@LetMeDoStuff Sorry, I haven't been around very much so I wasn't able to work on my sheet. I'll try and crank it out soon! Don't let me hold you up, I'll get in at some point.

I think this oughta do it. Let me know if there's anything that should be changed.
>Full Name: Marcus Johannaes
>Nickname: Marky-Mark
>Gender: Male
>Age: 21
>Service Tag: G214
>Rank: Lance Corporal
>Fireteam:
- [Leader] Staff Sergeant Jackson-A081, Heavy Gunner "Our well and glorious leader... of the squad, rather. Unfortunately for me, he doesn't seem to get along with my existence, only tolerating it at best. In fact, I think he feels that way about all of Gamma Company- I think Dr. Haley must've slipped him a note or something. So until this guy gets it together, we're stuck with own drill sergeant nasty."
- [2.I.C.] Sergeant Cyrus-G109, Marksman "Our team's obligatory edgy wolf, spending most his time either skulking moodily or talking behind your back. Why do snipers always have to be such snobs? It not like you jerks get a higher kill count or anything, so maybe you just don't want to associate with the guys who've seen actual combat. I swear, one of these days he's gonna backstab us so hard and we won't even feel it."
- [Member] Corporal Brian-B160, Close-Quarters "Pretty chill guy. He feels more straightforward and oriented than our actual leaders, which gives our poor little squad some reprieve. We haven't really talked a lot, but I think I shared a beer with him once."
- [Member] Private First-Class James-G043, Anti-Vehicle "Alright, I'm kinda jealous of this guy. Y'know that one big laser gun that Misriah rolled out recently? James gets to use one of those, to blast apart enemy vehicles and emplacements. It's fucking awesome."
- [Member] Private First-Class Farris-B099, Assault "She's a recent transfer to the team, so I haven't really gotten to know her yet. From what I've heard, she's apparently been out of combat for a while- whether it was vacation leave or extended stationing or whatever, I don't know."
>Appearance:
>Personality: Typically level-headed and rational, with a certain pension for empathy. Loyal enough to follow orders and rebellious enough to take them loosely. Marcus isn't terribly expressive, but frequently shows emotion - typically in the form of dry wit or snappy quips. He doesn't always have a lot to share, but he'll offer what he can. Most importantly, he knows well where his respects lie, saving his snark and anger for the enemy. As such, Marcus is often observed to be an aggressive, almost excessively violent soldier while on the battlefield.
Such bouts of aggression seem to be a more controlled response of the illegally-administered 009762-OO drug within Marcus-G214's Project CHRYSANTHEMUM augmentations. It has taken him a while to reach this level (with the help of his regular administrations of counteractive drugs), and Marcus is quite determined not to lose his progress. Moreover, it is not like he is completely in control, either, as he may still yet be prone to random instances of sheer anger or frustration- those rare times when he actively seeks to avoid social interaction lest he risk inflicting undue injury.
>Armor: MJOLNIR Mark V / Grenadier Variant
>Equipment: - MA5B ICWS Assault Rifle + M301 Grenade Launcher - M6C PDW Magnum - 5x 60-round 7.62x51mm FMJ magazines - 4x 12-round .50 Magnum magazines - 7x 40mm Grenades - 3x Flashbang Grenades - 2x Satchel Charges - Combat Knife - 2 days' field rations - Personal Multi-tool - Mark V Linear Accelerator
>Armor Enhancements: Armor Lockup
>A.I.: Blank A 'dumb' A.I. designed for SPARTAN-III units observed with rampant aggression issues (primarily as a result of the illegal operations set upon Gamma Company). The smooth male voice offers psychological aid, anger management, voice of reason, and stress diffusion, monitoring chemical levels in the brain to anticipate and record mental patterns. Blank's core routines have been integrated into MJOLNIR armor issued to such given SPARTAN-IIIs, so it may continue to function to a limited degree even when ripped out of the A.I. dock. Blank does not use a projected form.
>Positive Traits: - Boasts increased pain tolerance and durability in addition to the standard SPARTAN-III augmentations. In a pinch, Mark is able to draw upon reserves of adrenaline that can drastically push his physical prowess up beyond even his limits as a Spartan, at the risk of straining his own body past the breaking point. - Fairly sociable and generally easy to get along with, outside of combat. On the battlefield, fights with a certain strict, almost businesslike fervor- at least, until he gets enraged. - Boasts notably outstanding distance judgement and depth perception.
>Negative Traits: - Gets temperamental every so often, making him unpleasant to try and reel in. Blank is designed to help mitigate these effects within combat situations. - Explosions just tend to lead to collateral damage every so often, by nature. So please, take care around him. - Frequently leans toward brash and cynical comments within active operations, which can get very grating to some.
>General Likes: Good comrades, people who share his sense of humor, success, hard cider, chicken
>General Dislikes: Falling, seeing friends die, losing to the enemy, insects, bad comrades, his dangerous temper, salad
>General Background: Planet of Origin: Reach, Epsilon Eridani System Place of Origin: Siófok, Ütközet Date of Birth: 17/11/2530
>Notable Training Records:
18/09/2537, Post-Induction Phase - In the relatively brief period following the induction of the new SPARTAN-III candidates, Marcus-B214 has lended much promise to our care. From our expanded genetic selection, Marcus found himself extracted from a relatively average background compared to the average of candidate before him, and we anticipated him to be especially unwilling to join the program. Rather, B214 proved himself to be willing to the idea of becoming a SPARTAN, almost being unreasonably excited- an unfortunate fact in the face of his below-par performance, even given his age. It is suspected that Marcus has yet to grasp the impact of becoming a SPARTAN supersoldier, or even his particular reasons why. If he does truly want this, however, then we have faith that he will discover his reasons and see his training through to the best of his ability.
03/12/2538, Yearly Evaluation - It has now been over a year since the candidate approval for the SPARTAN-III Beta Company. So far, Marcus-B214 has nearly doubled his physical performance, due in part to his natural growth and what we belive to be a greater level of determination on his part. B214 is still marred, however, by his application of predictable tactics and an inability to process information quickly and suitably enough. We understand it has been especially more difficult for B214 since we have raised the bar yet further, but such is absolutely necessary. If this one cannot keep up, then he will be eliminated from the ranks, simple as that.
11/04/2541, Primary Vetting Process - Marcus-B214 has been rigorously tested in every aspect of the expected SPARTAN-III operations. Of these projections, B214 has performed outstandingly in active combat exercise and range accuracy, but failed to meet the qualifications in field survival and tactical cohesion. B214 bears a mild issue with unwitting disobedience, attempting to adopt a mind of tactical diversity only for his actions to go against the detail of the mission. We cannot deny that Marcus has tried especially hard to improve, and has arguably done the best in doing so of every trainee we asked, but he cannot be accepted for the final augmentation procedures.
On a personal note, it does break my heart to see such ambitious souls as his being turned away from becoming a SPARTAN - that they tried their best and it could not be enough. Of the refused candidates, Marcus has seemed to take it the best, however. He's already started packing, but I don't know if I have the heart to tell him he won't be returning to his original home.
08/08/2543, Gamma Company Selection - At the behest of Lieutenant Commander Ambrose, a 13-year-old Marcus Johannes has been granted the offer to be re-introduced into the SPARTAN-III program as a member of Gamma Company- not as a drill intructor, Ambrose very firmly specified. Though it is undeniable his previous experiences within the program would stand as an invaluable example to him and others, we are once again unsure of Marcus's inclusion in the candidates given his age, time of leave, and his particular circumstances under the past couple of years. Kurt seems to expect a message of acceptance from the boy, while others among us are doubtful.
22/01/2544, Operations Training Phase - Marcus-G214 clearly possesses an above average sense of range and accuracy, but we are surprised he chooses not to pursue profession as a team marksman. Kurt theorizes it could be due to his outgoing social nature among his fellow trainees, especially the older age group of our candidate selections. Although G214 does try to keep his word professional whilst in the exercises, it seems he cannot help but try and get along with his assigned teammates, and this may serve as a boon for morale it is otherwise detrimental to vital field communication etiquette.
07/02/2551, Final Evaluation - Marcus-G214 has demonstrated a noteworthy improvement to his behavior and outlook since his time in training for Beta Company and his induction to Gamma Company. While some of us are still questioning whether or not he has become fit for duty as a SPARTAN-III, but Ambrose has made it quite clear that he intends for every one of the 330 selected candidates to pass and survive the augmentation process.
Doctor Cruz assures me the special addition to Project CHRYSANTHEMUM this time around will be introduced cleanly and quietly, and serve well for Gamma Company as a whole. He even has gone so far as to say that the likes of Marcus would benefit even further from the operation due to their naturally-induced puberty and personal adaption to it so far. For God's sake, I hope he's right.
>Specified Service Record:
OPERATION: STINGER Objective - Eliminate the Insurrectionist prescence on Onyx using a field test of combat-ready SPARTAN-III units. Outcome: UNSC Total Victory Deployed Forces: Gamma Company | 5th Air Transportation Squadron Notes: Barring a certain friendly fire incident, the SPARTAN-III fireteams deployed came out with no fatal casualites. This test of power proved an overwhelming success, and we will expect just as much from Gamma Company in the future. We believe Marcus will serve well among Fireteam Warlock.
OPERATION: DIRE CONNECTIONS Objective - Four SPARTAN-III fireteams will infiltrate a Covenant researching outpost and extract all valid information regarding the UNSC. It is of utmost importance to discover what they know of us. Outcome: UNSC Strategic/Tactical Victory Deployed Forces: Gamma Company - Fireteam Juliet, Fireteam Chariot, Fireteam Warlock, Fireteam Cosmo Notes: The preemptive loss of Fireteam Juliet is extremely unfortunate, and their fate has stirred some conflict among the other present fireteams. Sometime following the execution, Marcus-G214 performed an excessively daring feat of clearing out several Covenant groups in bloody no-survivors combat, allegedly to clear a path for his team to exfiltrate. We suspect his aggression is beginning to manifest much more apparently, but we still respect hi efforts to keep it restrained to combat environments. G214 will be extracted from Fireteam Warlock in the meantime to monitor his health.
OPERATION: BLAZEFIRE Objective - Sabotage a Covenant forward base within Inner Colony space and disable the capital ship Object of Temperance. Outcome: UNSC Tactical Victory Deployed Forces: UNSC Brave Return | Gamma Company - Fireteam Fortune Notes: A battle on two fronts, with the Brave Return executing a blitz attack on the Object of Temperance while Fireteam Fortune infiltrated the establish Covenant outpost and destroyed their operations. The team was tasked with disrupting communications, obtaining strategic data, and then destroying the base with a tactical warhead. The operation went awry when unprecedented reinforcements arrived, forcing Fortune to exfiltrate or die. They did both: Harper-G102 sacrificed himself to distract the main offense long enough for Marcus-G214 to deploy the package. Although the Requiem of Consequence ultimately escaped intact, Fortune's brave efforts granted them a significant promotion.
OPERATION: GREY AXE Objective - Intercept the newly-discovered Shield World, Assassinate Covenant Fleet Master Grazo 'Lovamee, and destroy the flagship Vigilant Redemption. Outcome: Total Loss Deployed Forces: UNSC Stranger of Darkness | UNSC Nimble Spirit | UNSC Burning Hope | 4th / 5th Orbital Drop Shock Trooper Regiments | 91st / 92nd / 94th UNSC Marine Corps | 4th Armored Ground Division | 124th / 194th / 202nd Atmosphere Arial Squadrons | Spartan III Program - Gamma Company Notes: THIS SHALL NOT BECOME PUBLIC

@Penultimate_PiLove it, though the one issue is that your Fireteam weren't mentioned in Dire Connections, which I can add to both of our CS's. Maybe then we can have a brief knowledge on one another, seeing as they've both been in the same Operation once or twice...
I mentioned that Marcus was formerly in Team Warlock until being transitioned out after Dire Connections, if you look at the notes. He returns to the fray with Team Fortune after getting his armor with the 'dumb' AI designed to help him.
Is that not acceptable? I can just remove Marcus's involvement from Dire Connections and have him always be a part of Fortune.
Mostly equipment so far. Also not sure on which planets would be suitable for my character. As for the SPARTAN training process, is there somewhere I can refer to?
@Garden Gnomehttp://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Outer_Colonies All Spartan II and Spartan III's were all taken from the Outer Colonies most of them have dates that the colonies have been destroyed by The Covenant. There's tons to choose from there, though some of the planets have only been mentioned in the extended universe and so on. The Spartan III's were children who were orphaned by the war, while Spartan II's were taken from their homes by ONI at the age of six before the war started.
As for equipment search for weapons from Halo CE, Halo 2, Halo Reach, Halo 3 ODST, and Halo 3. However Halo 4 and Halo 5 weapons however would not have been in use at this time, or in early prototype phases, but shouldn't be used unless bossman accepts them.
@Garden Gnome No problem at all I've read most of the books over the years, though I haven't read all of the newer ones yet that came out last year but I have them just haven't had the time to get into it lol.
@Garden Gnome The Gamma Company was the only functional company indeed, though that was because the other companies were mostly wiped out, save Gamma's direct predecessor if I recall right. So, @LetMeDoStuff can correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you can create a Spartan from any other company, including bearing the alphabetical designation of that company.
