I'm not declaring him "out" yet, but I will do so if we get through most of the battle without him posting. I definitely won't post so that Kaze wins the tournament-- and he probably wouldn't have, anyway, since his level is significantly lower than the others.

Friendly reminder that other players can occasionally put their two cents into the collab, too.

If his previous OOC post was any indication, then I don't think we will be seeing him for quite some time, let alone for the duration of the battle. Are we giving him another three days before you take over?

I'm curious to see how many people catch on to what Rebeca is doing.

Hey, @Zanavy, how liberal are we allow to be with the use of moves? Would Fire Blast be able to produce small, handy flames to light the darkness, or only massive waves of incineration? =P

You could choose not to use your power at full force, weakening its effect to some degree. Something very powerful like Fire Blast, though, would still run the risk of incinerating something. You could bring a Fire Blast down to the level of slightly less than a Flamethrower.

@Sickle-cell Heh, if you got Rebeca or Charlie worked up enough, you could probably light one off of their skin. They'd probably punch you though, so it might not be worth it.

That actually leads to something I wanted to bring up. How do we all feel about Sun/Moon updates? I probably won't be able to play it, so it doesn't matter a whole lot to me. But some people might want to have as little as possible spoiled. Would it be reasonable to ask that all Sun/Moon info be placed inside hiders? That way, people who want to keep up to date can look at them and people who want to be surprised can ignore them.

Type:Null/Silvally looks to me like humanity's somewhat horrifying attempt to frankenstein an imitation of the Pokemon God. Iiiinteresting.

I have both games pre-ordered, but I'm not going to go out of my way to avoid spoilery stuff. Pokemon's done a pretty good job of keeping the things that I consider to be important and anticipation-worthy underwraps, but we can do your suggestion if others so desire.

The Pokemon Reboot theory I linked a while ago actually explores that a little. According to the guy who made the theory, Type: Null (and by extension, Silvally) is based off the alchemic chimera; a living creature made from multiple pre-existing creatures. The classic example is the Greek Chimera, being a combination of a lion, goat, and snake. In his theory, he suggests that Type: Null is the alchemic combination of the Alolan starters and that new Normal type dog pokemon in an attempt to create and control Arceus's powers. This would be supported by Silvally's ability and signature attack (RKS System and Multi-Attack).

I'm more of a 'everything that is from the pokemon channel on youtube is okay, but the rest I don't like' guy. But as long as it isn't a huge gamebreaking spoil I can tolerate it.
