1: Her ability is to slow or speed up time inside a 2 yard diameter area right? Is it a globe? Or affected by passing what side of the barrier you are in? Also, can she keep people in/out?

2: So is she a bad guy, or a good guy. I mean girl. Cause right now, it seems liek this would be an amazing superhero RP with 2 sides fighting, and from your backstory I couldn't really figure it out. Just kidding, I don't read backstory until I meet the character. So?

1. The affect is global. Anything that enters field will have whichever effect Edith put in place. That does mean that people and objects can enter and exit the field. For simplicity and balancing I am not having the field be a hard line. So if a person were to enter, rather than having two different speeds it envelopes the person. Otherwise there could be some nasty crushing/tearing when transitioning from one speed to another.

2. She could be either. And to some extent her past will be relevant to know because she has a history that is public knowledge. That said her crimes were committed before any of the already submitted characters were born.

Time Manipulation can be really OP if not properly checked. I like taking things that could be overpowered and putting a spin on them. It also means that I have to be creative with her use of her power rather than blanket control.

Well Edith would be more of a terrorist in this case. So she may advise against it, having suffered the consequences. Depends on what happens during the RP I suppose.

Oh and also, about the STAKEN. Chemrail is a system that basically utilizes a light gas gun, so it must have a rapture disk, or a really fast release valve.
