Tas won't, have to find a secondary. She has an Er to take care of, she can't run off all the time to various expeditions and expect to keep getting paid and keep a job. No steady work, no residency, no money, no apartment. Lol She'll be able to go on 1, maybe 2 if they are at least 6 months apart.

Edit: Does anyone but Dom have actual climbing experience? If not, this is going to end way bad...

All the trips will be relatively spaced apart I think, its costs a lot to go on said trips so!
Some have climbing experience....I think but probably not to Dom's extent. That's part of the adventure.

@Xtreme Lol maybe a good six months of indoor training on climbing and rigging for each person that wants to tag along before they can go? Safety, survival, climbing, everyone should learn first aide, etc.
