Hammond went to the cabinet The Bunny Man indicated and after opening it, unceremoniously moved kitchenware out of it. Reaching his stick in and shining a flashlight into it as well, he gave the far wall a tap, noticing an unusual amount of sawdust falling. Hammond sighed, and got back up, not returning the kitchenware he had taken out. "Well, unfortunately, you're right, you do have termites. The good news is: it's unlikely they've been here long so there shouldn't be too much structural damage. The bad news is: today is only for inspections, I'll have to schedule another day for extermination. Too bad for your ears." He said this last part with a complete lack of sympathy. "I'll still do a quick run-through of the rest of your property, if you don't mind. The rest of his inspection was mostly just a cursory glance, but he trusted the tenant's ability to hear the termites and if he didn't hear them anywhere else, then they probably weren't anywhere else.
