form 2: Uchigatana/Short kanabo: In this form Heather wields the heavy short Kanabo in her left hand and the Uchi blade in her right. The blade is almost always very hot, often steaming for awhile after being seperated. An interesting ability can be used when first unsheathing the blade. If she pumps all the dust remaining into the the Kanabo before seperating the Uchi, Heather can release a large gout of flame from the sheathe, reaching out to 60 or 70 feet in a cone of about 20 or 30 feet.

Personality: Heather is a reserved and rather shy person in general. She speaks softly(and carries a big stick) and often avoids directly confronting people over issues if she can avoid it. She remains reserved and rarely shares her thoughts or feelings with others, even friends. Most of the time, she comes off as rather socially awkward and shy in the extreme, its hard for her to get particularly close to anyone. In spite of how she normally is, Heather excels and comes into an almost opposite personality when in the thick of a melee, using her weapon Malice with an almost brutal amount of passion and glee. Though still rarely talking, there is no reserve in the way she fights or acts in a combat, throwing her all into what she believes is the ultimate form of self expression.

History: Heather was born and raised in Vale, but not like most children. Her parents were drifters, with no real time to raise a child, so they did what they thought was right. She was dropped at the doorstep of house in the richer district of vale, the owner surprised when he discovered a small faunus child on his porch. He quickly dropped the baby at an orphanage, unwilling to raise any sort of Faunus. Heather was in the poor orphanage until she was about 4, when the orphanage was destroyed by the white fang. After that the chilldren were seperated and taken into many different institutions and groups, Heather was lucky enough to be "adopted" by one Hanna Mint, a human socilite in Vale. However, this was not done out of the kindness of her heart, Hanna was infertile and a widow, as her husband had been a huntsman who died fighting Grimm., and Hanna wanted a legacy, she wanted a child who would be a famous huntsman. To this end, Heather Di Mint, as she was named by her new mother, was almost never not training. Wether learning to use dust, strengthening her Aura, learning her semblance or rigourous physical training she was almost never doing anything else. Though Hanna Mint was not a huntress herself, she had a large inheritance invested into many succesful companies, meaning that though she never went to Signal Heather always had a tutor, often several at once. Schooled this way, isolated from others of her age Heather became introverted in the extreme, being shy around anyone who wasn't her mother, who she only ever wanted to impress. To this end she worked hard, enduring all of her training no matter how difficult or trying it got. Then, when she caame of age, she was admitted into beacon. Now on her second year, Heather has still opened up very little, remaining the shy introvert she has been since year one, no one has managed to become close enough to her to open up just yet.

Combat style:When one full size Kanabo Heather focuses on a combination of heavy ground destroying hits and blocking. After transforming, if she uses it as a flamethrower firt, she then dispatches any defense, changing to a full offensive push, using the shorter Kanabo and Uchigatana in tandem to hti her opponent with a flurry of blows, much faster than her full Kanabo. Without her weapons, Heather is a student of drunken boxing, meaning though not AS dangerous, she can continue to fight effectively.

Strengths and weaknesses: Heather is incredibly strong in spite of her size from years of training her body, also granting her far more fortitude than someone of her size should have which is improved further by her armor. However, also unlike other fighters of her size, her reactions and the speed of her attack are hampered by her armor and she puts to much strength behind most of her attacks, leaving her more open for counters than most other hunters if she misses. Her semblence somewhat makes up for these deficiencies, making her far harder to hit, not necasarily because she is faster or has better reflexes, but it makes guessing her moves far more difficult.

Semblance: Vanish in smoke- Heather is withdrawn and enjoys little more than practicing or studying alone, her semblance reflects her shy nature. Upon its use Heather begins to smoke... literally parts of her body begin exude coloums of smoke as if from a huge dying fire. The smoke obscures her motions, making her strikes harder to predict, and making her harder to hit. In addition to valing her movements, Heather can strike out with the buring smoke, able to blind and seriously burn opponents unlucky enough to get caught by the thrown embers. However, the semblance ownly directly increases her speed, meaning her hits come no harder and she gains no more endurance, though it gives her the oppourtunity to escape dangerous situations. The one truly offensive capability she calls "smoking blade", where she channels the smoke purely to her blade or Kanabo(or both though this is more difficult) adding both the ability to seriously burn opponents as well as seperate groups by spreading the smoke with rapid or heavy strikes, throughing the choking, burning smoke into the air. If used in tandem with the Kanabo's flamethrower attack, Heather can create a sort of extreme burning smog blinding, burning and choking anyone or anything caught in the cone of thick black smog.

Appearance:
Standing at 6'1" and built quite athletically, Rust is just what one might expect of somebody raised to fight- That is to say, a bit of a heartthrob without realizing it. Generally a bit rugged in grooming, his hair is usually a mess, his beard is scruffy, and while clean, he looks like he just needs a hot shower, a nap, and somebody to iron the massive amount of wrinkles from his clothes. His eyes are the color of his name- a faint orange hue, with small flecks of darker orange- Like rust on iron in the light of dusk. He tends to dress casually, in jeans, combat boots, and a wrinkled button-up flannel hanging open over a T-shirt.

He has his personal crest inked into his shoulder in the same color as his eyes.

Weapon Appearance/Function:
Sear and Scorch are twin trench blades with some interesting features- Meant for punching, stabbing, and slashing all- Or even for slinging around on chains!

Trench Knives and Chain whips.

Holstered/Sheathed Appearance:

The knvies are twin blades- Identical. The three gems in each are foci crystals for his aura, and glow a dark orange. His personal crest, of course, replaced the flame pattern on the blade. The two are sheathed on each of his thighs in dark leather scabbards- He's never seen without them, no matter where he is.

Form 1:
The knives are both on chains, which are hidden in the knuckle-guards of the hilts. At a flick of his wrist, the blades can move on these chains to switch sides- Making for easy transitioning from forehand to backhand grips.

Form 2:
Those hidden chains are actually quite long- And on command, come free entirely from the hilts, turning the daggers into excessively deadly chain whips... With very sharp blades on the end, of course.

Personality:
Rust is, generally, a pretty chill person- He likes to sleep, he likes to snooze, he loves to doze- basically, he's just a walking ball of sleepiness. But, this isn't to say he isn't interested in things around him- If one can spark his interest enough to get him out of bed, he proves to actually be quite hyper and inquisitive. When it comes to fighting, however, a drastic change comes over him- Being a Hunter is, as he puts it, in the family blood. He treats fighting like an artist treats his masterpiece- Every step, every stroke of his knives has to be perfect, has to flow. Often times his fighting and dancing have been compared, rather rightfully so. Put simply- He loves to sleep. And he lives to fight.

History:
Rust's family line isn't particularly famous- But there hasn't been a male in the family tree yet that didn't wind up being a Hunter, and the majority of women in the family also went down the Huntress's path. Rust was, of course, no different. Even before attending Signal academy, he spent most of his time training with his father and two older brothers. He already had his weapons by the time he joined Signal, and graduated with outstanding marks to go on to Beacon. His family life is, despite the family business, quite normal- He goes home for the holidays, everybody either hates each other or loves each other... Pretty average family, really. Excepting, of course, for the occasional spar that takes place on the dinner table in place of eating.

Combat Style:
Comparable to dancing- Fluid, graceful, and yet quite lethal when applied appropriately.

Strengths and Weaknesses:
Against balanced and quick fighters, Rust has the upper hand- As far as grace and agility go, he has it in spades. But against opponents of raw, brute strength, he struggles a bit without help from the team, simply because they tend to out-tank him, and his game will begin to slip in extended fights, due to his rather average stamina levels.

He also has a weakness for puppies and kittens- If it's fluffy and adorable, he simply has to stop and cuddle them.... No matter -where- he is. Even in the middle of a fight.... Well, unless he's taking it seriously enough.

Semblance:
Rust's semblance is, in a word, heat. This is not to be confused with fire- He can't create flame in the least. Rather, he simply creates pure heat waves, without the blaze. This keeps his body temperature abnormally high- At a point that would actually put most people in the hospital. If he applies focus to this ability, he can produce enough heat to turn rock molten, melt most metals, or give people third degree burns almost on contact. He has this, thankfully, well under control. He hasn't accidentally burned anybody since childhood. He is also able to channel this ability safely through the gems in Sear and Scorch, the blades enhanced with his own aura so that, despite reaching temperatures more than high enough, they will not melt when he heats them. When channeling his semblance, heat waves visibly radiate off of his body, warping the air around him like one might see over a grill in summer.

Yami stands at 6'0 tall while having a lean build to his body. Yami wears a black jacket over a red hoodie that covers up a thin layer of modern day chain mail like material to help stop any blow that may catch him in the body. Along with his black jacket and red hoodie, Yami wears black pants to match, with Red combat boots that match the same color as his hoodie. A necklace that has a upside down V emblem on a locket is located around Yami's neck at all times. The locket was passed down generations in his family, said to bring good luck to whoever has it on. Yami wears a large wrist gauntlet on his left wrist, that stores the many crossbow bolts in it for easy loading. Yami's weapon is held inside a large backpack that is carried by Yami at all times. Inside the backpack is a assortment of items used by Yami on a daily basis, especially a large notebook filled with Yami's writings and drawings.

Form 1:
The form Scarlet Fever first takes is the Crossbow form. This form allows Yami to shoot dust powered bolts from the crossbow at a safe distance. The bolts are located in the gauntlet that Yami wears on his left wrist, which Yami can place the bottom of the gauntlet on the loading bay and the Bolt drops out onto it, ready to be fired. Yami can fire a array of dust powered bolts from Fire, to Ice.

Form 2:
The second form Scarlet Fever takes is the modified form of a modern day Ice Pick. The large Ice Pick is a two handed weapon, that is durable and strong enough to hold Yami's weight if he needs to latch onto something, and strong enough to take on a Grimm head on.

Personality:
Yami is a very quiet individual, rarely speaking even to his teammates and friends. Choosing a life of peace and quiet has always seemed like the best choice for Yami, usually taking a more relaxed and chilled path through life than the party animal wild type. Using his free time to read, write, or draw. Yami is a very literate person, knowing many different novels front to back. Yami will keep to himself on matters, only speaking up to give his opinion when asked for it. Because of his very quiet and laid back nature, Yami tends to sneak up on people by accident, his presence not able to be detected by humans and faunus alike. Always keeping to himself has gotten him the reputation that he doesn't care for anyone but himself, but that is far from the truth. Yami cares for those around him, but never has the courage or drive to truly show them that he cares.

History:
Yami grew up a only child to a single mother who was always away at work. Yami never really got out of the house much, never really talking to the kids in his class or the kids in his neighborhood. Yami always wanted to get out one day and show people how much fun he can really have but the day never came, he got older and older and the window of opportunity was getting smaller and smaller. Yami knew he had to do something spectacular in order to do something with his life. That's when Yami started researching about the job of being a Hunter. Yami never really wanted to be one per-say, but when he started training he couldn't stop. From the early morning hours when his mom left for work to the days of midnight, Yami trained hard in the comfort of his own home.

Yami grew older and older as his skills began to sharpen, Yami's mother had noticed the change in her son and knew instantly what had changed him so much. Yami's mother one day stayed home from work, pretending to leave the house only to walk outside to see Yami working hard at becoming a hunter, doing basic technique exercises. Yami's mother stopped him and led him to her bed room where she opened the closet to reveal a large, dusty trunk under a heap of clothes. Inside the trunk was Yami's future weapon "Scarlet Fever". The weapon had belonged to his father, who on mission died, only to leave behind his weapon for his son. Yami took the weapon and honed his skills even more with it.

Yami got accepted into Beacon the following year, learning more about fighting, Grimm and all around knowledge more than he ever has. A whole year has passed at beacon for him, and he hopes the first year goes just a smoothly as it did last year.

If someone concentrates hard enough, they can see the outline of his body or if he makes a noise it can easily give away his position.

Appearance: Carlin is a tall, slender girl standing at an even 6 feet and weighing only about 150 pounds. Her hair is silver so pale it is practically white. She often has a head band writhed with live flowers in her hair, a nod to her semblance. They can change colors and level of bloom depending on her mood. She is often dressed in a light clothing, allowing her maximum levels of movement. She is most commonly in tight shorts( normally in a shade of green) and some form of leotard, often in honey or golden brown colors. Boots and bolo jackets of matching color round out the outfit and help keep her extremities warm. She often has belt around her waist, covered in pouches and filled with carefully contained dust refills for her staff.

Weapon appearance: Glasir while not in use looks to bee a simple staff made of wood, but it is far more complex of a tool than that. It was a family hairloom passed down for generations in the Hazel family to each child who had the gift for dust witchery. It is tough enough to withstand blows that would easily splinter or destroy normal wooden staves, and when it is being used to manipulate dust and aura it takes on a amber brown color and a jewel like appearance.


Personality: Carlin doesn't often reflect her families preferred image. While she can look the part of a elegant young lady or the dignified warrior woman, she hardly acts the part. She has a tendency to react with great passion to things. Okay that's was putting it lightly. Carlin is a nerd. She's a deeply passionate dork who cares strongly for many things and isn't afraid to express herself in any way she sees fit. This is especially true when it comes to the dust, aura, and semblances. She is fascinated with what the human soul is capable of as well as what it can accomplish working in tandem with the very elemental forces of all creation. It just makes her so excited.

History: Carlin comes from prestigious family, one that deals in various sectors of business and has a very long line of hunters they take pride in. Some say they can trace their lineage back to the earliest days of humanity and claim that the Hazel family were among first to discover and weaponize the use of dust during the dark age of grim dominance over the world. Though as far as Carlin knows they have no real way to prove these outlandish claims and that seems like so much fluff and bluster from a old rich family of warriors who want to add another feather in their cap. here is what she knows for sure. She comes from a family who have been hunters for as long as anyone can remember, they are especially known for producing gifted dust mages, and she is the latest in their line to show the gift.

Carlin, the Eldest child of the families head, isn't exactly seen as the best showing the family has given over the years. She has often been the black sheep, not interested in their protocols and image. Of all the strange things the little girl was interested in HELPING people. Not to say the family was callous or un willing to give aid, what with the long line of hunters upholding their noble name, it just they tend to do things a certain way. They want to cultivate a specific image, and Carlin has never jived with that. She has always been her own person and fiercely defiant to anyone who says she should be anyone other than herself. Despite it leaving a bitter taste in their mouth she was the only one of the current children to show any aptitude for being a dust mage, and thus the talent had to be nurtured and the legacy of the Hazel family upheld. So off to battle school she went.

Combat Style: While Carlin is no slouch when it comes to weapons combat, being a rather skilled staff fighter, it is not her preferred method of combat. being a dust mage she tends to live in middle range where she can feel the flow of the battle around her, allowing her to keep her distance from her foes and deliver aura and dust fueled magical strikes in a manner that minimizes the chance to catching partners in cross fire.

Strengths and Weaknesses: She is a glass cannon. Few people can deliver such diverse and explosive attacks as a dust witch, fire lighting ice, at her commanded. Her limit is her aura, dust supplies, and her imagination. But she is a light weight, she cares little in the ways of defensive capabilities and if she runs out of stamina or dust her capabilities become limited.

Semblance: 'spring' she calls it. She is able to manipulate nearby plant life, Making branches and vines move at her will, She can stimulate the growth and death of plant life as well. they must be within about a 300 feet of here to be effected.

He has candy apple red eyes, short white hair, his right chipped fang, and it might not been seen, but he is slightly deaf in his left ear. His right arm has a tattoo of a King Taijitu staring from his shoulder and wrapping around his arm with the mouth open about to devour his hand. On his left shoulder he has a tattoo of a beowolf head. He is normally seen wearing a blue t-shirt with a design of a cross exploding from a skull as chips of bone fly from the open wound. Personality:
Razor is a kindhearted individual who wants to see people happy and keep others safe. He strives to make everyone around him feel as peaceful as possible. However, his true personality is masked by his fake personality he actually shows everyone. To anyone around him Razor comes off as rude, a jerk, and someone who people don’t like to be around. He does this because he fears that his Semblance will activate and he’d attack those around him. He pushes people away because he fears he’ll hurt someone around him. So he created a nasty personality to keep people safe from himself.

History:
Razor was raised by the Moon Bloods: a clan of wolf Faunus that lives in a small village outside the city. Dagger, the leader of the Moon Bloods and a few other clan members found Razor on the path to the village after they had finished hunting for food and herbs. Razor was only three months old and sleeping inside a cardboard box. Dagger had considered leaving Razor to the elements until Serenity offered to take care of him. Dagger knew that she had recently lost her son and husband to a pack of Grimm and agreed. Even though Serenity took care of Razor like he was her own son, Razor seemed to find his way into Dagger’s hut and fall asleep on the sheep skin rug in front of the fire pit. Even though Dagger originally saw Razor as another mouth to feed and an outsider, Dagger seemed to imprint on him and he took Razor under his wing.

Dagger acted as Razor’s father and taught him the ways of the Moon Bloods. When Razor turned 12, Dagger introduced him to the Moon Bloods way of fighting called Wolf Combat: a cross between mixed martial arts and parkour. The fighting style tapped into their animal instincts to detect danger from affair and neutralize it. However, because this form of combat was crafted to be used by wolf Faunus, Razor had a hard time learning it. It took him 5 years to finally get to a high enough level to be considered a hunter in the pack. However, even though he was a candidate to be part of the hunting pack, he still needed to go through initiation. Razor could feel the butterflies in his stomach as he stood outside the forest with some of the hunting pack. The initiation called for the candidates to travel into the woods with the hunting pack and slay their first Grimm.

Razor traveled through the woods with the pack in search of Grimm. He knew the larger the Grimm the more probability he would be accepted into the pack. However, he also knew: the bigger the Grimm, the less likely he’d make it out alive. Dagger had given Razor the very same weapons he had used when he went through initiation. Two yoyo chainsaws called Wolf Bite Yoyos. Razor and the rest of the pack stopped when they heard a twig snap, then creaking; finally he turned when he heard a massive thud. Standing where the tree had fallen was a pack of Ursas. The hunting pack readied their weapons and howled as they rushed the Grimm. Razor followed suit and attacked the first Ursa he could find by flung his yoyos at the creature. The chainsaw blades moved to the outer radius of the yoyos and began to spin just before they connected with the flesh of the Ursa. The creature roared and swiped at the strings, but Razor pulled back the yoyos before the Ursa’s claws could strike. The chainsaw blades retracted back into the yoyo so Razor could catch them.

The monster roared and rushed at Razor, but the Ursa’s path was blocked when another of its kin fell in front of it with its head cut off. Razor looked to this left and smiled when he saw Dagger holding the dead Ursa’s head. Seeing him able to take down one of the creatures gave Razor a bit more confidence. He waited for the Ursa to get close and when it swiped at Razor he dodged and attacked the Grimm bear with a furry of kicks and punches. The Ursa suddenly back handed Razor into a tree and all Razor remembered was the hit and then darkness. When Razor came to, he found he was lying in a bed in the medical hut back at the village. His left arm was wrapped in bandages and the rest of his body had bandages here and there with his ribs fully wrapped. He sat up and felt a sharp pain rush through his ribs. He sat in bed for a few seconds to let the pain subside before he was able to stand up.

When he walked outside, he saw the hunting pack had skinned three of the Ursas and was starting on the final one. However, when they saw Razor they seemed to go on the defensive which caused Razor to step back. He didn’t understand why they were looking at him like he was a Grimm. Dagger had walked out of his hut and quickly calmed down the hunting pack before asking Razor to meet him in the medical hut. When he followed Dagger back into the hut, Dagger explained why the hunting pack was scared of Razor.

According to Dagger when the Ursa knocked Razor out, it activated his Semblance. Which caused Razor to become a wild animal and attack the Ursa, but no matter how many strikes the Ursa took. The creature wouldn’t go down. However, Dagger said that there was a sickly green aura around Razor that acted like armor and when the Ursa hit the aura. Cuts formed on Razors body, but it seemed Razor didn’t feel the pain being caused to his body. Also, it seemed with each cut, Razor grew more and more insane. Dagger could tell Razor couldn’t bring down the Grimm alone so Dagger and a few others in the hunting pack helped to take the creature down. However, when the creature was finally taken down. Razor suddenly attacked Dagger and the rest of the pack like he thought they too were Grimm.

Dagger and the rest of the pact were caught off guard by his attack and before they could subdue him, Razor had injured two of the hunting pack members. Dagger said that once the aura around Razor broke. He stopped attacking them and fell unconscious. When Dagger finished, Razor’s hands were shacking. He’d never think of attacking anyone in the village. He saw them as his family, but why would he attack them without reason? Dagger told Razor he had an inner primal rage that seemed to come out when his Semblance was activated. The problem was that Razor couldn’t control when his Semblance could be turned on or off. The thought that it might turn on while he is a sleep scared him to the bone. Dagger handed Razor a flyer for an academy that trained hunters and huntresses. Dagger told Razor that this academy would help with both his inner primal rage and the control of his Semblance.

Once the aura armor is broken, his Semblance is terminated until he is able to regain enough stamina to reuse it. However, his Semblance is a double edged sword because once activated it triggers something in his mental state that causes him to go mad and attack anything and everything around him. His Semblance taps into his animal instincts and along with his madness he becomes a feral beast and losses all his humanity.

Her hair is pretty matted, as if it has not been cared for in a long time. Her eyes, while shining with fake light, cast a haunted gaze across the world, for people who can look beyond what she portrays in them. The fur in her tail and ears is equally matted, and has the look of malnorishment about it, but she never takes her clothes off, so nobody can see how she looks beneath them and confirm the theory.

The only clothes she owns is the Beacon Uniform, which she wears all the time, refusing to take it off, even for showers. This, can in time, cause the uniform to look frayed, and for her to smell ripe, either putting people off, or intruging them with the why. Her height is pretty abnormal, standing around six foot six, and with the build that would be rather well toned, were she a foot smaller. But, as it stands, she looks like butter spread across to much toast.

Weapon Name:

Weapon Appearance/Function: Sarasagi is a highly unique blade in the fact that it doesn't transform into anything. Instead, there are two small ports in the guard, that shoot out the blood the blade collects and compresses in the hilt. The blood can be fired out one of two ways, in a thin needle, or in a thick sphere. The needle, at maximum compression (roughly 15 seconds) is shot at mach 1, and is useful for head-shotting small grim over large areas. The sphere flies much slower, but at maximum compression has enough force to knock a Ursa on it's ass.

Personality: : Selena is a very, guarded person. She hides her true self behind a barrier of mirth and eccentric action, but allows the truth to stream through when he feels she is alone, or truly trusts someone. This truth is a sad, broken creature trying to survive in the world it was thrown into after the death of her family, and is haunted by a dark past that she tries to hide from everyone.

History: Selena's life till this moment has been a very dark, sorid affair. Is it not something she shares with anyone, for fear of ostrisization. This sheltered attitude leads to her being crushed by the weight of her past, not branching out or letting anyone else share the load. She has a very defined reason for wanting to become a Huntress, and it is personal to her, but she will not tell anyone if they ask. Any questions about her past are either deflected, or merely ignored.

Emblem: None, Selena does not have a Emblem.

Other: Slightly obsessed with cheese.
Color: Prismatic

Combat Style: Iaijutsu style, in what she calls 'That One Strike' stance. Highly defensive until the opitunity presents itself to eliminate the target in a single blow, wither it be from sword, or her hilt-ports.

Strengths and Weaknesses: Like all Faunus, Selena has good night vision, and a natural degree of agility that assists in her fighting style. She is very lithe of movement, prefering to stay out of the way of most people until she can see the perfect opening. However, she is known to be slightly reckless at times, and has trouble with other people, which can hamper her effectiveness in team combat.

Semblance: Mirror of Yata: This semblance gives Selena the ability to absorb and then reflect any attack that hits her, at the cost of physical exertion to use. A King Tut's strike would be more exhausting to reflect than a Beowulf's claw, for example.

Name: Renji Yamada

Appearance: Rather tall for his age Renji is 6ft 4in and weighs in at 189lbs. He lacks any hair as he shaves his head entirely. Quite religiously in fact, or rather literally. His up bringing taught him it would bring him closer to the gods. What his head does bear is a series of tattoos depicting religious text and teachings. It starts at his brow, works it way over his crest, behind his ears, and down the back of his head and neck. It then continues down his back and covers the rest of his body to his knees and elbows. He wears a straw farmers hat to protect his head from the sun when outside. The rest of his garb is rather simple. A white silk monk's robe over a tan traveler's tunic and matching slacks tied with a black cotton sash. The back of his robe and the ends of his sash bears his monestary's emblem in black and gold respectively. On his feet he wears wooden sandles with black satin straps.

Weapon Name: Serenity's Regret

Weapon Appearance and Functions:
Type: Transforming Weapon, Melee and Ranged, Dust Compatible
Weapon Derivation: Gunbai, Sickle with Chain, Getsugasan, Lever action Rifle
Holstered/Sheathed Appearance: Serenity's Regret is housed in Rifle form inside a large ebony scroll case. The case is inlaid with a golden cherry tree in bloom. The case his slung on Renji's back with a braided leather cord. It serves no other purpose but to house Serenity's Regret and her ammo, but can be easily used as a seat for two. Serenity's Regret herself uses the same black and gold motif.
Form 1: Takes the form of a Gunbai (War Fan). The fan part is actually bladed and is very sharp. The handle is about a foot long and is easily gripped by Renji. At the end of the handle is a long chain. Innitiately three feet, but can extend to five. At the other end of the chain is a sickle. It too has a foot long handle ending in a very sharp blade.
Form 2: Takes the form of a Getsugasan (Monk Spade). The chain and handles of form 1 combine to form the staff. The blade of the Gunbai transforms into a more spade shape and the sickle splits to become the creasent blade at the other end.
Form 3: Takes the form of a Lever action Rifle. The Getsugasan folds in half the staff now becoming the barrel. The blades invert to protect Renji and to become the stock and housing.

Personality: Renji has a tendency to look for the purpose in everything. Philisophical to the core the young man always has something to say about everything. Be it an inspirational quote or a verse from his monestary's teachings. Friendly and polite to all it is hard to make enemies with Renji. That is if you aren't Grimm. Never one for conflict he is quick to stop a quarrel before it even starts, but he isn't afraid to finish it. Peace, love. and harmony are very important to Renji. He finds no purpose in violence, but when it come to the forces of evil he cannot back down. If it is his purpose to die for the good of man then he will die knowing peace. Under all his seriousness though is stil a happy go lucky man always seeing the positive. Negativity begets fear and fear begets the Grimm. He swore long ago to never let fear take him. So far he has kept to his word and he never goes back on his word.

History: Renji believes he was born in Minstrel, but he is not for sure. He was abandoned as a baby on the steps of Serenity's Edge, a monestary on the east coast of Minstrel. Quite literally on the east coast. The reason it is called Serenity's Edge is the monestary is built upon a high cliff facing the ocean and the view of the rising sun is beautiful. Found and raised by the head master Renji was given his name. Life on the monestary was peaceful for the most part. It was founded 300 years ago by a legendary, by the monestary's view, Hunter. He saw the chaos in the world and saw fit to build a sactuary of peace for people to feel safe in. For two centuries it was so until a pack of Grimm sent a whole village the monestary's way after an attack. The head master of the time began a new regiment for the worthy of the brothers and sisters to train under. It was there one hundred years later Renji learn to fight, survive, and protect. All the while serving those who pilgrimage to the monestary after an attack.

At first like any other child Renji rebeled and did not see the purpose of his training. How was farming, collecting, and cleaning training? Still the headmaster saw potential in young Renji and continued his training. Obidient to his father and headmaster Renji kept up with it, but he still did not like it. That was until the year he turned thirteen. During an initiation rite he was put up to fight against his fellow initiates. Suprisingly he came on top without an ounce of formal training. Flabbergasted Renji saw the error in his logic and apologized to his father. It was then for the next three years he grew, learned, and trained. Taking inspiration from the members of old he built and contructed his weapon to emmulate their own. Funtionality, self defense, and survival were key. Gunbai and sickle for collecting, Getsugasan for self defense, and rifle for survival. On his seventeenth birthday he was sparring with a friend and a traveling Huntress just so happened to passing through. Seeing the same potential the headmaster had seen she suggested enrolling at Beacon.

Emblem: Renji adopts his monestary's emblem. It is a Butterfly in flight. Upon it's wings are the kanji for Life and Renewal respectfully. It symbolizes the cycle of life as taught and handed down by the founder of the monestary.Such is the life of the butterfly has stages so too does man, but unlike the butterfly man is not perfect. The butterfly knows it's purpose and so leads a perfect life. Man has to learn his purpose and so leads a broken life and so must renew upon death until purpose is achieved.

Combat Style: In the simplest of terms, defensive. Blocking, parrying, and using his foes momentum against them. With high stamina and strong endurance Renji likes to tire is opponent out before finishing them off with a flurry of pinpoint blows meant to disarm, dissarray, and disable them. When faced with a much larger opponent he likes to keep his distance and direct traffic while sharpshooting and making weak spots in the foes defense. He also uses certain dust infused ammunition to his advantage. Say an ally is trapped in ice. He'll use fire dust ammo to thaw them out. Then just like that ally he can trap the enemy with ice, or paralyze them with lightning. He has many other tricks up his sleeve like flash bang rounds and tranquilizers.
Strengths and Weaknesses: As stated many times above he has high stamina and strong endurance. He is also a natural born leader and an excellent debater. He can cook and knows safe and dangerous plants in the wild. Unfortunately he is not very fast. His reflexes are quick he just can't exactly sprint very well. He would give a marathon runner a run for his money. (Heh heh punny) He also has a fear of bees, heights, and letting his team down. Finally he is a bit tone deaf. A side effect of an accident with one of his flash bang rounds.
Semblance: Serenity- Renji sits and begins chanting mantras. During which he begins drawing the appropriate symbol onto a flat surface, usually the ground, with one of the dust infused ammo cartridges. Once done, the spell consumes the power of the ammo and uses it to channel the energy into allIes within hearing distance of the mantra. Once the power of the ammo is used up the spell then begins to dip into Renji's own energy reserves. Depending on the exhaustion and or injury of either Renji or his target he is sapped quicker. Usually he is ok to channel up to five minutes due to his high stamina and endurance. The down side to this is the target must be within listening distance. He can project his mantras quite well, but still might be hard to hear over the chaos of the battlefield. So, he usually saves it for after a fight or during a long journey in high alert situations. Better for just one teammate to be asleep than two or three.

Yuna is 5'6'' tall and usually has a pair of small earbuds in listing to a variety of music. Most people don't notice them due to her long hair covering them. She ALWAYS has her scarf on her as she will hide behind it when she gets nervous.

Weapon Name: Midnight Shadow

Weapon Appearance/Function: Basically the scythe in the picture other then the teal being the shade of purple as shown in the "Colour" section


Type: Midnight Shadow is a Melee and a Ranged style weapon. It can transform into a curved dagger or boomerang when needed.

Weapon Derivation: It was inspired to be a scythe that did not look like a blade but more like darkness itself, It would blend in completely in the dark if it wasn't for the purple flame like effect that came off the edges of the blade.

Holstered/Sheathed Appearance: When Holstered it folds in on its self so the darkness of the blade hides all the components while on Yunas left hip taking a similar appearance to that of a sheathed sword.

Form 1: When transformed the handle of the scythe can be retracted along with part of the blade to make a curved dagger.

Form 2: When the need for Yuna to attack from a distance her scythe can transform into a large boomerang with the same visual effect that her scythe has. This boomerang form is light enough to be able to attack at a rapid rate keeping inline with her speed and agility stats but also can carry Dust for more effects and versatility in a fight.

Personality: Yuna prefers to be alone in most aspects of her life. She does not trust people until she gets to know them. She is reserved when it comes to her emotions as she feels that they can reveal to much about what she is thinking and that it can be used against her. As she is the daughter of shopkeepers she has learned to be charismatic and able to use charm to help persuade peoples actions. Yuna can be distracted fairly easily by numerous things mainly dogs. Yuna doesn't take orders fairly well, she follow them as loosely as she can while still doing as she pleases as often as she can.

History: Yuna grew up a pretty normal life withing Vale reading stories of heroes and hearing about Hunters/Huntress and these grand adventures they have and decided she wanted that in her life so she started practicing. She is the fist in her family to do so as she comes from a long line of merchants who have owned various small shops in town. She used to always be bullied for her love and fantasy of wanting to become a huntress that she had to learn to not let it bother her. She would help her parents with the general goods store that they ran in Vale and got good ad convincing people to spend more money and helping her family. When Yuna was around the age of 10 she lost her father to a Grimm attack on the outskirts of town. This has fueled her passion for wanting to become a huntress even more.

Strengths and Weaknesses: Strengths - Speed, ability to react in stressful situations with a level head. Weakness - Not overally smart, easily zones out, not good at showing emotions so people always thinks she is bored or unimpressed.

Semblance: Haste & Slow - Much like Wiess from the show Yuna has 'glyphs' but are strictly for buffing allies with speed so that they can move faster in combat or slowing the enemy so their reaction time and speed are lessened. These effects are dependent on Yunas concentration levels so if she is fighting she cant force her abilities to be stronger but if she is off on the side lines she can basically channel them and make them more efficient. The more targets she uses them on decreases her concentration levels.

Weapon Appearance/Function:
Venus Aster's weapon is quite unconventional, to say the least. Her primary weapon. Aurora's Melody, is a flute that she uses as an outlet for her summoning capabilities.

Type:
Aurora's Melody is a very versatile weapon; In most circumstances, Venus is able to react to her opponent's tactics rather effectively. It can not only be used as a melee weapon to fight along side her teammates, but also to conjure certain creatures to fight for her cause.

Weapon Derivation:
Aurora's Melody is based on a simple woodwind instrument, a flute.

Holstered/Sheathed Appearance:
When "sheathed", Venus' weapon is stored into a small, cylindrical capsule, about the size of her hand. The capsule includes a button on the top which Venus can push to reveal her flute. By simply pressing a certain key on the flute, Aurora's Melody will once again retract into it's capsule form. This form also creates a clip that allows the white-haired musician to easily keep it on her being.

Form 1:
The retracted form of Aurora's Melody that Venus Aster usually carries it around as.

Form 2:
The most common form that Aurora's Melody goes into; the basic flute state. In this state, Venus Aster is able to activate her Semblance and conjure creatures to fight along side her. Each melody that Venus plays on the flute activates a different creature, meaning that specific beasts are bound to specific melodies. However, the stronger the beast, the longer the melody that Venus must play.

Form 3:
Aurora's Melody only takes this form when the Huntress In-Training feels that the time is right. Inside of the flute lies a hidden blade that Venus can take out by easily dismantling the flute into two pieces. After taking it apart, one half of the flute ejects a blade, about the size of her forearm, that Venus can use to fight with on the front lines.

Personality:
A real Kuudere. Venus Aster's personality mainly consists of . . . Well, nothing. Venus is anything but an open book; Constantly keeping to herself and not speaking to people too often. She is almost always calm and collected, which can sometimes be an upside with her teammates. However, as most Kuudere's are, her true personality is hidden behind the mask that is known as pain.

History:
"Alright honey, go head and open up your next gift!" My mother said to me as I violently ripped the beautifully wrapped box apart into nothing but shreds. "A flute, wow! I-I love it Mom! Thank you!" I said as I wrapped my arms around her waist. Soon enough, warm tears began to roll down my face. "Aw, Venus! There's no need to cry. I know that you've really been wanting one. I couldn't resist getting it for you on your birthday! But guess what, Venus? I've still got one more surprise for you! My mother got up from the couch, and opened up a simple jar. From the jar, she took out two airplane tickets; With my puffy eyes and all, I couldn't really make out what it said, except for one word: VALE. I once again felt my tears build up in my eyes, and then my let out a light chuckle as if she knew I would react this way. "That's right, honey. We're going to the Kingdom of Vale for the one and only Vytal festival you've been dying to see!"

That was it. This is when it all started.

"Don't worry about packing all that much. I've already done most of our packing because we're leaving today!" My mother, Zara, said in a burst of dynamic expression. I wasn't completely sure about my feelings at this point - Was I to be nervous or excited? Maybe a bit of both. However, my tears still wouldn't stop falling, so my mother brought me in for one, last hug. "I love you so much, Venus. This is all because you're the best daughter anyone could ever ask for. You've really braved all of the things we've been through with your father abandoning us and all. You mean everything to me, you know that?" She said to me as she stroked my hair. I didn't know what to say, except to be extremely grateful. My mom once again let out a light giggle as she let me go from her grasp. Alright Venus, we leave in a few hours, so if you need to pack anything else, I suggest you do it now!"

We eventually got to the airport after a long car ride that felt like forever due to my excitement. While I was in the car, I couldn't stop thinking about watching all of those Huntsman and Huntresses In-Training duke it out in the tournament. Oh, how cool it would be to become one of them - But those thoughts were for another day. Soon enough, my mom and I finished all of our boarding-related things and got onto the plane. Smooth sailing from here I suppose. "Venus, aren't you excited?! We're going to have so much fun!" My mother said to me as we sat down in our seats. "I really am Mom. I can't thank you enough for this, but I'm honestly really exhausted right now. I'm just gonna take a quiiicckkk nap." I yawned loudly as she laughed at my silliness. "Go ahead honey, you're gonna need all the rest you can get before the festival!" I nodded to her then stared outside of my window. We hadn't lifted off yet, but I was too damn sleepy to actually stay up for that. In a matter of minutes, I was already slobbering on my shoulder.

Screaming. Crying. That's all I could hear, yet I was still in my dream state.

I felt a firm hand grasp my shoulder and shake me into reality. Before I even opened my eyes, I knew something was very wrong. I then heard a whistle of air come out from above me. I opened my eyes to see that air masks had just shot out from the overhead compartments. "M-Mom! What's going on?!" I yelled over to her. "Don't worry honey, everything wi-" Then a huge jolt launched me forward into the seat in front of me, and I fell unconscious.

I woke up with sharp pains all throughout my body as if someone had just whacked me with a hammer all over my body. My surroundings seemed to be a large forest, with tall trees bearing right over me. It was nighttime, so there wasn't much light, except for a fire that was emitted from the plane crash. I tried to unbuckled my seat belt and though it was a struggle, I eventually managed to do it. I fell from my seat and onto the floor. "M-Mom! Please help me." I looked up at the my mother's seat, yet there was no one in it. I once again evaluated my surroundings, but this time, the deaths of these people really kicked in. "N-No. . . This isn't re-" I was suddenly cut off by a loud groan. It sounded like my mother! I tried standing up, but fell right back to the floor. "Come on Venus, now is not the time for this." After several tries, I was eventually able to prevail and walk at a slow wobble. I closed my eyes as I walked down the isle, as I didn't want to see the bodies. "V-Venus! I-Is that you. . ?" I heard a nearby voice call, which was obviously my mother. "Mom, where are you?!" I shouted. A hand then grabbed leg, and I yelped. Then, I looked down to see my mom, Zara, laying on the floor. "Mom!" I shouted as I tried to kneel down on the floor. This was too much. I then began to break down and heavy amounts of tears poured down my face. "Shh, don't cry, Venus. Listen to me, it's not safe here. You have to get out of here. Everything will be alright, baby. Just remember, that I always lov-"

The next thing I knew, my mother was dragged across the floor by a large paw and then killed. They were Grimm.

The adrenaline then shot throughout my body, and I made a run for it. I didn't stop running. I didn't stop crying. I didn't stop fighting for my life.

A few hours had passed, and I was still running through the forest. It was beginning to become daylight, and I felt my body begin to give out. 'This is it.' I thought. 'My final breathes.' I then fell hard against the dirt floor. My vision was hazy by this time, but I saw a silhouette approach me. I couldn't tell who it was but I could make out a few things.

Venus Asters' combat style consists of her staying on the furthest edges of the battle, where she can safely summon her creatures to aid her teammates. However, when she feels that she has conjured a solid amount of beasts or if her opponents have been weakened, Venus dashes to the head of the battle with her blade to deal the killing blows.

Strengths and Weaknesses:
+ Her agile and acrobatic like movement make it easy for her to dodge and quickly move across the battlefield.
+ The Huntress In-Training tends to be quite cooperative and compatible with her teammates.
+ Venus' battle style let's her stand on the outskirts of battle, which let's her conserve a lot of energy - She doesn't overexert herself and get tired out in battle.

- Venus' combat style can be easily countered if she is targeted first by the enemy or unable to get to a safe distance to summon her beasts.
- Her personality can sometimes leads to a lack of communication, which could jeopardize missions or battles.
- Venus Aster does not have much physical strength, which puts her at disadvantages when using her blade.

Semblance:
Venus Aster's semblance is the most important factor in the fighting style. Her semblance grants her the ability to summon mythical creatures, each with their own abilities and uses, to aid her on the field. By playing certain melodies on her flute, her emblem appears on the floor - which, in turn, develops into the creature bound to the melody.

Appearance: Nik stands at 5 ft 2 and weighs a surprising 195 lbs. Nik wears an all black half army jacket over a black and grey stripped shirt. The sleeves of the jacket come down to 3in above his elbow, the jacket also is cut off at the middle showing his shirt underneath. The stripped shirt is long sleeved. Nik also wears tan cargo pants that come down to just below his knees, on his hands he wears ash grey fingerless gloves, and on his feet he wears ash grey colored combat boots.

Weapon Derivation: Battle axe,
Holstered/Sheathed Appearance: It's held over his shoulder. Or on his back.
Form 1: Battle axe, a 3ft tall battle axe, each blade is 10in long and 5in thick. There is a n insert in the handle that allows Nik to use dust to enhance the axe's blades. The blades will, depending on the dust used, become wreathed in part of the dust elements used. Like if he used fire dust the blades would have fire over them.

Personality:Loyal,obedient,nice, and just a little bit crazy. These are just a few of the words people use to describe Nik. Being a nice guy is hard to do when most people hate you for what you are but Nik manages it nicely, Nik is one of those people who would do anything for his friends, within reason of course. But he will also do anything he can to kill Grimm. Although he may act like a puppy, he carries a dark secret with him, nobody that he has ever talked to knows that he was part of the White Fang, and he wants to keep it that way. So he puts up the front of him being a lovable puppy when in all reality he is a dangerous lone wolf. When by himself Nik becomes brooding and calculating, when not fighting, he goes from happy go lucky to dark and dangerous.

History: At the age of 7 Nik's family was killed by Grimm, which forced him to live on his own for 3 years. Found by members of The White Fang,(this was before thy went all terror-isty), Nik was raised as in the group as a member would wanted to do good for the Faunus community, that was until they went evil and started attacking people, thats when Nik got out. But it wasn't easy he quite literally had to fight his way out using his family's axe he fought and ran from the White Fang, he was chased to a river where on one side the where the White Fang who where chasing him and on the other a small pack of Grimm caught between a rock and a hard place Nik jumped into the river getting dragged down it's course he was nearly drowned, he vowed never again to go near water. At the age of 13 Nik found himself once again alone in the world, but this time he knew one thing more than he did last time, this time he knew how to fight, and it saved him more than once. He had to fight with Grimm for a while, when he tried to live in the woods, but moving to the city wasn't any better, thugs, racist, and White Fang members made it hard for him to make an honest life style having to move nearly every week. Nik had decided it was time to get back at the Grimm for killing his family, and at the White Fang for betraying his trust, so he decided to become a hunter and to do that he needed to join the closest school that trained Hunters, and that was Beacon. Though it took him a while he was eventually was able to join. The only thing he has left from his family is the battle axe he carries around, although he has made a few adjustments giving it dust capability.

Combat style: Nik's combat style is based off of a mixture of a Samurai's and a Viking's fighting style. He use a cross between precision strikes and wild swings, combining grace and ferocity. Combing the two styles of fighting was difficult but he managed he even named it The Ash Wolf style. Using the axe in a fluid of motions, when fighting the axe looks as if it where alive in Nik's hands. Many who witness it are amazed that he can maneuver his axe in such ways giving him a needed edge in combat, because if he misses he is left open to attack, his is amazing to behold true but in practice it takes a while and and great strength to work. When separated from his team Nik becomes even more dangerous, not having to fear his team accidentally getting in his way, letting him become a berserker of doom,but as said before his reckless strikes leave him open to attack.

Strengths: Nik is great at following orders and taking hits. He works best when with his team but is a capable one on one fighter. Being nearly fearless make him great at what he does and that is fighting, but it can make him a bit headstrong. Going in recklessly is something Nik does very well,and it suits his fighting style almost perfectly, but his being reckless leads him into more trouble than most would like.

Weakness: He is really weak when his semblance is active if attacks are focused upon him while it is active the team will lose a really heavy hitter. Fears water, for obvious reasons. And despite what most people think,he actually hates being out in the moonlight.

Semblance: Feral Fury: Activated only when his aura is low,(about half to a third), Nik's combat abilities increase ten fold,(and his eyes glow red),making him move faster hit harder, see more, hear more, and smell more. While his Semblance is active though he loses the ability to take a hit making him a glass cannon. When he activates his semblance means Nik and his team are about to either turn a fight in their favor or finish the fight faster, every time Nik has activated his semblance he has never lost a fight.

Appearance: When not wearing the school uniform, Dawn tends towards more casual clothes, such as jeans and plain t shirts, with the addition of a jacket if she feels in the mood. She stands about 5'8" or so, and weighs about 154 lbs. She wears her hair in a distinctive style, covering one eye, yet it doesn't really inhibit her vision at all. She tends to carry a small notepad with her, to record ideas when they pop up.

Weapon Name: Swift Iron

Type: Melee/Ranged, Defensive, uses Dust ammunition.

Weapon Derivation: Tonfa, Machine Pistols

Holstered/Sheathed Appearance: It looks like two holstered, long barreled pistols.

Form 1: It only has one form, and does not transform. To switch between the various aspects of the weapon, the tonfa are merely flipped, so the barrel points towards the enemy, and the trigger can be better gripped. Oh, and as opposed to the picture above, it's black and brown, like a regular weapon.

Personality
: Dawn is relatively laissez faire, not interfering in people's lives unless she feels like she needs to. While she can be laid back, she can also be serious when the situation calls for it. Some might see her as brooding or aloof, but that is more just because she is a contemplative person overall, one who considers her options before acting. When fighting, she moves to resolve a conflict as rapidly as possible, and in conversation she tries to keep an amicable mood, while standing for her principles as well.

History: Born in Mistral, Dawn never really considered herself the kind of person to become a Huntress. Growing up, she had been entranced by those sorts of stories, but had always figured that she would become a writer, someone to chronicle the big events, rather than be involved in them herself. That would be the province of her older brother, who she considered to be much more athletic and inclined to that sort of thing than her.

But she was mistaken. It wasn't that anything tragic happened to him, no. She found herself being swayed by the rise in violence, and the desire that she had to do something to help out, to put a stop to it. Radicalism couldn't be allowed to rule the day. Her parents supported her, giving her training in martial arts for self defense, just in case. She quickly found that she had a knack for it, and even competed in a tournament or two, though she didn't win anything.

It was at one of those tournaments that she was scouted by a recruiting agent from Beacon, trying to get her to enter. It took some thought, but eventually she agreed. Not only would she get to help people, but she would also get access to a top notch education at the same time. Even if she didn't continue on as a Huntress, that would be worth a lot. So with the well wishes of her older brother and her parents, she headed off, to begin her education.

Combat Style: When fighting at range, Dawn is offensive focused, keeping enemies suppressed so that her teammates can close in and get to dealing damage, as well as dealing with more armored targets.

At close range she follows a more defensive style, akin to Okinawan Martial Arts. She uses it for protection along the arm and blocking, then for swift strikes and thrusts, relying on speed and reflexes to aid in that defense, aiming to wear down her opponent before going for the kill.

Strengths and Weaknesses:
Strengths
-Very flexible between ranged and melee capabilities.
-Defensive style is effective at conserving Aura, making her a more effective long term fighter.
-Speed and agility are unhindered.

Weaknesses
-No effective counter for heavy ranged or melee weapons.
-Sufficient armor can bypass her offensive capabilities.
-Not as geared towards combating Grimm as it is people.

Semblance: Word crafting - Dawn's semblance is a bit unusual. By writing down something and then channeling her Aura into it, she can create a 'Shade' a copy of whatever it was that she wrote down. The more Aura she puts into it, the more solid and tangible it will be. This can also be used for effects, if she attaches the paper to the object she wants affected, and like above the more energy she puts in, the more drastic the effect is.

He has a large, red sunset tattoed across his back. 6 ft. 7 inches, weighes aprox. 84 kg. Has three long scars across his chest down to his hip diagonally from his left shoulder. His right eye is yellow whereas his left eye is red. When he's walking around the school its just shirt, tie, jacket and black pants. When on the field he dons a simple iron right-shoulder piece, an iron chestplate, and an iron plated shinguard all on top of what he usually wears.

Personality:
Liam only interacts with those he considers friends or people who are of significant nature to him. With a long history of finding that those he trust betray him eventually he has a hard time making friends, he only trusts those who best him in combat wich many have tried to and failed miserably. in his free time he usually trains, cleans his weapon or is studying. He is of average intelligence and passes his classes with average marks. But in the field he stratagises thinking only of keeping his entire team safe and the enemy eliminated.

History:
"HOW DARE YOU SPEAK TO ME THAT WAY!" The last words Liam heard from his father before he walked away from the life his father forced him into. From a young age Liam was raised as the son of a wealthy human man, who owned a large arms and demolitions company. His father pompered Liam into the luxurious life, but this was only in public, at home his father never cared about Liam, never recieving any approval or even having a single thought of his listened to, this was due to his mother being a faunus. Liam was born to a working owl faunus who worked in one of the factories of his fathers company.
But as Liam grew up reading and watching the stories of famous Hunters and Huntresses wishing that he could follow their footsteps. He wanted to help those less fortunate than himself, but as he grew older he learned that coorporations like his father were inflicting pain and suffering onto the less fortunate, that Liam longed to protect. This caused Liams world to be torn down. After months of almost complete isolation Liam had started to piece his world back together, he trained, studied and even used his fathers resources to design his weapon. He figured that if something had to be done then do it. Even if it made him out to be the bad guy.
His father never approved of him becoming a Hunter, as he wanted his heir to run his company, but the day Liam left proved him wrong. Liam came into his fathers study and confronted him.
"My mother is dead isn't she?" Liam asked, coldly, his eyes peirced his fathers.
"Yes." His father replied, equally coldly, looking at Liams pack he asked his own question.
"Going somewhere i presume?"
"As a matter of fact, yes. I'm off to become a Hunter." Liam replied not taking his eyes off his father. His father only laughed in reply, he simply sat back down and sipped his drink.
"Sip your drink, I don't care." He said walking away, "Oh, by the way, I'm going to burn your company to the ground." The glass in his fathers hand smashes.
"You think you have to power to destroy this company BOY?"
Liam grinned for the first time in years.
"Watch. Me."
His fathered stood and shouted across the room.
"HOW DARE YOU SPEAK TO ME THAT WAY!" As Liam walked away to start his new life.

Combat Style: Liam uses his Chaingun to lay down supportive fire while his team fights in front of him. If enemies get to close he can utilise the sword part of his weapon to fight off enemies. Although he is primarily support based, Liam can, if neccessary, hold his own ground by himself.
Strengths and Weaknesses:
+ Due to his owl heritage, Liam has a heightend sense of sound and sight
+ Liam's strength surpasses that of any normal person
-Liam is not fast, due to his weapon being really heavy, he usually relies on utilising one position to provide support.
-Liam weapon range can cover a short to medium area but has a massive spread the further the target.
Semblance: Liams semblance allows him to cover a 10ft radius with a dome like shield that nothing breaks through. Although he needs to concentrate on keeping the shield up, it also drains his stamina quickly only allowing him to use his semblance for a short period of time.
