@Blueflame Not a big fallout player? Your special is on a 40 point system, you can't have 4 skills at 10 unless luck and strength were at zero but can't drop below 1, your character would be so weak he couldn't lift that rifle.

Tag flaws are like tag skills, you are bad at things such as but not limited to, lockpicking, explosives, large guns, etc. Snipers aren't a skill, that'd be small guns (even for a .50) and perception isn't either, that's a S.P.E.C.I.A.L

I recommend reading up on fallout before revising and fixing.

-It is said that he named himself after Grognak the Barbarian due to the awesome strength that the comic book character held and as such Grognak decided to try and live akin the the character in the comic in order to gain that kind of strength.
-Stories tell of him decimating raider gangs from California all the way to the Commonwealth where he supposedly stayed for a long period before heading off towards D.C.
-He makes one mean Mirelurk cake.
-He tries to help the weak though it is unknown wether he does this out of generosity or because he thinks it will somehow make him stronger. (In the comics Grognak would help those that couldn't help themselves)

Appearance: Kenneth is a prime example of wasteland survivalism gone too far. He is always clothed in his jury-rigged armor consisting of several crudely segmented metal plates overlaying an old pre-war enviro-suit with matching gas mask. He never washes unless ordered by doctors and is thus often covered in a thick layer of grime. His inventory is kept neatly organized in his backpack, with important equipment like charge packs for his laser rifle being held in arms reach with a collection of improvised straps and bandoliers.

Inventory: Kenneth is equipped with the equipment you would expect from a wasteland dweller. His primary weapon is a salvaged laser rifle he keeps strapped on to him at all times, including a dead man's switch that will explode the rifle with a delayed mine if it is ever removed from his person in the improper manner. His secondary armament is a set of three explosives with programmable triggers. The three functions being proximity, remote detonation and timed detonation.
Bio : Kenneth was born and raised in the capital wasteland. It can be assumed he had as normal a youth as you can expect of a wasteland dweller. His parents were killed by some tragedy, though the exact details seem to change every time one asks him about it. So far, he has blamed deathclaws, super mutants, robots. The NCR, the legion, just about every raider gang under the sun... The list goes on. He is generally known to be an unstable individual who is nevertheless extremely proficient at rigging up all sorts of improvised weapons, devices and explosives. Appearance: Kurt is an, oddity. Whereas your usual waste lander is usually garbed in scraps and cloaked in mud, he is normally pristine in appearance, boasting none of the mud and the...stench, that a more typical waste lander would. He is most usually dressed in what would appear odd for the occasion – that being survival, clothed in a pristine grey uniform with matching trench coat (someone with adequate knowledge may even register that it is the uniform of a secretive Texas-based mercenary group, infamous for cruelty but also for working with the Texan BoS.) On top of that, Kurt also wears an imposing, black military grade gas-mask over his face.
Under the clothing, Kurt is a tall and burly man, even if he isn't the strongest his build suggests he has some strength to it. His skin is almost deathly pale, and his eyes a shade of grey.

Appearance: Though once a handsome Chinese man, it is not very obvious now. His skin is almost non-existent, wholes in his face exposing more rotting meat, the little skin on his body is very hard, singed and leathery. His eyes seem dark around them as they too are extremely burnt to a crisp, his eyes having red veins all over them and seeming hard and dry as well. The Sclera of his eye is yellow and the pupils are an odd shade of orange. One eye is forever closed. Gau's body is very slender, but almost pure muscle, showing surprising amounts of tone and strength, his teeth are not as healthy, being chipped, yellow and sharp like a predators. You do not see much of his horrifying presence, however, as he has covered his entire body, save for small bits of black hair and his mouth and eyes in lenin cloth bandages, and rarely every takes them off, as if they are part of their bodies. He still wears his Chinese officer clothing, though he has ripped off the sigils of his former government. His small pack is usually filled and his many pockets hold just as many secrets. He also wears the officer's hat, the government he once worked for replaced with the words 'rebrith'.

Inventory: Other than various misclanious items that have no real purpose, and a pair of binoculars, Gau is equipped with a chinese officer's sword and a side arm of a silences 22. mm pistol, carrying 3 clips.
Bio (Optional): Having been an amazing spy for all of his assignments, Gau was given one final task. He was to detonate one of the bombs in america to explode in it's home country. Gau tried to blend into the new society, and did well. After years of making himself seem like one of them, he felt ready to finish his quest. Going to his job in the nuclear silos, he planned to detonate one. Unfortunately, he was too late. Bombs landed, and he was barely able to make it to a safe haven, though it was not safe enough. The explosions in the streets crept to him and the others with him, killing all but himself, and shaping the man into an unimaginable horror. Trapped and alone he spent days doing nothing but training, thinking and trying to keep his sanity. A years past before he was able to come up with a plan. Gau tunneled his way into a sewer system, and escaped. With no humans, terrifying monsters all around him, hastily he moved for his home, trying to contact the Chinese, who gave back no response. He gathered his weapons and moved, no longer sure what to do. He wandered for years until he was able to meet other ghouls. Together they started a community. Gather robots and weaponry to protect themselves from the monsters. Gau slowly built an empire, and it grew for many years until it was destroyed by another like his own. He joined the other ghoul group and was surprised by what ensued. Another casual day for himself when raiders struck. Human raiders. Gau barely managed to escape. He watched as humans took over the world, feeling himself become oppressed and deciding to leave the social world. Gau wandered until he found other Chinese ghouls and began to work with them, creating an empire once more. Eventually, they turned from a civilization to a group wishing to eradicate human kind. This movement was quickly defeated and dispatched by the brotherhood. Since then, Gau has wandered, his luck and past skills keeping him alive for the most part, as he slowly looked more and more at the world, seeing ghouls rapidly become more and more terrorized until the tyranny of the brotherhood. When anarchy found and approached him, he hastily accepted.

Bio:

Stark is the second of two survivors of vault 111, although he has never met the other. Stark was cryogenically frozen just after the great war began. He was a non-vault scientist and doctor who volunteered to be a doctor for the vault. He was never aware he would end up frozen. Upon his exit into the commonwealth, he used his knowledge of medicine and science to stay alive and prosper. Later he began practicing with
rifles as more than a hobby (as he had shot pre-war for a hobby). Taking a liking to an old laser rifle, he began tinkering with it and over time made a variable scope and a dual amunition capacitor that allowed both power cells and plasma rounds to be used. Eventually he managed to come across an old bunker while traveling and got a hold of a .50 caliber rifle. Its difficult to aim while standing or crouched, so he never uses it much unless he can get a good position. He mainly used it to hunt larger animals for food. Having seen deathclaws and power armor, he began working on a special round to tear through armor and steel. After many trials and errors he managed to make the Drill Round. The materials he used are scarce so he hordes them unless in dire need.

Once he was attacked by raiders and almost died, but was lucky and managed to escape with only a large bolt on his head. No one including himself understands how he is still alive. He has, and he admits it, had bouts of mental breakdowns on occasion. No two are ever the same.

Many encounters with the Brotherhood of Steel have made stark dislike them. Rumors of their wanting to "clense" those they deem impure angers him, and he dislikes them more and more with each bit of news he gets.

He was last seen heading to Washington after speaking with a fellow scientist. There's a legend that an old pre-war robot called liberty prime was being built there. Having no true ties to the commonwealth stark figgured it was something to do. Look for this legend, and if it was real, perhaps see about brining it online.

Bio

Artyom was born in The Pitt. After the Liberation of the Pitt, the BoS set up a mostly one-way deal with the citizens to obtain more steal for their advances in technology. As a result, Artyom grew up with a hatred towards the BoS. Artyon often worked on the mechanical parts of the Mill, and assisted in automating a large part of the steel making process. In his early 20s a band of Rust Devils came through looking for parts. Artyom used it as an opportunity to escape the city, and left with the band of raiders. They did what they do best, and primarily raided the BoS along their expanding borders where they were not entirely fortified. Always looking for scrap and robotic parts, their efforts were well rewarded.

Eventually the BoS cracked down on their hideout, and the survivors from the raid scattered. Artyom escaped with his life through the sewers, and eventually settled in a cave within a collapsed train tunnel. He deemed it stable and safe enough. In his new home he worked on various projects using the salvage he could find in the area. He'd trade these primitive/repaired computers and robots for living supplies.

While traveling to the settlement for a trade one day, he passed a BoS patrol with a tesla soldier. This gave him the inspiration for his pride and joy 'Sparky'. He spent the next months designing and acquiring the materials to make this Tesla weapon. After much trial and error, he developed a 'functional' model. While the range is shorter than one would care to get to a gattling laser, it's not entirely useless. The weapon has the potential to fry the electronics to the hit-area of the power armor, rendering that limb useless or causing it to freak out, to the displeasure of the soldier inside. Artyom is unsure what will happen if it hits the coils on Tesla Armor.

Still wearing his old NCR ranger armor and coat, but every marks or anything that had to do with the NCR have been removed, and instead of the helmet, he is wearing a scarf over his mouth and nose to keep dust out, a pair of sunglasses to protect his eyes, and a hat, very similar to the Minutmen hat.

:Edit: Was not sure if it was ok that I added a few extra items besides the weapons, but he would allso have a few bandages, a plasma grenade and two molotov cocktails (Or rather, 2 bottles of moonshine he bought a while ago for various use, mainly because of the high purity of alchohol, such as cleaning wounds.
