Man. I really wanna open those spoilers. But I can't until even later. The good news is I finally found someone to watch the movie with. The bad news is that it's now Wednesday not Monday. The good news is I can use that time for RP'ing.
I also enjoyed BvS, though I was in the minority that also enjoyed Man of Steel. My only gripes had to do with the cutting and the editing of scenes, but I knew they were going to be there going in, considering it was Zac Snyder effort.
I actually hear (spoiler free) that Afflecks portrayal of Batman is one of the best, if not the best.
Plus given it's been a month I was thinking we could do a "Post of the Month" competition or something? With each month that passes, we'll all (singularly) nominate one post as the post of the month. I'll put it on the front page or something. Do people like that idea?
People saying they enjoyed BvS have me concerned about joining the game. :-p
Seriously tho, that movie was straight trash.
@Lord Wraith how dare you have a different opinion than other people!

Honestly I'd say Batfleck is one of the best Batman we've seen on the big screen. Still lacking in the department of World's Greatest Detective but otherwise it looked and felt like Batman.Have to say though I don't really agree with some of the above spoilers or how much people are arguing that Batman does break the rules. Keaton and Bale both do the same over the course of their movies and nobody batted an eye.
@Lord Wraith I'll err on the side of caution and put this in spoilers:Neither Keaton nor Bale took anywhere near as much glee in breaking the rules as Dawn of Justice's Batman. Branding people? Branding people? There's literally nothing less Batman than that. Affleck's Batman is cruel and sadistic, he searches Clark out to combat him without so much as conducting a proper conversation with him, and he seems to enjoy brutalising people in a way other interpretations have not up to this point. I felt like I was watching Rorschach or Deathstroke instead of Batman.
Going to stop you right there and say that we've already had the best ever portrayal of the caped crusader!
As the resident Batman player I may regret admitting this but...
I loathe Adam West and his Batman. I purposely exclude everything to do with him from my personal collection because that is not Batman to me.
Early birthday present for myself: Lego Marvels Avengers.
I am not disappoint.
Though I m ay have annoyed Morden with it xD
