Bunk Beds
A single large room with 2 bunk beds, 2 bathrooms, and a small sitting area where you could easily add a TV or play games. Really, nothing is up with this dorm.

It'd be the only stone structure though. The rest of the buildings would be made with whatever modern day buildings are made out of.
