Ranking Class: Alchimist Class Magician
"My studies, my life's work. What you make of it, is up to you."
Magic: Alchimist; Automation
This is the primary magic that Ruri utilizes, in which she generally changes the structure of gears, springs, and mechanisms, to build her dolls, before setting them in motion.
Pythones; Imbue Spirit
Related to summoning spirits, or an ethereal consciousness, and implanting it into an object for it to control.
Neutra; Pocket Dimension
Probably one of the more simple types of magic, where Ruri can open a portal to her pocket dimension. Generally used for storage, and also where her dolls are resting when not in use.
"I can show you more misery than words can tell, so come, take my hand, let me lead you to hell."
Strengths: Ruri's strength is in creating strategies, mind games, and reading others like a book. Combined with the use of her dolls and her familiar, it makes for a very tough opponent to deal with, whether or not the fight is one of wits or force. This becomes more terrifying of an aspect, as she starts using dolls with crystallized mana inside them.
"I was a fool. Naive, innocent, but a fool nonetheless...this is the result of my foolishness."
Weaknesses: It's quite obvious that Ruri's magic is not meant to be used offensively. Also, due to having committed the taboo of casting contradicting magics, Ruri's internals are always on the brink of rupturing. Physically exerting herself, or even casting a spell from her own mana can cause her to start vomiting blood. She is unable to fight directly due to this, being rather weak and also unable to move quickly. She requires her 'dolls' or the use of an external source of magic to fight.
"This one's a bit...special, compared to the usual.."

"If you have knowledge of one's behavior habits and psychology, you can predict their every move."
Personality: Calm, collected, and efficient, many have questioned whether or not she was a construct herself. However, she is completely human, only one that is rather well versed in making herself unreadable, as well as reading others like an open book. However, she can and will tease those around her, just to incite some sort of reaction from them. This occurs more frequently the more closer a friend they are. One thing that's quite unexpected, is that honest teasing and compliments can bring up a cute reaction.
"You wish to delve into my past, even knowing I committed a taboo?"
Backstory: Ruri was born to a noble family, with specialties in machinery and automation. However, unlike the rest of the family, who were content with gaining an industrial-like monopoly, Ruri had a more exotic goal. Having constructs with their own free will and thoughts, and allowing them to mingle among the general populace, and indistinguishable from a normal person.
However, chasing after her goal with hardly a care for any dangers, this nearly killed her in the process. She had attempted to use a Medela school of magic, despite usually casting Pythones type of spells. The result was that her innards nearly became mincemeat. Even after doctors had tried their best, Ruri would never be able to heal completely, although she seems to have adapted to her problem rather quickly, although not so painless.
However, thanks to the concepts learnt from studying Medela, Ruri managed to successfully create constructs that had free will. Unfortunately, that brought a lot of attention intoned we, especially from rivaling families, and even from her own. Using the Liseranna academy as a method of escape, Ruri quickly left her family behind.
