Hanged has internet issues. My own personal feedback that has no importance what so ever is. First off that's a really cool and in-depth noble arm. Second off, by the nine that is strong af! Such stronk defense and a reasonable form of attack. O.o _{Saltly cause I think your character is stronker than mine}

@Keksalot First off, holy mother of god, it's a siege tower O_o that's really stretching the definition of "weapon before WWI" I hand in mind, but it hasn't broken any explicit rules so far xD

Anyway, didn't notice you finished 4 days ago, sorry, as you can tell, it's been tough with my net. In any case, your characters good to go, with a rank of anywhere from 1600-1500 so take your pick. He would rank higher due to his Noble Arm - which is bound to be at the very least C class, mind you - but I don't think he'd be very good academically or socially. Does that sound alright?

Yes, it sounds pretty right. He is actually good at social interactions though, due to his extremely interesting childhood where he met and dealt with many kinds of extremely interesting people, but obviously his criminal background and connections to philippine underground rings make him rank lower than he could, and despite honestly studying as hard as he can, he can hardly keep up with motherfuckers who actually went to normal school beforehand. Hopefully i'll be able to talk Takumi into pimping my brain.

Well, we lost our GM for the time being, and there's not much to do except wait, at this point. @Eklispe is apparently some sort of half-co-GM (as well as possibly me) but neither of us actually knows the story Hanged is going for and we can't just up and substitute our own.

You might want to check out Thousand Swords Heaven if you wanna, but there's not many people interested in that so far (I'd need about 3-5 to start)
