Name: Sakura Aoba
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Height: 170 cm/5'6''
Weight: 57 kg
Personality: A withdrawn and shy man with a certain love for drama. Though most definitely not a people's person, Aoba does yearn for contact with them, despite his trying to convince himself otherwise.
He is socially inept, an overthinker and socially anxious all wrapped up in a single person. One would believe that he is a difficult person but that's only before you know him. He suffers from the 'Resting Bitch Face Syndrome' (go google it) and seems to be always glaring, when in truth he is just trying to avert his gaze from everybody else, try and avoid direct eye contact.
If you can look past his seemingly perpetual glare and approach him he will, at first, be pretty quiet and in deep thought, thinking about just what kind of person you are, and why you are trying to approach. Once he can get past his initial insecurities, you'll regret ever thinking that he was a quiet boy who just kind of liked to hear you talk.
Aoba, with his friends and family, is a non-stop talking machine. Foul-mouthed, quick witted and sarcastic, he'll jump from subject to subject even if you can't follow up with his conversation.
He'll cover each and every one of his favorite subjects, which include technology, video games, music, books, writing, anime and manga. Again, if you cannot understand what he is saying, he'll go on talking anyway.
From here is from his love for drama comes out. Unlike several other people who prefer violence in their fiction, Aoba is actually a hopeless romantic and a lover of everything with a good story behind it. If it's got no story, then he's not interested, even if it is a short one.
Hence, he was a mangaka while he was still alive, though he mostly drew for the internet. It wasn't until he started posting his work on the internet that everything went downhill...
Short Bio: He's always been that one straight A student in school. He was able to piss off bullies but, somehow, befriended them afterwards. He had an strange talent like that.
He like playing video games but made sure to not drink any alcohol or anything. He abided by most laws and kept himself out of problems. He was the perfect son, and both his mother and father were happy with him.
They spoiled him and gave him just about anything he wanted, as long as he kept up his good grades. What Aoba always asked for were video games, consoles, fantasy or sci-fi books, and finally, some drawing classes for him to become a mangaka.
He was never scarce in money, though he was most definitely not rich. His parents thought that a guy like him could become a succesful mangaka with some effort.
In high school, he started living alone and started attending drawing classes to learn how to become a mangaka. What his parents never thought, however, was that his living alone would be an error they would come to regret.
A man easily swayed by his passion, Aoba started spending more and more time inside his room, until he eventually stopped going to school altogether. He drew and drew until his wrist hurt, but when he posted his work online... he was lucky if one or two people got to saw it.
Thinking he was not pushing himself hard enough, he continued practicing and practicing inside his room, eating less and less. He died in the inside of his room, and his body was not found until a week later by her mother, who got worried after he did not answer any of her calls and paid him a visit.
In the screen of his computer, the words "WHY IS IT STILL NOT ENOUGH?!" were written. Aoba's body was still holding the pen with which he drew and in his lap was the tablet he used to draw.
Ironically, his work became more popular after his death.
Other: He usually carried around several electronics while in real life. He'll probably do the same once he gets some more of them.
He also claims to feel 'naked' without a pair of headphones or earphones around his neck.
